The flowers are always fresh that get sent from this business and the fruit is outstanding! My kids devour it and I love white chocolate so its a Win-Win for us all!

Great gift ideas if you have the cash. Managers weird with his employees, and is just about never there. Some things could be lower in price but its the wow factor and thought that makes these an amazing gift. Delivery is available as well.

I brought something the night before and went to pick it up the next morning. It was so cute, fresh, and the ballon lasted 5 days. It was perfect. I will definitely be back.

You spend all that money just to get something that doesnt hardly look similar to what you purchased.. the arrangement was lacking fruit that was shown in the photos and the container was different and the balloons were different basically they just threw together something however they wanted to with somewhat similar items... Pretty sad when you try to go out of your way to do something nice for somebody and you choose a specific arrangement for certain reasons. First time ordering and maybe my last. Nothing special about this. Hopefully the fruit tastes good at least. Really done poorly. I loved the idea of this purchase and its really disappointing...

Ok. I should have done this review a long time ago. First incident was for an anniversary. I ordered an arrangement along with a bear and balloon. The order was delivered without the bear and balloon. I called to complain and they delivered balloon the following day with a small $10 fruit arrangement for the inconvenience. I did not write a bad review as I figured things happen. Second incident just happened for grandmothers birthday. I ordered a last minute big fruit arrangement and it said it was available for same day delivery. I called right after just to confirm and the associate said she did not know if this arrangement can be delivered on that day or even get made, she said they were short staffed. I stated that of it couldnt be delivered, I would pick it up with no problem just needed my delivery charge refunded. She decided to speak to her manager first and stated she would call me back by 3pm (they closed at 5). Called back and I had to pick up. No problem I went to pick up; upon arriving she stated she could not refund delivery fee, and gave me again a $10 fruit arrangement for inconvenience. I said its fine Ill call tomorrow no worries. Got home and the small arrangement that was given to me was so bad...the fruit even tasted like wine...bitter rotten fruit. Upon peeling the chocolate I noticed the fruit was old. DO NOT shop here....too expensive and bad quality to top it off.

I had the worst experience ever. I ordered online and the order sent was missing the flowers I had paid for in my original order. I called to ask them why they didn’t send the flowers, Dustin the manager spoke to me in a very rude matter as if I was just a number and didn’t matter to him if I was happy with the order not being delivered correctly. He kept mentioning how they have hundreds of deliveries daily and that I basically didn’t matter to him if I was a unsatisfied customer and that I was upset, it just didn’t matter to him. He did very little to try to help me and in the end I was still not happy at all. I will never order from here again and will suggest and highly recommend that other people don’t order from here either.

Ordered an arrangement for my mom and I can say it was absolutely amazing, it definitely exceeded my expectations! The gentleman I placed the order with was very generous and accommodating. I will definitely order from them again in the future!

Beautiful unique arrangement of different fruits very fresh and in perfect condition. Excellent delivery service right on time. I love the fruit dipped in chocolate.A little on the pricey side but considering the work and detail put into every arrangement its worth the price for the quality you receive.

So I ordered edible arrangements Flowers 💐and cheese cake for my wife for mothers day it was $94.00 so I had them delivered on Saturday because Sunday they were swamped on deliveries. So they delivered just cheese cake 6 little small ones which is fine but the card & edible arrangements Flowers 💐did not show up with the order 🤔 ...So I called they lady said Im so sorry which ok mistakes happen she said can you come pick then up I said no because Im in Kansas my wifes not home now & I paid for delivery. So she said ok I will drop them off right now I said ok let me make sure some is there so I said someone will be there to receive the flowers 💐yet they still didnt show so I payed $94.00 for cheese cake 🎂place is a joke..

Messy arrangement. Pre-frozen aging berries and everything melting. Extremely overpriced and not like the pictures advertised. 6 rancid small strawberries, 3 ruined chocolate and 3 slices of pineapple and a huge bucket of inedible green lettuce?! all covered in melting slime. Far less than average. Even Walmart has nice and fresh products. What a terrible gift ...

I am very disappointed. I will never order here again. I ordered my 3 girls an arrangement, a box of chocolates, chocolate covered strawberries, and a bear and a balloon. They only received the arrangement. I called and they said I could pick up the rest of my order, on the way over, they called and said nevermind we will just refund you. Now my girls one of wich is 6 years old and was going to have the bear didnt receive anything. And now I have to brake their hearts and tell them they arent getting anything.

I had an arrangement sent to me (1/14/17) and it was beautiful! Everything was sweet and delicious. My little ones enjoyed eating it with me! I didnt buy it myself, so I had no interaction with staff. I can say, I have bought plenty of edible arrangements, Sherrie berries, and gift tree as gifts. They are all a bit expensive but worth every penny!

DO NOT WORK HERE!! I was harrassed by the OWNER of the store after I was trained by the managers. He was rude and disrespectful. This was literally a tramatizing experience and I havent gotten paid after almost 13 days AFTER i left there . The restroom is near the stationing area and its not sanitary in my opinion to keep balloons and supplies in there. Horrible place !!

Best customer service ever.customer satisfaction guaranteed. I placed an order and had to call back to put on hold for delivery cause of an emergency we had. Then I called back later and their driver had already gone home for the day. Let me tell you they ask him if he could come back and deliver my order.. it was an anniversary surprise. I was disappointed by the service provided. I specifically told the store to call ahead before attempting delivery, but no call was made, which meant no one was home to receive the delivery. It took TWO days after the originally requested delivery date to finally get the delivery truck to return. One day after it arrived, the fruit went rancid and the store said there was no way to deliver it - insisted that my mom to travel to the store, who just had a medical procedure (which is why I sent it) - to exchange the platter. When my mom arrived at the store, the rep was surprised she came to pick it up, and suggested in the future she have it delivered! It was just a mess. I was hoping that this store would be a regular option for my family in the high desert, but no go.

I was told if i wanted to order their In-store pickup only Chocolate Dipped Apple Bites Cone that I had to come in 1 hr before they closed. I walked in 1 hr and 10 min before closing and the girl refused to make them. She said she shut the chocolate off already and they were closing early, because they had to work on orders for the next day.. hmm and the chocolate is off.. i smell something fishy.. wrong smell for fresh fruit.. i guess the other customers are more important.. Customer service is a 0...

I tried this place a couple of years ago and have been ordering here since. My wife loves it every time I have something delivered for her and her coworkers to enjoy...mostly for her of course. I try to use the website but it isnt the same as talking directly to someone and they are very nice and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I plan on using this location for many more occasions.

Excellent. We ordered the chocolate-dipped strawberry bouquet for Valentines Day and discovered that the chocolate coating was much thicker than we expected. The strawberries were also very sweet.

Some of the fruit was over ripe and they didnt comp or refund or give a future discount on another order for what they charge i would assume you get top quality all the time you order.

Paid 140 for the large birthday bouquet and it had 6 chocolate pineapples, 6 chocolate covered strawberries, and some melon and grapes on a stick. They did not deliver the chocolate apples advertised and the messed up the first order to my wifes work. So after I cancelled the first time, I gave them another chance to deliver - very disappointed on what is represented and what I actually recieved.

I placed an order for Valentines Day and it wasn’t delivered until the day after. Staff was rude and said it was shipped out. When I ordered they asked what time my wife left work. I told them and was told she’d get it before she left. When I called to see why it wasn’t there I was told that they didn’t do times. What good is a Valentines Day gift if it’s not there on Valentines Day. Very disappointed.

First and last time I purchase anything from this specific location! My order was incomplete, I paid for items to be included in the bouquet and they were missing. The manager Melissa said she would send it the following day along with a six count of strawberries, never got here! I was told to be home from 5pm to 7 pm and nothing they just stole money from me and time! I called once again and was told the manager would get back to me, I am still waiitng.I do not recommend this place!

Had a surprise mothers day gift ordered for my mother in law while I was at work everything started great til I got an email saying my delivery was unsuccessful. Confused on why so I called the store asking why it was unsuccessful, they stated no one was home and that no one answered the door when they rang the doorbell. Mind you my family was home at the time to get the gift, and I asked my family if they heard any knocks or doorbells they said no. Not only was it not delivered appropriately, I was also not called about it bribe unsuccessful when my number is on there aa well as being lied to that they did knock and ring the doorbell. I will not order from this store again. Only response I got from the company was sorry, with no resolution to fix the problem.

Incredibly off putting. Staff was rude and unwelcoming. I asked about the promotions because the website said in store only. The staff refused any promo and didnt have any of the new items as it claimed online. Also the store is very desolate and abandoned looking. No displays. Nothing but a counter with a book and an empty fridge. Very sad. I would never hope to go near that place again. The staff and store belong in Victorville 😕

If I could I would rate no stars! My husband ordered me an arrangement for our Anniversary yestersay which was never delivered and never received a call about them attempting a delivery. My husband came home from work and saw that nothing was delivered so we called to see why. Apparently the delivery driver said she called and got no answer when she got stuck in a puddle by my house(i never got a call)then when i called back and spoke to someone different they said she knocked on my door but got no response(which is weird to me being that I was in my living room the whole day because my husband told me something was being delivered). I talked to the manager this morning to see if they could waive the delivery fee and she said they couldnt and wouldnt be delivering what my husband paid $100 for because they dont want to damage their delivery cars going through a small puddle on a dirt road and they dont even deliver to phelan anymore because of the dirt roads (I live in adelanto) They need to update their policies. The website says they service phelan and adelanto. What was supposed to be a surprise and special gift turned into nothing but a refund that we have to wait to get deposited back into our bank account. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Piss Poor... Literally 1.1 miles from my house. I asked to have the box of chocolate dipped strawberries delivered at 11 a.m. and it is not 12:30 and still no delivery. What was the $15.99 for. I could have walked there and back by now. Never going to order for delivery again as they have ruined something special I had planned for the lady.

Three weeks ago i called to order and large arrangement of fruit for my nieces family she was killed in a bad auto accident in hesperia. I called the store then they told me they couldnt deliver their brakes were bad in their vehicleDec 23 I ordered on line for a delivery to Victorville for my family of my niece who died two weeks ago for christmas. They called me back and said they were too busy. I offered to pay double and told her what they told me two weeks ago. She said No. O have owned a business in chicago suburbs for 35 years and never turned down a customer who needed it in a hurry. Crappy customer service two times in three weeks
