Back in 30 Minutes sign up for way longer than 30 minutes and the young lady was clearly in the store working and just didnt want to be bothered. Get it together LIDS!!!

Laziest employee I have ever seen. 1 girl was busting her tail trying to keep up and the boy was acting like we were putting him out and taking away from his phone time to do his job. Wont be back there.

Went in to purchase a new beanie and had then embroid a logo onto it! They did a great job and the service was fast and friendly! By far my favorite beanie and will be coming back for more!

Purchased some hats and had them embroidered. I gave them a file Ive used a few times at other lids stores and the person tweaked it and it came out wrong. Usually at other lids, they just grab another hat and fix it. This one was like sorry we messed up, nothing we can do about it.

Polite and professional. They took good care to get my embroidery done right. Software had a glitch so I had to leave it with them until the next day. They called back first thing in the morning. Excellent customer service and communication.

Had a very terrible experience at this store today. Claudia and Marcus were very rude, they were upset because theyre system was down and kept telling me to come back. But I told them I have cash, they said well we dont have change, so if you dont want to wait, come back later. I said, oh no Ill wait. When they gave me the total, it seemed to high. I asked them how they got that total, because I added the trascation on my phone and came up with a different total. Claudia got immediately irritated and Marcus too because he had to leave the store to get change for me. Claudia said, I sell these hats all the time, I know how much they are. I said, well the calculator is coming up with a lower total, I can show you here. Marcus started talking in a very irritated voice saying come back later and arguing and Claudia and Marcus were both tag teaming me, yelling at me. In the end my total was correct and they were overcharging me. And when I said, those $3 mean something to me. Claudia laughed at me. Then Marcus called his supervisor and started lying to him and talking bad about me in front of me. Thats when I started recording what he was saying and his tone of voice. And I told Marcus why dont you be honest with your supervisor and tell him what really happened? He then got more mad and called security who happen to be walking by and had me and my 3 kids kicked out of the store. These employees have zero customer service skills and frankly are very mean people.

Nice place for mostly ball caps. They do a great job with custom embroidery as well.

I love the Irish dude there. Me and my girlfriend always go in there and mess with him. Hes funny and has good customer service ! Thank you!
