Not the same as it was a few years back. Some stores have closed. But they have a great carousel in the food court. Its as big as the ones in amusement parks.
Most of the shops were open and they all seem to be following safety guidelines pretty closely. And the mall still has these little carts available that you can rent out for children to ride on so they dont have to walk everywhere. The food places are open, the clothing stores are open, game stores are open, and the manga store is open as well. All in all it seems like the mall is back in business, and not much seems to have changed. Would definitely recommend you drop by if you have some free time and some cash to spare. Especially since the mall is attached to the Barnes & Noble.
A bit crowded but overall a pretty decent mall. Clean and well lit. Feels inviting, which help feel like things are finally getting back to something like normal. For family’s with small children/toddlers, you can definitely appreciate the family restrooms in the Food Court. They are equipped with short children sized toilets to help with the potty training and near accident potty times.
The mall is small. I do like that they put more vendors in the middle though. I like looking at the little things people have made. Or that look hand made. It gets crowded on the weekend so beware. There is a movie theater right next door so i like that you can shop while you wait for your movie to start or eat. They have a good variety of different food in the food court Chinese, corn dogs, sandwiches, Mexican food, sweets, taco bell. I also like the carousel they have for the kids. They also have little animals for the kids to ride on which makes going to the mall fun for the kids. They try to make it fun for the whole family. It can be for a little mini day out if you have a bit of time to spare.
Gonna be as honest as I can be here. I like this mall because its the best shopping experience in driving distance of Fort Irwin. Its not a huge mall but it has a decent variety of Stores from Gamestop to Barnes & Nobel and retail clothing. I enjoy the small mall atmosphere that it has. Decent sized food court. Pretty good for a one story mall.
Very positive pleasant day! Clean.
For being a smaller mall, its not all that bad. The food court is clean and has a good selection of foods. Some of the original stores are still there and open even after covid showdowns. Great place to visit if you need a break from the house or just to get a little shopping done.
Had dinner at Red Robin and it was excellent.. The food, drinks and dessert were very good..will definitely be going back 👍😁
Glad theyre doing their best to keep quality stores in their fold... especially during these difficult financial times. However, its taking them FAR TOO LONG to put SEATING back inside... for us people who are there just to accompany someone ELSE whos doing the shopping!
In the early 90s the Mall was still the same size it is today. However, it use to look classy with water foutains throughout. It was really beautiful now its wack.
Very Nice Mall, Movie house is Awesome. Nice employees, great popcorn 🍿 All the new releases playing.
I really like this mall. Great shops and clean environment. Good size parking and a great place to kill time and e joy your day in an otherwise small lonely high desert community.
This place is awesome going back so many years in time. To when I was a kid taking the bus here. It could use a build a bear work shop thats forsure. But over all I love this place.
Great friends & good food, service was courteous and fast. No complaints here! Thanks ladies @ Red Lobster. Congratulations Mikey & Vanessa on your nuptials,so glad to be a part of your special day.
Small but full of good stores. Good food options and a nice little toddler play area
This mall is fairly small and doesnt have too many stores to shop at and the food court has a good variety of restaurants to eat at. The mall has hand sanitizing stations around and you can rent cute lil animal cars to ride around the whole mall for people of all ages under 300lbs. There is an adjacent Movie Theater that offers stadium seating and they are clean and comfortable. I had a great time with my husband and daughter today. The new Barber shop/Salon had really cool aesthetic and the owner who cut my husbands hair and cleaned up his beard did a great job and there prices were affordable anywhere from $25-$35 for haircuts and there is a lot of hair cutting stations inside. They designed this place very well optimizing all the space they had. I would go again to cut my familys hair. They do cut men, women and childrens haircuts.
Always a nice visit, I like to dash in and dash out; but theyve got a great food court, and close restaurants, friendly people too
Pretty decent mall for the high desert. Prices range from pretty high to average depending on what store you shop at.
I love going to the mall! The shops are all friendly & welcoming! You can find some really good deals if you look hard enough!
Sign of Changing TimesWe live in the world of Amazon and Walmart, so retail shopping is only a glimmer of times gone by. I remember my childhood and teenage years with malls being full of people during shopping hours. I went to the Victor Valley mall on a Monday afternoon and it was a ghost town. I think the cars parked outside belonged to workers not shoppers.I went to Sears to check out a refrigerator, and I felt a little sorry for the two employees working the appliance department. They seemed totally bored, and were very excited to talk. We located the refrigerator that we wanted to see, and we left.Parking was easy, the mall was clean, and I did notice many more service oriented shops than in the past. I guess the mall must change tenants to meet changing consumer demands.
5 stars only because they have an awesome food court and they have a Pho restaurant inside.
It was great not too crowded. In and out. Yay.
Nice to be back to normal! I was real happy to see that there were a lot sellers at the kiosks, I’m looking forward to shopping during Christmas time
Its a really good place to go shopping theres a very nice place me and my family love to go there we go there often we really enjoy theres a lot of great stuffed to look around❤👍😃
Some good stores, the only mall in the high desert....property maintenance is none exisitent...
The mall is always a fun place to go to and I have loved this one since I moved here in 2009. Now I think it may be time for a little expansion when the pandemic ends.
This mall is similar to most. Same stores as usual. The big difference here is the numerous people outside waving homeless signs. You cant get in or out without noticing all the disparity. Sad.
It was nice to see so many stores that survived the pandemic. We went to get candy from Sees. They were still open for business. Sears and a few others were closed. That was sad to see.
It was so nice here. Small but it was a great experience for our first time.
I wish we had more stores like the Disney store. Its not bad its just alright.
Very clean. Great food court!. Easy to find stores!
Well stocked mall. Unlike Illinois malls, this place is full and busy.
Pretty nice Mall in the city of Victorville, good place to shop, watch movies and good food to eat.
Barber shop inside cut my sons hair really good will be going back!
The ice cream at the thirsty cactus was amazing but the layout of the mall was a bit confusing the pho place is great and also get the double scoop of both caramel ice cream
Its not open very late for a mall and they dont have a hair beauty salon but we went there for Red Robin and that we always love - especially our waiter Luis` was amazing and the food there is excellent; actually all the staff there seem to be extremely kind and patient. So as far as my review the mall itself is lacking in some areas where you would automatically expect there to be consistent with most malls, but the restaurant Red Robin there is definitely worth the trip even if thats the only reason youre there!
I absolutely love this mall is so huge and there’s many things to look at and do, I love to go here because it has amazing items to buy and there’s a carousel in the middle of the food hall but because of COVID it is cure shut down right now. My favorite thing is that the mall has to anime shops where you can buy a lot of cute and cool stuff!
Beautiful and clean place omg the lash store amazing 😍
El Tio Pepes I always love this place
Pretty cool places and stuff you can buy
Very cool mall. Lots of shops and food. I believe there is a thatre as well. Sears is closed, wondering what it will be. Good place to visit for the day. Theresa mens barber inside and it had a line of men out the door. I think they must have a good reputation. I dont remember the name, sorry.
I love our mall! I just wish, that along with childrens scooters, that there were some for disabled adults to rent!
Amazing mall, it has everything you need.
Very busy location. clean. family friendly and gender friendly bathrooms!
Alyssa hall was really helpful I love her personality and she was always smiling 💕
Great shopping. Had a delicious lunch. Great day out.
Some nice stores. Fixing up food court.
I visited the Sees candy store. The Peanut Brittle was fresh and delicious 😋.
Its not to busy in here but i wish they had a more store, like a Guess store or Old Navy, not many great stores in there to do shopping
Its a great mall for people that are going through Las vegas
I came here from Riverside. I thought it would be less crowded and have more of a selection. Sadly majority of the stores had long lines and this was a Monday afternoon. They were not stocked due to back to school. I was disappointed
A bit expensive but the vendors are nice and they have good food :)
Not somewhere I would recommend! Dirty, lots of crime, rude people just isnt a good experience.
Spaza was the worst today!! The only employee was rude as hell. I understand she might have been busy but customer service is her job!
Went to see the movie Old there. Nice theater will be back
As I was trying to shop for shoes because my shoes had deteriorated over a 40 hour drive, I was met by employees closing the gates before me and employees rudely shooing everyone away eager to get home to their mediocre lives. What kinda mall closes everything at 530? The red Robin was good tho
This mall is a very nice, safe and convenient place to shop, or just hang out, with excellent indoor climate control. They have a merry-go-round in the food court too! Their strong security presence is reassuring and most stores there are usually having big sales! The store location floorplan is thoughtfully displayed in various parts of the concourse and posted signs above make it easier for its customers to navigate their way around the mall. Free Wi-Fi is available as is transport devices for the physically impaired shopper. A must visit when in the high desert/Victor Valley area of Southern California!
Wish there were more stores. Not many options. Only got a 3 star for it being a clean mall.
I love this Mall ! Great stores and multiple Restaurants in food court to chose from !
Nice mall. Extremely spacious. Great selections of stores and restaurants. Parking was very easy. I do recommend going here during the weekdays and not weekends.
It would help a lot of you told people what time food court is closed wasting my time I live in apple valley
Everything is back to normal. Very clean. 👍
Clean environment with a nice selection of stores to choose from.
In a few words... They are LIMITED!They dont have much of anything... sizes and selections are very limited. That leaves us customers no choice but to go down the hill to Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga.
Nice to be able to walk inside @ 800am. No crowds, young children to dodge.
I would have gave a 5 stars but what the heck is going on with the AC went to shop and was so hot inside
Its okay and clean. I wish it was bigger. They have a play area for kids in the food court area and a Merry go round. There are a few stirs top shop around and a Cinemark movie theater.
Still love this little mall. Got lots off good buys and service today. Safe and clean.
Went to see the venders that come occasionally. Such a great time and bought a beautiful beaded bracelet from Send LA Corps. Beautiful and exotic beads. Thanks VV Mall for having them.
A very clean and reliable mall
Decent sized mall. Lots of stores and small venues.
Need more stores in food court. And more economical stores.
Great place to shop. Doesnt get very crowded.
Love this place been going here since i was a kid!
Great place to cool off in the heat and find things you are looking for.
To many kids without manners!A lot of stores have closed down. Disappointing.
In and out.Straight to the Aldo store.Bought a couple pairs of sneakers👟 and Im gone.I hate people!Always in your way and walk slow 🐌.Move out tha way b*****s💪or stay home.
With back to school it was busy but employees were nice
Ok as far as malls go. Wont stop by again.
I enjoy walking around going in all the stores, my husband enjoys stacey Adams clothing
Those ride on animal things was fun!!! Not too much foot traffic. All in all pretty good
I spend too much money here. Its a love hate relationship. Great shopping experiences
Wack theres no stores lol
It used to be a lot better. They need better stores, like not just another clothes store. Something interesting
Still multiple closures. Many stores out of business. Needs considerable work.
Good Customer Service Spectrum inside the building very modern and clean and organized...
This is the only mall in the high desert and to top it off that mall its self is small compared to other malls
Came here since we were eating at Red Robin and I was able to find what I needed to shop for but when it came time to finding a restroom, I couldn’t find one.
Busy and nice to see everything opening up again, but it does tend to get packed quickly
Not a lot of stores, however they have a carousel for the kids to ride. I think malls should definitely become more interactive because they are dying out, they need to do something to attract people.
This place is great to go shopping with the family its not too crowded the restrooms are clean only thing I wish they had more stores
Had a great day shopping
Well, its the only Mall in the high desert. Not a great mall, but it gets the job done. You wont find any high-end retailers like Louis Vuitton or Tiffany & Co, but you will have access to Macys and Victorias Secret.
Great place to shop.
It is back open. So close to home. Great place to get out walk, eat and shop in Victorville.
Trash cans were a little full in some spots most places were open my kids had fun walking around & buying some fidgets at the stores in all was a good time. :-)
