Not only did they not have the merchandise that I wanted, they changed my card for a payment for merchandise that I that I hadnt been approved for. After waiting for a week, they contact me and ask when do I want them to deliver the merchandise. I had cancelled the order after 2 days without being approved and 2 days without a bed. But heres the kick in the head, they tell me that they cant add the money back to my card; sure didnt have a problem pulling it off the card however, and I cant get my money back because I have exceeded the 7 day Refund policy. Are you SERIOUS!!!

Gave me furniture with bed bugs. Don’t rent from them now I have to pay 1095 for bed bug treat ment.

Been dealing with Rent-A-Center in Vidalia now for about 6 months. Have gotten a lot of stuff from them. Shelby is very professional and will help you get what you are looking for. Very reasonable and understanding. Definitely recommend

Fraud! Paid them and was supposed to be to get delivery next day, they said they had no one to deliver and they would deliver the next day between 12-2 I called to make sure and they said yes they would, at 2pm I called again and they said they would deliver around 2-4pm I said okay and then I called at 5:30pm and they told me they couldn’t verify my employer and said they had been trying to call me which is a LIE! I have voicemail and have no voicemail from anyone! Would never do business with them again, will be going to pick up my refund tomorrow! Go to Aaron’s, buddy’s, CM city or anywhere else before you do business here!

Ive been with Rent a Center for about a year and a half. When Shelby took it over after Orlando left it was amazing, she always has a great attitude and she is very professional. I recommend anyone to Rent a Center as long as they deal with Shelby, because the new manager is very rude and disrespectful.

These people have been calling me all year long trying to collect money that I dont owe, have never owed, after I have told them I have never been in this store ever, much less ever rented to own a damn thing. I will turn this over to my attorney and file suit against yall if you ever call me again I am now notifying you publicly. I have plenty of written notes and recorded phone conversations with the manager over this location SEVERAL TIMES explaining that I have never rented to own anything, I will not tell yall to not call me again.When I talked to one of the employees earlier the gentleman was very rude and I will be filing other complaints against this company, especially with the BBB. This has now turned into harassment and I will sue this company just for that if yall dont quit calling me trying to get me to pay someone else bills. I have been reassured several times that my phone number will be removed from this account and they will put a stop to the calls.I have never been in this store, much less bought from this company ever from any location.

If a half could be given I would give it a half .....online and in store staff should be more insynch than they are...

Ever since they had a new managment I have had problems with them.

The people are extremely rude. They have hidden fees that exceed 40% of what youre purchasing. I pay monthly and received a threatening letter after only being late by 3 days claiming I was 15 days late.
