Reserved my truck early that morning and arrived at the time I reserved it. I was in and out at a reasonable time offered a ride back home, and they had a payment plan if qualified for the ones who cant afford it at the moment thanks Victorville Chevrolet.

Service agent was very professional and friendly. The maintenance took longer than it should have, but it was unexpected. So as of now, my vehicle is doing ok.

Going for a simple oil change.When I arrived there were 2 employees standing in the service drive. Neither approached me nor asked what I was there for. I had to exit my vehicle, interrupt their personal conversation to find out where or whom was I to see about it. They pointed to small office and said to see the person in there. I entered, asked about the oil change, was informed he was busy with two clients (no one there, nor on the phone and to go wait in my car for someone. Waited about another 5 minutes when finally someone came out of the service department and asked what they could help me with. From that point on the service experience was much much better. Service advisor was very friendly and informative got me in-and-out quickly and my car was ready within about 45 minutes which I was pleasantly surprised. When I returned they promptly got my paperwork and had me out of the service area and back in my car.

The oil change service was good. Very reasonable price for synthetic oil and service check. The time was just OK, 2.5 hours when it was ready. It should be half that. I waited thirty minutes for the shuttle which was sitting there. We were waiting for the driver. I asked to replace the bulbs in my front headlights, 2010 CADILLAC. The bulbs were $22 each. The labor cost was a wapping $$347. I told the service guy just sell me the bulbs. I had to go somewhere else to get them installed

They smile in your face till you buy the car and when you show up to the dealership having any concerns, they weirdly meet you in the the parking lot just so that you don’t have to go inside unless necessary. You can feel the cold shoulder when you show back up. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want something nice.

I have a Cadillac XLR which is very difficult Cadillac to work on and it’s sort of scared me going to a new garage in Victorville. I was amazed by their courtesy the friendliness of their general manager and the fact that they were able to get my vehicle maintained cleaned vacuumed and back to me in less than 45 minutes. I went here to have my key fobs programmed. David the service technician asked me where I bought my fobs from and I advised I bought them from Ebay. He then said its a 50/50 chance that they can program them. I explained Ive always bought my fobs from Ebay and never had one not program. He said they would give it a shot so I agreed to pay the service fee to program them. After a while he said they were not able to program them and that EVERY TIME they get fobs from ebay, they NEVER are able to program them. That information would have been great to know before I dropped off my car. I dont have money to waste. This was extortion. Period.
