While the service was decent, two stars for the employee who stole $100 from my car.It’s my fault for having forgotten it in there. Hope the thief spends it wisely at least.

I went to buy a new battery for my wifes SUV. She got the numbers off the old battery so she could tell me what options I had regarding which new battery to get. She was very cordial and knowledgeable at least with what I needed. I was in there for maybe 6-8 minutes. Very satisfied.

Walmart auto center was exceptionally nice. Had a little bit longer weight than I had expected since there was only one car ahead of me. But they were very pleasant when I got there and the service was great. Prices for good and please with everything else.

Quick and easy. Service lady was nice, did have to look for her though.

IF you can find someone working in the automotive department, the customer service is beyond horrible. The employees in this department act like they are doing you a favor by simply doing their job.

I purchased two new tires for the front of my van. I asked that they put the best out of the four on the back. After waiting for one and a half hours, turns out all they did was replace the front tires. My back rear tire had a plug in it. Its still there. The day after my purchase my tire light came back on.I will be buying the back set somewhere else. I am highly disappointed with my service from the automotive department.

Did not have correct tire in stock for one of tbe nations most popular truck.

I got my oil changed by some ugly guy named derik. On a scale of 1-10 he probably did about a 4 changing my oil. He asked me on a date tho and bought me lunch so i guess they have good customer service.

Poor services. Took 3 and 3/4 hrs to have 4 tires put on a gmc pu.thy put the two front time off and on ..then i took tires off the back to put tires on rims then i put them back on the gmc....pi ss poir services. .

If you want it done fast and professional, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Ive never seen the level of stupid I seen in this place

Not the first time I have gone in to get my oil changed and have been told they dont have the right tool for the job. And I have gotten it changed there many times. I will no longer use Walmart for my oil changes .its a little more expensive at Monica brothers but they never tell me that they cant do something.

Personnel was very friendly and curtious. Even if they cant find it they will look it up for you.

THERE IS A HAWT GUY NAMED DERIK WHO WERKS THEIR, HE IS YUNG SO I ASKED HIM OUT AND HE SED YE$ BUT HE TOLD ME HE IS IN LOVE WITH SOME GIRL WHO WERKS THEIR NAMED SAM.

I had my oil changed and they were done before I finished shopping.

Said it was the next vehicle. Then turns out it was behind 2 other cars.

Work was ok, extremely slow. No sense of urgency from tech to manager. Too busy chatting instead of working.

FOR such a big place they should have more in automotive department like charging the AC in your vehicle.
