I waited more than 45 mins in the car knowing I had a 2 year old in the back seat. Staff stated it will take 5 mins to do they still made us wait in line and couldn’t get out. Not mention the sun hitting the car.

If you are a woman, this place will rip you off. They told my daughter she needed full synthetic and not a blend. Then when she came home her fluids were not topped off and they said her wiper blades were fine and I just told her the other day that we needed to replace them. Its sad that they feel they can treat women this way. I knew I shouldve sent her to Midas instead of listening to her dad.

They had 5 mechanics working 4 cars at a time and it took over an hour to complete the checks, changes to the car and rotation of the tires. Some were training though. Just longer than most Jiffy I been to. They are higher over all than Goodyear. The prices on the sign does not match want you are going to be charged due to up sell. My car is running better after the oil and transmission fluids changed. They did not check my tires air pressure until I told them so what else did they miss.

Was greeted by one of the service tech as my wife and I pulled in. He referred to her as sir. He immediately corrected himself and said sorry, and acknowledge her as maam. But other than that, the service was good. Service tech, Ben made us feel welcomed and answer our question. Polite gentleman.

Everyone at the Jiffy Lube on Bear Valley Parkway is nice, polite and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service! Even in the sweltering heat. Cant beat the prices.

First time customer at this location and I was so satisfied with the Customer Service and work I brought in a second vehicle hours later after the first one. First service had 3 cars ahead of me, second service there were 4. Each time I’d walk over to the Home Depot and returned 20 - 30 minutes later and bam, done. Very professional, trustworthy, reasonable and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

I had not been at this particular location in a few years. I want to compliment Robert at the counter.for his outstanding customer service skills. Every time I go with a different experience this last time around they were very helpful they checked my air filter show me my oil I sat in my car and didnt have to get out I had to ask to reset my me and slide before I left but they had no problem doing it for me I would recommend this location if youre lucky youll get some pretty helpful people the experience is different every time I go. so some days are better then others

Definitely RECOMMEND!!!! I went on a Friday AND they were packed!!! I decided not to wait and asked about SAT Service!!! He gave me a recommendation on what time to come but of course I over slept!!! When I finally arrived, more than one person addressed me to make sure I was taken care of!! Since they were busy it was going to be a bit of a wait!!! They took care of me quicker than quoted!!! The guys were all pleasant!!! I will return!!!

I would definitely give these guys a higher rating if I could. I came in maybe 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and they were so nice about it. Everything was done quickly too! I usually get poor customer service and a 4 hour wait at the pep boys by my house but now I think Ill come here when I need any maintenance done. Esteban, Eddie, John, and Edgar did a really good job. I highly recommend this place!

I am not happy at all for a quick oil change I was there over a hour. I asked for the signature oil change which was supposed to include all kinds of things and all I got was just the oil changed. They had two guys working on four cars at a time. They had like 6 more waiting behind me when I was done. I would of complained to manager but he didnt seem to care. They marked off doing a whole bunch of stuff they didnt do. If you do go make sure its early not during lunch hours. I am very upset my last time there was a little better that is why I went back plus I had a man in the car with me. This time it was me and my daughter. The lady beside me looked upset too. I feel we were taken advantage of. I did not get no signature treatment.

Put the wrong oil filter on my car. Car started spewing oil like mad soon after. Just train your employees properly, yeah? Dealing with corporate was like pulling teeth, as they probably thought I was trying to scam them or something. Literally had to send them a video of my car leaking oil to get the facts straight as the corporate gentleman so eloquently put it. Just get it done somewhere else, seriously.

Hire professional employees please. Had bad experience on a oil change this was not my first one i am uber driver came here for 2nd time because i liked first service but se ond time they fill my engi e with senthetic and within a couple hours it leaks out all over my drive way so im like fuk i neded inspection to do my uber job so i take to nearest midas to my house and i live in barstow 30 min away. For them to tell me my car does not have no leaks and im driving it with no motor oil in my car that i paid jiffy lube $100 to change so i drive my car all the way back 30 miles no oil in it probably messing up my car for them to basicaly tell me to pay again or basicaly f off shiiity. Hi I had my transmission serviced Sonics charger deleted me again so I had to come back a second time the second visit only took 45 minutes but the first time I was there for two and a half hours about a month ago didnt care for that but hopefully the problem the is solved happy Tuesday Robert Weiss

I found a coupon in their official website and Location and they Accepted it with no excuse, the waiting time wasnt too long, and the service once it was my turn was fast. Staff is professional, and they got very nice people. Also is very close to my House so thats a plusI did have to wait out in the sun for a while in the beginning when I got there because a staff member said I couldnt go inside (Social Distance I guess), but then mins later someone else from the staff came to ask me something about the car and said I could wait inside if I wanted to. So I was a bit confused but relieved at the same time because it was very hot outside and I was stressing hahaOverall a good experience, they did a good job.

Paid $98 for an oil change synthetic went to top off the charge would have been $11 that may not sound like much but if im paying that much for an oil change it does. The girl stated top off are free within the first 3000 my next oil change is every 5000 because i use synthetic so if i want a free top off i have to tell them to change the sticker to 3000 which means i would have to change it sooner then required pay for 2 extra oil changes. That makes no sense to me. They just lost 3 customers.

Scam! I’ve been here before last year and they tried to charge me literally $50 more for the same service, they wouldn’t use my coupon that was off of their official website claiming it was for a different location when I google mapped it and confirmed its right in front of the Home Depot. They couldn’t find my vehicles history when I had serviced at this exact location, even if it was a different jiffy lube which it wasn’t because I like to go to Home Depot while they work on my truck they should have a system history especially since it was last year. Horrible customer service, no wonder the place was empty with 3 guys just standing around not doing anything. Rip off, they wouldn’t even honor what I paid last time.

Just to get an oil change early in the morning hours, there were a waiting area full of clients waiting. After speaking to the desk employee about how my vehicle needed a special synthetic oil and the cost, it was decided to take our business elsewhere. The focus seemed to be on how to get the customer to pay JIFFY LUBEs costs for oil (which was awfully expensive) and to pay the Oil Change charges (also expensive) and WAIT in the waiting area full of customers. We would have waited over an hour for an oil change. So, the increased prices were a deal breaker for us. Dont recall my vehicle ever requiring a special synthetic oil on previous occasions as well. Money seemed to be the main objective and not customer care.

Dont go to this jiffy lube I went there yesterday to get my oil change done for my car. The guy gave me a good discount on the oil change. Then the following day I check my dipstick and the oil is only half on the dipstick. Said on the invoice they put 5 qts. I called and spoke a guy name Eddie he said instead of telling me to bring my car to their shop.. He advice me to bring my truck to any jiffy lube really!!! I didnt expect u will say that to me. I. I paid for what they charge me and put half oil on my truck. I have proof I took a picture. And I also ask to get a tire rotation. The guy told me their machines is broken. What machine his talking about all u need is jack and wrench to do tire rotstion. There like 3-4 guys out there including a girl they. T were standing there talking each other. Theyy dont even atleast clean my windshield for courtesy. I will never go to this shop ever again. I rather do it myself. Take note Im the only customer that time!!

Went today and worst service ever...guys walking around and looking stupid. Customer service is the worst u wait while they joke and walk around...worst place ever.

If you got a basic car thats not four-wheel drive or truck or any type of transfer case.. you might want to stop by if you want to be lazy not change your own oil and pay the extra. But you know what youre doing I would skip them. They charge a premium for services you dont want. If I dont want you to check my transfer case dont check it and why should I have to pay for it because you went the extra few dollars

Messed a guys truck up before me. Drained the trains along with the oil and sent him out. As for myself,exterior windows not cleaned,trans fluid not checked and when they topped up my window washer fluid,they just stuck a water hose in it.Also listed an excessive leak on my trans on the receipt,but never mentioned it along with not checking the fluid and topping it up.
