OMG, can you say the best Doctor Ever? I had ear wax stuck in my ear canal so deeply embedded from cleaning my ears with a Q-tip & it pushed the ear wax so far into my canal. My hearing was muffled and I could not hear in my left ear. I called Optimum Audiology On Monday and Sophia was so pleasant she made me an appointment for Wednesday and she called me the next day and told me they had an open appointment the same day on Tuesday. She knew I had some discomfort. I met Doctor Mendoza, she was so freaking sweet and she educated me about ear wax and the ear canal. My ear was washed out with a powerful water tube and all the wax just came all out. I forgot the young ladies name that washed my ear out, she was awesome also. I recommend Optimum Audiology to everyone in the High Desert. Doctor Mendoza and her staff is the BEST!!!

Dr. Mendoza with Optimum Audiology is hands down the best! I was initially skeptical with the results I received from my ENTs audiologist. A friend of mine suggested I get a second opinion and referred me to her. She took the time to explain everything in much more detail and in laymans terms which I appreciated very much. She also had me try on several pair of hearing aids to be sure that I was going to be comfortable and followed up with training. Her patience and understanding is what I needed most. I will definitely be making the drive up to her new location in Apple Valley when its time to be retested or if I am ever in need for new hearing aids.

Dr Kristy goes out of her way for her patients. I have a 101 year old grandfather who has major hearing problems. Her patience, kindness and knowledge allowed us to give him the best experience he deserved at that age. I am grateful and would recommend her to everyone!

Dr Mendoza is such a treasure. 3 years ago she tested my mom and helped us understand the extent of her hearing loss. She fit my mom with a pair of hearing aids. My mom has been struggling with her current hearing aids so we decided it was time to upgrade the hearing aids. Dr Mendoza came to our home and tested and fit my mom with newer technology. We have not seen our mom so happy that she can hear sounds she hasn’t heard in years. The biggest thing was when she was streaming a song in her hearing aids and my mom was brought to tears because she said she hasn’t been able to hear and understand a song in years.The service that Dr Mendoza has provided has been exceptional.
