Whats not to love about In-N-Out? Always delicious! Their employees are always friendly. Ive never encountered anyone being unfriendly. The lines are long, but its worth the wait. I can eat an animal style cheeseburger with fries anytime. Delicious! Sorry! No pics! It was consumed on the road trip.

Had my first In-n-out burger in 2011 and they still taste amazing every time I come to LA and get one! The service is impeccable, always a long line, but it usually goes by pretty fast.Burgers are amazing, make sure you get your fries animal style, with a shake!

Most outstanding burgers and service. The line is always long. Coned off and has its own lane LoL, but, always worth the wait. I always make a completely unique, custom burger, and I always get what I ordered.. unlike so many other places LoL. The Coke is fizzy, the iced tea is the best in the AV, and I still love the chocolate shakes, all though they are much smaller now. Coming here is a total treat for me. Look into their secret menue.

Great customer service fast and friendly! I went yesterday and the young guy who took my order outside named Joey was very friendly and actually payed attention to small details for my order! Made my in n out experience great for eating there the first time! The person who handed me my food made sure to have it correct. I will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately, this location is not responsive to customer request. I requested my burger extra, extra well done.This is the third time I have ordered from this location and each time the burger patty is pink. The simple fix is for the cook to prepare the item as requested.I wont return to this location.

Sun Dec,27 2020 - besides waiting in line for 30 minutes this is how they served my me fries. What is this in and out Ive never been so disappointed the girl at the window with glasses and guy serving the fries kept laughing for a reason best believe imma call Corp you guys dont have respect

Have been to this location several times and always very good. This visit must have been a bad day though. Burgers seemed mushy, fries were stale and overly crisp, and staff seemed to be not their usual friendly selves, with one window person not even wearing a mask. I will go back because as I said this was very unusual for this location.

If youre familiar with their quality this basically the high quality youd expect from every in n out franchise.

This hamburger place is good. Nice seating area, service is great. But the burgers are to small for the price, cant tell if your really eating a burger. The burger needs to be a little bit bigger.

Always a great experience so long as they get everything you ordered in the bag! My son and I had a great time and we look forward to our next visit.

They never let down when comes to service and quality. My only hopes is that one day they will offer chili, bacon, or onion rings; if that ever happens I will only exclusively eat In-N-Out because then they are untouched.

Very consistent on raw meat. Very sad since this is the closest in and out to my house. This happens everytime we have gone in the past 2 months. The corporate office should know that the lines were not long and we werent in a rush. I hope they can learn to cook the meat better in the future. Over all I love in and out.

Solid experience at this stop off on the way home from Vegas. Its nestled at the edge of a new strip mall. I look forward to when the palm trees grow tall around it. :) And because its Victorville, its super busy no matter when you go. But, its clean and the service is top notch! When you need a stop off or you live locally, why not patronage here? Youll be happy you did.

Best in n Out burger Ive had in awhile! Lots of fresh, crisp lettuce. Vey clean restaurant and bathroom. Staff was efficient and having fun while doing a great job.

Food is great, but make sure you dont try to use Google Pay. I called in advance to make sure they accepted it as I had forgotten my card at home. They assured me they did and when it came time to pay they said they only accepted Apple Pay. A lot of time wasted for nothing.

Another amazing burger!Stop in for a burger and fries.This location is conveniently located right off the freeway. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating available.I found the ordering process smooth and seem less. Burger was great! Wait was not too long.

My wife & I arrived around 12:15AM. The dining in part of the restaurant was clean. The mens room was clean the food was great. The thing that stood out the most was their month old touchless soda pop dispensers. You get you ice by pushing the dispenser bar. To get the soda pop, you put the cup under the dispenser nozzle and reach for the same button that we been using for years. There is a inferred light that breaks when your finger is close enough to what we are used to. Saying I am excited is an understatement. With all of the Demoratts fear mongering tactics, this touchless dispenser soda pop is a great option that all people can appreciate (regardless of political persuasion).

Quick friendly counter service as well as excellent food was on the menu at this In-N-Out Burger on this Sunday night.The line of cars waiting for the drive thru was too long for my liking, so I opted for counter service. Great call on my part. The wait wasnt too long and soon I had a hot delicious cheeseburger and a sweet vanilla shake in my possession.I ate at the one of many outdoor tables and soon I was on my way home to Las Vegas. Good job as usual In-N-Out!

Anytime I want burgers this is where I go. Not only are they quick and efficient, no matter how long the lines are but they are courteous when tending to you. I like the fact that you can customize your order, you can get crispy fries if thats what you want or grilled onion on your meal.

My cats favorite burger. I made sure to get him his first taste of California as we made the long trip from Chicago to Angeles by car. As far as human tastes go, its a mighty fine burger. Solid quality for fast food... But I just like White Castle better. No hate against the venerable In-N-Out, I know that my love for white Castle is entirely idiosyncratic.

Lines are always long, but they are still fast enough for drive thru. The food is always on point. Ususlly if you go to a resturant enough you can tell its 50/50 chances of a 5 star experience. This place is consistent. Their fries were coming out like chips a while back, but they are perfect now. Great spot and staff.

When I come here, I come here to get a 4x4 protein style (since I do a low carb diet).Service is excellent and the place is typically full of people. This place has the same consistency that I would expect of any other In-N-Out Burger.

I’ve never been to an In-n-Out I didn’t like and this one was no exception. It was clean, the employees were friendly and the food was great. Tables open up quickly and they get through their lines and fill orders efficiently.
