We just went to this place about 3 days ago and it was really empty 😔😢. There was not much inventory there. I was told that in about 2 to 3 days they were going to get a new shipment . The place is alright and the person who helped us was okay but didnt say much about anything. He 👀 seemed bored 😴. They carry Cam- Ams ATV, Honda, Kawasaki etc. Its small but its worth 😉going there and the price is not bad 😉.

Murray was attempting to sell me a bike today. He had the worst service and didn’t communicate with me clearly with the things I need I started the paperwork at 11:30 and left the building at 5:58 with no motorcycle and a bunch of excuses. I will never purchase anything from this shop again.

We have had my husbands street bike in a couple different times for service. Terry in the service department has been professional, knowledgeable and kind every time. We are very pleased with the service w have received.

I purchased a 2019 Honda Crf 450r from B and B back in October of 2018. Awesome bike that I had the pleasure of enjoying for a total of 3 hours on the hour meter.At some point in November, on a camping trip, for the first time in my 30 plus years of riding I unknowingly, put contaminated fuel in my bike. Total rookie mistake that I take full responsibility for. So as I proceeded to self diagnose the problems with my brand new bike, I screwed up badly. I removed and detailed the tank, fuel pump, fuel line, fuel injector replaced, remove throttle body to find a really sticky mud leading down the intake port to the motor. At this point I know it needs the top end looked at on this 3 hour bike, I am bummed to say the least. So I decided to take it to the dealer where I purchased it and see if they can help me out.I spoke with the service department and their main technician Terry H., he said because I brought the bike in pieces he could not help me with other peoples projects. I said fine, just do the top end for me and I will reassemble the rest of the bike and requesting to call me when he opened it up so I could see for myself if any of those contaminants found their way in the motor.So 9 days later I finally get a call saying I can pick it up, meanwhile, I was still thinking he had not touched it due to a high workload in the shop. I go in pick up my bike and pay the high priced bill of 610 dollars, so frustrated at this point I do not touch my bike for 4 days or so. When I finally do, and attempt to install the throttle body, I discover the same sticky mud substance in my intake port that I took it to B and B to in the first place to take care of. (Shown in the pics attached)Now at this point completely disgusted, and wondering how a certified technician with 25 years experience could do something like this to a brand new bike, left me completely livid, knowing they charged me too. So I proceeded to take apart my own top end to discover, new piston, rings, intake valves, and the inside of the cylinder head as well as the intake ports with all the same dirt as before, pictures shown (He covered the dirt with new parts over them.I went back to the shop and told them what happened. Jason was good enough to give me a full refund. Terry H. said to bring it back in and he would take care of it, I laughed deeply in his presence and said I would never let him touch my bike ever again. So I asked, how he would get that stuff out of the intake port without removing the top end again, he claimed it would be easy and I laughed again. I went and told Jason, the General Manager at the time about our conversation and nobody seemed to care.I have been going to this shop since I was a kid, 30 plus years now. I will never spend another dollar in this establishment. I believe in keeping my money local but this place does not deserve it. They do not care about the people it sells these vehicles to, and they will not help you at all when they break, and if they do, good luck if it is done right. I would like to inform future customers to just go somewhere else. Its not worth it to do business here. Thanks for reading and I hope this helps others out.

This place is great! I bought a new Honda Shadow Aero here and couldnt be happier with it. The salesman Steve took care of me and gave me a good deal. The ppl at the sales counter were a pleasure to talk with as well. Happy as hell with my new bike!

Bought a brand new part for my atv and i did not need the part after all so I went back to return the brand new un opened part in its original packaging with proof of store purchase with receipt turns out after talking to store manager he did not want to give me at least store credit If they could not restock the part as they do mentioned “NO CASH REFUNDS” only exchange or store credit, returns must be within 7 days of purchase?? Not cool at all.

Not much places in the High Desert that actually sell motorcycles so I decided to go here to see if they had any Groms in stock. I walked in and they had an orange one as soon as I walked in. I finally got to see one in person and decided I was gonna take it home then and there until I realized everyone was too busy to help me. 1 person asked how I was doing as they walked by me and that was it. Everyone I seen was stuck on a computer screen. I walked around their little showroom for about 15-20 minutes and no one else said a peep to me so I ended up leaving with the $3k I had in my pocket when I walked in. Wasnt meant to be I guess.

Good to get shirts and hats etc. Would never buy a motorcycle from there.

Pathetic fail. Let me start by saying that Terry in service is a great guy and I hope the best for him. Very knowledgeable and has good customer service skills. On the other hand, the clerk behind the parts counter mistreated/lied to my son and belittled my wife over a cheap MX part. Not a good business strategy to be conducting. I have bought many motorcycles through B&B and also have my bikes worked on by Terry. Thanks to the jerk behind the counter, my business will now be elsewhere. Such a shame to try and puff up your chest to a child and a woman.

Customer service is lacking a little bit was in there for about an hour and not one person talked to me. They have a good selection of bikes and more. Just make sure you ask for help cause theyll look right over you.

Had a horrible experience with Jason in this facility, this individual literally went out of his way to literally fight us, and followed us to our car to challenge my father to a fist fight who is over 63 years old, and no we werent saying anything to him for him to challenge us to a fist fight- the security cameras will clearly show this. CRAZY. What caused the situation was over a face mask which we completely understood, we didnt have one so the employee gave me one so I asked him for another one for my dad so there wasnt any issues, and proceeded to pay for them when Jason told us to leave the store so we left not saying a word. Then he (Jason) followed us saying how we couldnt read the sign which we missed and becoming verbally abusive when my father told him we had missed the sign but there was no reason for him to come at someone so aggressively, and thats when he challenged him to a fight in the parking lot, we ignored and tried to walk away. However, he(Jason), thankfully stopped trying to fight with us, but went inside the store and began starting a fight with someone else, and thats when a gentleman who is always very professional got mad at Jason and walked off the store.Unfortunately, there were children when all this was going on, and when this individual was trying to fight people. I dont know what sort of psychological problems this individual has but one day hes going to end up costing the store a lot of problems, and hurting someone physically. PLEASE, MANAGEMENT CALL ME, I LEFT MY NUMBER, AND INFORMATION.

Edit: To the owner response. DO NOT try to discredit my honest review. The service department I received was horrible dishonest people who should never damage peoples things to try to make money! Instead of letting you guys make the repairs from your damages, I took the bike on a flat bed to a different shop that charges more per hour and it was still less than half the cost of that your service department wanted as a deposit!Bought a new bike in excellent condition. B&B broke several major components and dumped oil in the brakes, pads, motor and expected me to pay $2,000+ for them to make repairs for their damage. PLUS made me pay the $250 for the oil change they where supposed to do. I should have sued them. Hard lesson learned being new in town..

I called up B&B the other day and had the pleasure of speaking to Mechanic Terry Hunt. I was having trouble with my sons Kawasaki 450f dirt bike. I explained the bikes issues to Terry, he was knowledgeable and told me what he thought might be the problem. I made an appointment to meet with Terry to drop the bike off for service. When I met Terry he was very nice and said it should only take a few days to repair. Sure enough Terry called me 5 days later and my sons bike was fixed good as new. Both my son and I are very happy...

Zero to minimal Personal watercraft supplies. But they did have a sea doo part that was ill n stock n ready to install so that was a plus. The staff here makes this place worth the $.

Very friendly service. I went to see prices on a folding windshield for my Wolverine in the Parts Department. The young man was super helpful and friendly. I felt bad that I was taking up so much of his time. But he continued to look for me in the parts book and on the internet. Luckily other associates, who were on the floor working, came right away ( without being asked 👍) and helped any people who walked up behind me. Great Customer Service. The Best I have seen in years from all the associates not just one or two. Thank you keep up the good work.

I bought a Yamaha Viking (2015) from B&B and besides working with me to give me a great deal they seemed to be genuinely concerned that I enjoyed my purchase. As of this time I have zero gripes about B&B and would recommend them to others. I am only giving them four stars for the moment as later this might change when I need service or repairs.

Customer service is very poor. we purchased a helmet. it came with no box and no protective cover. Please be aware when purchasing something. and make sure the item is okay. since they have them all out on shelves for people to try on and so forth. they do not make sure you are getting a new one in a box and there return policy is none!

I will never do business with this company again, they do not care about their customers. Twice now I have dealt with a Supervisor with Vitiglio on his face (white patches of skin), he is rude and disrespectful. I have purchased from them in the past, 2 brand new CAN AM quads and I will never do business with them again until that specific Supervisor is relieved of duty and/or gone. He is hurting their business and I will let everyone know about him. I will say that the service technicians are great, unfortunately their supervisor is an A$$h@le

Its been here for ever and not one dime has been spent on the building or anything well thats the desert folk lolDropped of my 2020 can am for first oil change will see how it goes did not want to drive down the hill. I took a raptor 660 to get check out. They told me they would check it out and call me with in a week. 3 weeks passed and did not receive a call. So I decided to go in person just to find out they havent done anything to the quad. I tried supporting my local shop but were not straight to the point, so I had to take it to another shop. Wish I had a better experience.

I mean there coo but when its busy they will leave you hanging, got my bike and spent an extra45min to an hour waiting for my bike after all paperwork was done. But then again they were busy, repair service is bad they lose bolts/pushpins and rearrange their correct order.

I when to this B and B bike shop about a 1 year ago to look at some bikes. I was a first time buyer. I looked at a Honda rebel they had on the lot. As I talked to the salesman, I filled out an application. I had decided that I was going to wait and get a bit more experiences on a bike before I jump into one. Then on a Sunday morning I get a call from my local sheriff dep. The Sheriff said “did you apply for a bike at B and B bikes”? I said yes. He told me “well looks like they did not shred you paperwork, and just throw it in the trash. Because I just arrested a person that had all your personal info with her and the application you filled out at B and B”. This place should be close down for not following privacy laws. So if they don’t get your business is this how they treat you!!!!

They claimed they would match or beat any offer. When I brought them the offer, not only did they refuse to beat it, they would not even come close to matching it. The friendly sales person became not so friendly anymore. When I asked what happened to matching or beating any offer, the response was Well I guess not any offer. The out the door price was several hundred dollars cheaper at Chaparral in San Bernardino. I wont shop at B and B Cycles. Id rather drive down the hill.

Something was up with the debt card reader supposedly didnt go thru but it did I was in a rush had to go out of town for a while following week I noticed being charged twice no biggie I dropped the ball we all make mistakes try Amazon if youre patient get a deal otherwise thanks for being open on Sunday s

I dropped my 2016 R1 off here the first week of August to get fixed because it was stalling when I pulled in the clutch and let off the gas. I took it here because they are supposed to be a certified Yamaha dealer and I have a Yamaha extended warranty. To make a long story short my bike never got fixed after four months... Raymond at the Yamaha warranty told be to take it some where else because B&B was not working with them. So I picked it up yesterday and now I’m going to take it to Chaparral. Jason was the one dealing with my bike and from what the other tech told me he never even seen my bike taken apart, when Jason told me they replaced the valves. I never even got my rear tire replaced that I ordered, and to top it off my bike is running worse than it was and sounds like it has an exhaust leak now. I will never go back here.

Dustin took great care of us and I would recommend B&B Cycles to anyone looking for a new side by side.
