Very rude staff. I was here yesterday they asked me if I can wait for 30 mins. I said no can I come tomorrow. And Iam waiting again for 30 mins

They are very poor at getting customers in for the covid vaccine. You have to say something to them to get them to start getting customer in for shots. Then they are rude.

We came to buy ice cream and the lady was printing something for the store instead helping customers..But the worse she told us to wait we were waiting for her and surprise!they didnt told us the the ice cream section was close NO CUPS.. i guy came just toNotify us..

This location is not located in the best area & seems to be understaffed & seems to profile certain customers due to the riff raff in this area but the story is properly stocked with everything that you need

I travel for a living and have had a dozen times I have had to reset a refill so I could pick it up at a pharmacy not my home store. This past week I found this store was enroute for me, and would be accessible for me and called the store directly. They got the info, and I got the robo call telling me my prescriptions were ready. This was THREE days before I told them I would pick up the refills and I even told them the exact hour I would be there. Not ONE of the refills was ready. One would take a half hour to fill (I was already 1 hour out of route to get there) and the other had to called in from another store. WHY, I asked, are the other two NOT ready and WHY was the third not ordered THREE DAYS AGO? They had no answer and I left without my medicine. Oh yeah, a day later, today, I got a robo call telling me my refills are ready, DONE with Rite Aid and sorry to my home town pharmacist who has been a great help over the past 3 years, but clearly, at least at this store, the staff doesnt care and feels telling a customer they have to wait, or that a refill was not ordered when requested, is OK. Its not.

Its a great little store to fit most needs. Even got some printer ink on a last minute project. High foot traffic, busy intersection so tje inventory seems to get low on some items.Havent seen much coming out of the phot dept.. I wonder wjy?

Worst customer service ever you might as well go down the street to Raven’s donut shop if you want ice cream.The manager there just sits around and does nothing in the cashiers are even worse.Forget if you need any help or assistance they’re too busy gossiping

One of the workers in the pharmacy (blonde hair female) was too busy flirting with a customer that she didn’t even get my prescription in & when I walked up to the counter she didn’t even have him move over he was all in my business ! Called next day and a male answered the phone being very rude .
