They dont restock things I need for days been out of back pain medication for 4 days n cat treats been out for 4 days n alot is not stocked in this store on route 18 Palmdale rd Ca, WHY?

I love this place because they help take care of the elderly with Aid to a care provider

Social worker Jacob is terrible. Lied to me and then tried to “explain” his lie. Calls back when he feels like it or never calls back. I left my 4th message today for his supervisor Josee after still not receiving a call back since last Wednesday. I guess I will need to go in person 😩 All this is for my disabled uncle that needs to have new caregivers after 25 years and I’m his only voice! Terrible

They were very helpful and quick with the service. Very nice people behind the window. BUT...the security guard was a bit rude! Not necessary. I only asked him a question.

The information desk they have any questions that you need to ask about what they offer and how to qualify

The office in V.V. Has a worker Edward who says if client passes away you only get prorated hours. They shorted me 11.40 hours on last check because they cant prove you worked them. Im a honest person that worked for free due to his say.

The young receptionist is fast and nice.

MY VISIT TODAY WAS EXCELLENT. ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED..

So far no issues. I am a Caregiver with them and it has been fine.I am also available if anyone needs help in the Weekend I and Victorville area.
