Once they have you money youre on your own. I made a warranty claim for defective paint on my 8 month old Jaguar F-Pace and the service department said Jaguar was washing their hands of it while refusing to actually test the paint. Pictures show the damage done in less than a week - possibly by common tree sap but maybe solvent corrosion from defective paint. Holes right down to primer. Two professional detailers said theyve never seen anything like it.

I live in a small community in SE British Columbia, where shopping for a car imposes extremely limited choice. When a vehicle of interest appeared online, it seemed like an unlikely possibility because I had a trade and Jaguar Victoria is situated some 900 km to the west. Nevertheless, I called and was greeted by Ben, who went out of his way to accommodate my interest. I simply forwarded photos of my trade including the VIN so we could agree on a generous trade-in value applied to the vehicle I had chosen. The purchase price of the vehicle of interest was also substantially discounted. I was then able to negotiate a set of new tires at reasonable cost. With a price quote in hand, I confidently drove to Victoria to exchange the vehicles and complete the transaction. I am also grateful to Peter for skilfully managing the transfer of ownership and purchase agreement details and to Alex, the Sales Manager, for seamless oversight of the transaction.Have I mentioned that I am extremely pleased with our “new” 2011 Jaguar XF? The car was presented in immaculate condition and backed by Jaguar’s comprehensive Pre-owned Automobile Certification Report and a current CARFAX History Report, both received prior to travel. Many thanks to Jaguar Victoria for proving that online shopping for a vehicle, sight-unseen, can be done with complete confidence. It would be hard to find a more welcoming, efficient and diligent team!

I left my car at the service department, I instructed them never to leave it outside. They put it outside overnight and it was broken into. They not only charged me full price for that service, they made $10k on the repairs. They took zero responsibility for anything. Just today I saw my CarFax had the damages on its permanent record costing me about $22k in trade in value. This has happened about 30 times on this lot shared with Land Rover and Suburban according to police records.

Worst car and worst service department. Bought a brand new 2018 Jaguar R-Dynamic HSE top of the line e-Pace. Piece of junk. After 18 months of frustration with Jaguar Victoria, we traded it in on a brand new 2020 Porsche Cayenne. The service personnel are grumpy and non-attentive. When something doesnt work on the car (like the kick under bumper trunk open feature) theyll tell you Just dont use that feature! Seriously. Bluetooth stereo doesnt work anymore - they just deny and obfuscate. Coolant needs refilling ever 2 months - they cant fix it. Bugs, deficiencies, worst car Ive ever owned. Jaguar has really gone downhill since my first 1996 Van den Plas - was a wonderful car.

Worst of the worst. Bought a used car from these guys for $21,000, it needed $15,000 to possibly $30,000 worth of work, almost all safety related. There response to complaint was, what do you expect you bought a 12 year old car. Not a reputable dealership at all. Lied and misrepresented. Thank you Darrel (my case worker at the VSA) for getting me all my money back (file #18-04-254). Also thank you Kelowna Jaguar for standing behind me in this matter. Beware, beware, beware. Shop elsewhere. Would have given them zero stars but it was not an option.

My husband and I looked around here when we were looking for a car last time. We were mostly interested in the trade ins and used cars. The sales person that assisted us was initially friendly and we went for a test drive. After that he called us all the time. He just didnt have anything that suited our needs and when he found out that we bought another car he was downright rude.

Before you sign anything, the financial manager Sam Mckitric at the Victoria dealer.I bought a vehicle 6 weeks ago. On an extended warranty option, they offered a warranty extension for 35$ monthly for a 6 years term.. Then once calculated after signing, it was around 55$. We were also charged for the paint protection which was not asked for, and the price of which was never mentioned. I only found out this was extra after the service manager mentioned it was not included in the car price. When we signed the paper, he did not mention the paint protection cost at all.When I called to cancel the warranty, i talked to Sam Mckitric, the finance manager who deals with contracts, and he claimed to submit a cancellation. 2 weeks later, i went to the dealer to get a copy of the cancellation, and the dealer says i have to wait. I also asked to refund the paint protection. He promised to discuss with his colleagues, and then I never heard back again. When I asked him about his integrity after all these issues, he raised his voice at me.3 weeks after that, I talked to the bank, and they said there was no correspondence on the cancellation, and that I am still responsible for the monthly bill. I also called the loan officer who handles the loan and they also have no record of cancellation submitted.I called the dealership again, to Ruban Little, a sales manager, and he doesnt know anything, but says he will get Sam Mckitrick to call me back, but that never happens. I even texted sales manager, Sean Sterling and no response either.When I was buying the car, they call me constantly within 3 hours. Now when i have a problem, It has been 5 weeks since this issue has began and there still has been no resolve.All i want is a copy of the warranty cancellation. Why does it have to be so difficult?
