I took my generator there to get it fixed it was working and just had a no start I bought the generator there so I wanted to give them my costumer loyalty so I dropped it off they said 88 dollars to evaluate what was wrong with it I agreed they never called me back I had to call them 1 and a half weeks later they said oh ya it need 365 dollar more to really determine the issue I said why they explained that they did a leak down test and it failed then oil was low and dirty I said how much did they think it would cost to make it run again they said 600-700 dollars I said wow I bought that honda 3000 in april of 2016 it has about 200-240 hours on it I checked the oil before I took it and yes it was need of a change but oil spilled out wasnt low there is also a oil alarm that shuts the system off before damage I said not to proceed with the job Ill just use it for parts ended the phone call they called me right back and said it will cost and additional 88 dollars to put it back together I was shocked photos show how I received my generator back took it to another shop it needed a service and a carb cleaning 120 it runs fine today these people are crooks

I just wanted to get my tires changed out on my Harley and they said they dont work on Harleys so whatever

I used to go to B&B when I was 15 for my old dirt bike. Now that Im over 30 I go to get my street bike serviced. Laid back atmosphere. Subject matter experts in all departments. I always get my bike back fast with no issues. Than you B&B for taking care of my bikes for so long!

Really bad guest service, I had made an appointment to get my tires swapped out and had to wait 2 weeks for the earliest appointment then was turned away because an employee made an error and they didnt want to help at all.

Terrible customer service, I have been going there for a few years, bad attitude seems to be common in their service department. This last encounter with the parts department was horrible. I will never shop there again. Definitely not recommended... at least their service department is a no go.

Called three times to get quote on diagnostic, each time i tried to schedule i was given different prices & kept getting higher and higher. When asked why the price was more than last he responded with I dont know what to tell Very rude and unprofessional. Take Your business elsewhere,youll thank me later
