Have ordered online from Avid before - so when needed a battery quick, ordered a factory activated Yuasa through Amazon. Unfortunately received the dry battery with acid pack that took a few hours to permeate the plates and charge - not a big deal. When asked for a refund of only the difference in prices ($21) got a FULL refund immediately! When emailed I didnt want full refund, they said not to worry - my satisfaction was key. Wow... will keep ordering from them in future for sure.

The seller (Avid Cycle) only shipped 2 of the 4 tires ordered and then I received an email with no explanation but they cancelled the order on my rear tires. They did refund my money but still listed them in stock but the price went up about $15 a tire so I attributed that to my cancellation. A couple days later they did list them not available. I tried calling them but the message said to text my name & number to this number and they will get back to me, (What is that about)? Also, the mailbox was full so could not leave message. Not Good Business!! Also to Avid Cycle before you respond, yes I don’t leave a lot of reviews just as you only leave responses to negative reviews and don’t say thanks for a good review. And after you cancelled my order without explanation and could not be reached by phone I was not going to waste my time emailing you back and forth to get an explanation. I look at your company as bad with customer service and relations and I move on. No need to respond as I will not be using your company again!!!

Great shop, not sure what the person below me is on but whatever it is cant be good.. lol Anyways this ship is awesome. The manager is very knowledgeable on what he does and has a pretty good selection of gear and bike parts that a store of that size could hold. Best shop in the high desert in my opinion. Rock on 🤘guys!

This shop is a joke. Absolute disregard for customer service and flat out said he only cares about getting my money friends money and 5 star reviews. Would never go here again and would steer everyone I know away. The desert is struggling for a good ride shop but Mojave Motorsports will be the best option. If you are reading this review stay away from this clown who claims to be something he is not.

Drove 87 miles for the great service. Had a quote over the phone miss matched what was in stock but Mike took care of it. Bad day to good day real quick. Best shop in the desert.

Great shop with a great selection of inventory at FAIR prices. If a part is not in stock, they are usually available within a quick time frame. I highly recommend checking with Avid first for all of your Motorcycle, ATV, or UTV needs prior to going somewhere else or online.

Great place to go to for your dirt bikes and atv parts. he treats you like family and is very knowledgeable when it comes to what you need for your atv or dirt bikes. he carries everything from riding gear to maintance (like oil,coolants) go check them out great place great prices.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a helmet online and they sent the wrong size. These guys are unresponsive to calls and emails. I returned the helmet and after 3 weeks I had to submit a claim to get them to return my money. Spend your money at a shop that cares about their customers.

I never received my order of two front tires, totaling over $200. Avid Cycles remained unresponsive for weeks. I finally got a refund of $00.01. When I did get an email response from the seller, it was a screenshot message, demanding I take my review of the experience down or the refund would not be issued. Amazon is looking into it and I can edit my review if things change...seems unfair tho.

VP race gas, they were $10 cheaper on a 5 gallon can than the biggest gas distributor in the Victor Valley. Cool dude with a good sense of humor. Showroom is pretty small and they have a lot more stuff than what is displayed. Make sure you ask if you dont see it.

Finding only a knowledgeable parts store for your bikes and ATVs is one thing, but finding one where the people treat you like a person, and have the answers to all of your questions? Well, thats just a cut above the rest, and that is where Avid Cycles excels!I will be going to Avid Cycles from now on with all of my ATV needs. If they dont have it, they can have it delivered within 24 hours. I ordered a part, and the very next afternoon was able to walk in and pick it up. Absolute professional experience!
