Most people are not interested in going to the pharmacy or the doctor, but either way you have to get your prescription filled and I highly recommend this particular CVS on Main street in Vidor Texas. Its always been clean and well stocked with their sale items and the staff is usually very helpful and friendly. What else can you ask for.

Went yesterday for my booster; COVID-19. Told to make appointment on line. They said they where to busy to talk. Made an appointment came back this morning and was told CDC changed guidelines and now I have to wait again! They could have taken the time yesterday to tell me! Now we wait again! Poorly informed workers! So check before you drive all the way up there!

Staff is great. They need help in the pharmacy. Too much work for to few hands. This is Wednesday. After the ice storm. They are closed.

Horrible service here. Waiting on transfer of medicine for 6 hours.

All Im going to say is I Received a text like always that my medicine was ready I looked at the prices so maybe I can get a coupon and I found two. But in the text my one of my meds was $22.73 found a coupon for $15.94 so I go down and give the coupon to the lady she told me to circle around I came back all my medicine was $71 I was like that doesnt sound right I didnt want to hold up the line so I went on home started looking and the one meds. That was originally $22.73 on there text they sent me I had a coupon for $15.94 she charged me $29.93 so yes I was upset so I went back and they said I needed the bottle before he could give the difference back.

Store manager, Dustin, is awesome. Super helpful and just an awesome guy

Super busy but the staff has politeness the wait can be long at times but if you walk in it can be quicker.

Says closes at 9 got there at 8:01 and the pharmacy was already closed. Sat at the window while the lady inside ignored me. Went inside at 8:04 and tapped on the window asking if they could please give me the prescription for my 2 year old step daughter who had rsv. Told me they already shut down the computers and took down the drawers. Takes longer than a minute to do all of that meaning they closed up way before 8:00. No sympathy either for a sick child.

Very friendly staff. Clean store. I enjoy going in there.

Unbelievable .. poor service from the pharmacist .... he was on the isle I was on and I had some questions about a product and some current health issues I am experiencing ... he was standing there watching a young lady that didnt even request his help .. he kept trying to initiate conversation with her .. He could do that on his personal time as it very oblivious that he had other interest in her ... and could NOT be bothered with another customer in need .... I will NEVER shop there again !!!

Had a heck of a time getting anyone to answer the phone all day. Still nothing.

Called In my script. on the 3rd. was told it would be ready on Sat. the 5th. I received a texted it was ready. I go to drive-thru and sat for 12 mins. Cody said he could not fill it because my D.O.B. was wrong? I went inside with my driving lic. showed (pharm) Lance. He told me the system had it wrong and I would need to call my Corp. on Mon. the 7th. I checked with my Corp. and they said it must be a type-o on CVS side. On Tues. the 8th I again receive a text it was ready. I sat at the drive-thru for 18 mins. Still the same problem??? I go in and Lance and Cody say it is my problem, I asked them if the would check it was filled at this store every 3 months. They checked and starting laughing and said yes they could see that, but it Still was my problem. I talked to the store manager (Dustin) and he was very nice, but could not do anything because its different part of Corp. Lance and Cody are like kids, dis-respectful, childish, and care very little about customer service. I am going to send a memo to their Corporation??? 3 times and still no meds.

The pharmacy has poor customer service. You are told to pick up your prescription at a certain time then go back at that time and you are told to wait 15 minutes. I will never use the pharmacy in vidor EVER again. I now use cvs on phelan. They have awesome customer service in beaumont.

Definitely not open until 9....

They run a sale, and they have it when you get there later in the week. They understand to keep things in stock
