Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help you with your needs. They are quick at their jobs and quick to respond in email, this is just my second experience. Not all places have a good staff, and you can usually tell right away. This place has a very good staff and I just had to point that out here.They have a decent amount of inventory for both HVAC supply and plumbing supply.App access/Online account is only for those with a contractor license etc.

I went in just now to get a union to fix a leaky water heater on a mobile home and I just needed a 3/4 to 1/2 union from galvanized line to the mobile home line and Ive gotten stuff there before and was just told No. I hate that word. If you dont have it can we order it? Surely you could have had some sort of answer other then just NO

They only sell to company employees. Our ac motor went out and they wouldnt sell it to us. Theyre wholesellers..so dont go here if youre trying to fix your own ac.

Not much choices out here in the high desert very hard to find someone who is knowledgeable in plumbing sad to say but the home depot and Lowes are not very helpful when it comes to plumbing issues. So I spent my day looking for a trap primer and all the places I went to didnt even know what it was until I walked into Ferguson and was attend by courteous and knowledgeable sales rep Russell who new what the part was but did not have it in stock he took his time to find the part that I needed. what took me half a day of driving around Russell didin twenty minutes and just as I was typing out this review I get a call from Russell saying that he was going to ship my part out to me so that I wouldnt have to drive down there to pick it up hows that for great customer service..!! Great job Russell keep up the great work 👍

Great place for plumbing supply I been going to this location for More then 10 yrs Gabriel Steve Russell Jessica and Javier great customer service very knowledgeable about plumbing parts and supplies always treated me like family I would definitely recommend this place for all your plumbing needs on the other side is cold air supply as well for heating and air conditioning
