Amazing service, we always call this company for our appliance repairs and installation. Today, we got an oven and needed it installed as soon as possible. I called James and he was flexible enough to come and install it on the day I contacted him. Ive contacted other companies but his service is the best in my opinion. He is also very flexible with his pricing. Great service, highly recommend!

The pump went out on our washing machine. I contacted GD Appliance Services. I was able to request a service call on line. The response to my request was almost immediate. Dustin, the service technician responded and in a very timely and professional manner diagnosed the pump problem. Unfortunately our pump had to be ordered. The company kept me updated on the delivery status and within 24 hours Dustin was back at the house and installing the pump. Super service at a reasonable price. I’ll have no problem calling them again should another appliance issue arise. 👍🏻🏆

Called GD Appliance Services at 9:00 am and our dryer was fixed by noon. Highly recommend this excellent service company. They had our thermal fuse part on hand and did not diagnose any other problems unnecessarily. 10/10 would use again.

I recently called this company about a stove that needed to be repaired. Not only did they find a time that worked for me, they gave me a realistic quote before the appointed day and then actually kept to it.The person who arrived, named James, actually showed up in the earlier half of the window of arrival (he got here around 8:40 when the time frame was 8 - 12). Given how most companies are, I was half expecting him to show up at 3.So then he gets to work and is completely professional while a bit casual, which I take as a positive since it makes the experience more human. He agreed with what I felt was the problem, fixed it in a relatively short period, and the stove is back to working perfectly.The price I was quoted, and paid, was considerably less than what others Id called had said.Now for the negatives.Sorry, there were none. Go with this company if you want excellent service without all the b.s. a lot of other companies offer.
