I do not know her name, but the lady who owns it and the guy who works there with her are always extremely nice. I do NOT know HOW they do it but they are always so sweet and mind and quick to help. Theyre very knowledgeable about the products they have in stock...and did I mention how NICE they ALWAYS are?!

Helen always has what I want or she will order it for me.
