Ive purchased a printer and two computers from here and the customer service is excellent.They transferred all of the information from my old computer onto the new one and were so kind and helpful. I got a very good price and everything worked perfectly. Very happy with my purchases and the service provided.

It is a great store! I have purchased one of my new laptops, at this location. At the time, they had the clearance sale, and I purchased the new laptop with a great discount. Definitely, a good store, located in the entrance of City of Victorville. The lines, usually, are not long. Furthermore, the staff working here are quite helpful, friendly, and polite. Definitely, if anyone lives in High Desert, I would recommend to shop in this store.

The staff at the print and copy center were friendly and competent. Customers were exchanging ideas of the day and work got done in a timely manner. Great atmosphere

So professional Issac at Easytech was so patient even after the rudeness he experienced from the Inglewood location. Definitely a great staff. Suggest this store to anyone.

Pay close attention to your printing orders through the printing services desk. Theres one young girl who is amazing (redhead) and so helpful but theres also another who Lacks customer service skills that will mess up your order and blame you when given Specific Instructions as to what is needed by not only you the customer but another employee. I did not appreciate that persons attitude today however the nice girl behind the counter more than made up for it by correcting the order and apologizing on her behalf.

My fiancé and I came here a couple of weeks ago to print out our Save the Dates. Lindsey (sorry if i misspelled it) was absolutely amazing! We asked her a bunch of questions regarding the best route to get what we needed all printed out and looking professional. We initially tried using the self help printers. That was a disaster. Literally crappiest machines ever for the simple print job we were trying to do. We then tried our second option which was for them to print the save the dates for us behind the counter. They were pretty busy but Lindsey jumped back there to help the only gentleman that was handling all the print jobs. She got us in and out of there quickly. I was impressed with how well she was helping multiple people at the same time! Lindsey you literally made our night! We can’t thank you enough for your amazing customer service!

April is absolutely AMAZING! She was so helpful and patient with me! I had a very hard time sending them my docs but she helped me every step of the way and it was successful! Very friendly staff! April was just the shining star 🌟

This Staples is one of the cleanest and nicest that Ive seen. The employees and managers are always so polite and pleasant. The store is always fully stocked, organized, and clean. Ive made several large purchases here. Its not as busy as a store in the city so its much more convenient. The lines are rarely too long. They have a busy business center that can get a little backed up but its nothing like dealing with city traffic.

They had the printer in stock that I wanted. Sales person was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Glad I went here, tried another store they didnt have it in stock and the sales person didnt know what he was talking about.

Extremely rude service. The copy and print Manager Lindsay treated our family as though we were not very important. We came in for a simple recoiling job on a planner. It took forever just to get service and when we came to pick up the product Lindsay was rude and inconsiderate. She let a customer cut in front of us and when we called her on it she turned around handed us the planner and told us to leave in a very rude tone. When we looked at the product (the planner) it had been done in a hurry and was completely ruined. When I returned into the store to complain about the product and how we were treated she continued to be rude and told me to leave and have a nice day in a sarcastic tone. This was uncalled for and displayed the worest customer service. I normally do not complain but this cannot be excused. This was rude and disrespectful to customers who spend money in this store which we will not be spending money in again.

Sucks. Drop off lap top for a clean/tune up on Friday promised it by Saturday. Called on Saturday I was told it was still not ready. They stated it was running the clean up and was on 3 of 12. Now Sunday no lap top. I take my business elsewhere.

My business has used them for over 5 years. We had a wonderful working relationship, until they had employee changeover. Now, they are rude, lazy, and condescending. Very sad to say, that after 5 years of loyalty, we will find to another print shop.

The staff here at the victorville ca. Is amazing they are very helpful in finding the item I was looking for we went online and ordered it and it got to me the next day it was awesome thank you staples

Terrible experience I submitted 600 pages and I only received 78 pages when I called in advance to see how much I can submit per email they specified I can submit the 500 and the rest in a different email..!! Heather is so helpless and useless ! Poor customer service!

Terrible service and very poor attitudes! Store manager argued with me for 3 minutes about not being able to print my copies 45 minutes before they close. Told him the 4 copies I needed could had been printed while we sat there and argued about it. The ignorent employee printing copies just sat there and watched us? Why couldnt he had printed the copies. I smell a new manager needed!

Very helpful people. From time i walked in i got asked if i needed help by 3 people or more.

Very poor customer service starting with the manager.The store was full of employees(“at least 6 people there but it still took an hour to receive copies. In addition to that my sister was trying to use the one copier that worked and asked for help and the manager told her it was self service. Ok but if we have never used it before it would have been nice for instructions.

The website sent my order to Minnesota since for some reason Minnesota is a higher priority by default and I didnt look. Staff was extremely helpful and got my items printed here quickly and effectively!

Terrible experience! Stood in line for 15 minutes, and I was the only one in line. Three girls working behind the counter. I left and went to another store and came back. Only one in line again. May I help you,? I needed an ID card laminated. Do you want it today? What? What do you mean do I want it today? She explained it would cost 50 cents more if I wanted it today. I wasnt asking for 7000 copier of something - just an Id laminated. It takes about 15 minutes or so. Manager rude and not helpful either. This was not a Staples that I will ever return to. Five women that should be ashamed of themselves!
