You get what you paid for. 218 dollars for a new windshield but they didnt install it correctly. Forgot to reattach parts and the mirror assembly on the car never went back on correctly. Should have just paid the 470 safelite quoted me for. If you have newer car and take care it and want it to stay new looming dont go here. Looking for cheap and dont care about look then go to them

Wanted them to trouble shoot my driver power window to see if it was actually motor that was bad.. they wanted me to buy brand new window switches to see if it fixed problem.. so I just left. Tested motor myself with twelve volt lead and it didnt do anything. No up no down. I told them I had already put in another window switch an experienced the same symptom. But they insisted I waste money on a new switch before they would replace motor and regulator. And to top it off they were gonna use used motor and regulator from junk yard. $175 for each door.. lol. I bought two brand new motor and regulators for $186 and did it myself. Which is what I was trying to avoid. But hey if u want something done right do it yourself....

My Mom who is local to VV recommended MJ auto glass to me as she has used them 3 different times for auto glass. The windshield in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit badly and I needed to replace my windshield. I called to inquire and Viviana provided wonderful customer service. Over the phone she walked me through what windshield sensors I have etc (this is something Safelite did NOT do) and gave me a quote . I loved her guidance and customer service so much, I booked my appointment right then and there. I live in Santa Clarita and the 2 hour travel there and the 2 hour travel back (yes 4 hours round trip) was well worth the service I received. Viviana ordered my specific windshield and was able to have it delivered by the following day for my appointment. I ended up arriving almost an hour early and the MJ crew was able to get me right in. The glass tech went over everything with me in detail and then got straight to work. Only one hour later, my windshield was installed and looked perfect, like it was done at the dealership. He even replaced my oil mileage stickers, it’s all about the details! Viviana also explained the lifetime warranty included in my service with them. I wish I could show a picture of the horrible work that was done and damage to car. I had them replace window twice both times a horrible job. I would never reccomend this company to anyone. Only thing I can say is they gave my money back, but I will prob have to pay to fix the damage they did.
