These guys are awsome. In and out in thirty min with 4 new tires mounted balanced and all. Misquoted inventory and they gave me an upgraded tire for the same price. A must go for all your tire needs.

I used to be an alignment tech at a few different shops, so Im pretty picky. Ive tried other places to do alignments for me and Ive been let down. Ive had 3 vehicles aligned by town and country and Ive never been let down. Great friendly service and amazing work.

I have been bringing my trucks here for alignments for years, until now. I took in my truck for an alignment and they said they could not do it and charged me for the inspection because my front shocks were bad, which is fair- I was happy to pay and be on my way. Then I changed the shocks, took it back, and they said they still couldn’t do it because the car did not pass the inspection and they don’t know why... and they still charged me for ANOTHER inspection. Clearly- their first inspection was not done correctly, and neither was their second. However, they are still charging me no problem each time. I should not have to pay for TWO inspections when neither one is telling me my problem.

I dont recommend this place for anybody this place is a joke. Way I always treated when I was a polite straightforward customer trying to get an alignment I called him up ahead of time so that way Im just not a random walk-in and they tell me yes certainly come on in well get you handled right away and what happens when I get there they tell me sorry we cant help you theres no time were full even though they literally just told me to come in that they can take care of me.

No good...I took my vehicle there for an oil change.....Now I have a oil leak in my clean and no spots drive way(I am seeking legal help)

We have been coming to this location for years and have always received stellar service until today. The gentleman running the facility today (Gary) needs to learn how to manage the worlk load better and to service your returning clients in a better manner. Verlon is a much better representative for Town and Country.

I had a blowout of a trailer tire on the way up the 15, called these guys up to see if they had a replacement (they did). Once I got the spare swapped, stopped in and had both tires replaced (the other one was old too). Job was done lickety split and for a reasonable price. Thanks, T&C.

Amazing service! Very very honest staff. As a woman it is hard to trust mechanics when it comes to maintaining a car. I brought my car in because I was very overdue for an oil change, and my check engine light had come on and my car started driving funny. Instead of just taking my money and doing the oil change, which is what I was there for, they referred me to a local mechanic that could further assess my vehicle as to not cause more damage. I will definitely be returning from maintenance

Great service I had a squeaky sound coming from my van. Another place said it was some kind of front axle issues and it was going to cost me 800 dollars to fixed. Went to town and country because a friend recommended them they looked at my van and said the wheel hardware was rubbing the rotors and they replaced it and only charged me the 30 dollar fee to look at my van. Coming back to them when I need work done on my cars.

The white dude working at the front desk is a lousy piece of work. Attitude. Unwilling to explain anything. Unwilling to negotiate. Has no respect or consideration. I was explaining the problem of my car & he interrupted 4 times to answer the phone & simultaneously carry on a conversation with other people until I got irate at his indignation. Hey, Im a human being with a legitimate problem that I came in to get your service. Im important too. Take care of me first then you can see to other people. I was here first. He got an attitude & rolled his eyes & said, Itll cost 60.00 to put air in your tire. The other tire we dont have a fit.He didnt even check. They literally have thousands of tires. Impossible for him to know every single one.I left steamed. Never will I go back to this wretched uppity place. Never.

My mother came in with a Ford Escort. She wasnt entirely sure what was wrong with her car. Initially she thought it was an alignment issue. A guy by the name of Nathan helped my mom conclude that it was a hole in one of the tires. Mike also had assisted in putting air the tire. They were very friendly and I would recommend this business. She had only paid $10.

Worst possible kind of people in a business to deal with. Doesnt even matter to sit here and go into detail about it, Im out the money, they got the money and theres nothing I can do about it now. Just know that I will never go there again, and will never recommend them to anyone. They will certainly take advantage if they get the opportunity.
