Great place to unload, if trying to call some one is hard to get a hold of some one, once here to load very nice forklift drivers

They let u go in 7:00 am no early. Start unloading 7:30 am empty 8:00 am

True what they say. Its hard to communicate with someone at the office. No one ever answers the phone and the forklift drivers dont care if your there waiting to get unloaded. Not sure if they need more workers or they are just lazy. Prepare to wait

No stars! This is a manufacturing plant, not open to the public. Speaking for any and all truck drivers who make deliveries here, this is the single worst place Ive been to deliver. The forklift drivers see a truck pull in and they scatter. They will let you sit and wait for half an hour to over an hour or more. Someone at the corporate offices needs to have a good talk with the manager of this facility.Update: Things have much improved since I wrote the first review. The forklift / receiving personnel have changed and, unless there is a short line of trucks ahead of me, they are usually fairly quick to off load and are friendly too. May have a bit of a wait if they are busy in another part of the plant but not like before.

Everything was percect. In the gate at 9am and unloaded before 10am! Ryan the forklift driver went above and beyond! I will find a way to repay him!

Once on the Dock 15-20min Unloading! Fast Place. Receiving Hours 7:10AM- 3PM — A+ Receiver!!

Very quick unloading

No proper entrance guidance. I found the truck entrance near A & A surgery plaza on industrial Blvd. Receiving hours start from 7am local time.

Very lazy and slow staff

Extremely friendly staff, they are quick to load as well as ensure cargo as much as possible.I would gladly return.
