The experience with Budget Blinds was great from beginning to end. They helped with design when we needed it. The person that measured was efficient and helpful. The guys that installed were organized and fast. Would definitely use them again. And the blinds look great.

On Monday, July 12. Budget Blinds of Victoria Texas arrived to do our install in Rockport Texas. The process of getting the measurements and a subsequent confirmation was done at our convenience. Budget Blinds of Victoria has a very professional staff that is knowledgeable in the blind business. The whole experience was simple and very quick. The install was painless and speedy. The best crew ever. Casey has such a knowledge of his product that the In Home Consultation went smooth with some great selections. Product was delivered timely. Alicia Office Manager called when product was in and promptly scheduled. Casey has 2 installers very knowledgeable and timely in a full house install. I originally went to a big box store to order our shutters, but they didn’t have anyone in store to help, and made an appointment for a ‘designer’ to call me. The designer called and offered me two choices of appointment times, neither of which were outside of my work schedule. She was going to call me back with her calendar for the following month, but never did. So, I went to Budget Blinds, and realized that’s where I should have gone to start with. They got me scheduled for a measure, helped me pick out the perfect color and style, and since there was a sale going on, the price was super great and competitive with the big box store. I had to wait for them to come in, but when they did they came and professionally installed them. They were clean, courteous, and quick. We’re in the process of saving up to do the rest of the house now.

If you need blinds for your house this is definitely the place to go. Excellent customer service, premium product and if you ever have an issue they will go above and beyond to get you taken care. Absolutely recommend this business to anyone.
