He quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, ordered the part for install the next day, and arrived on time with a call to let us know he was coming. We couldnt be happier.

Thank goodness for Google! Our fridge was on the fritz and Paul came over fixed it same day. The repair was quick and reasonable. He also repaired the ice maker, which has been broken for 1.5 years! Ive already recommended Master Appliance to Vienna Moms and Ill be recommending it to anyone else in need of repairs.

Call was for leaky washing machine. Chad arrived on time, after initial call to advise he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem, identified a store that had the broken part in stock, picked it up, installed it, and verified the problem was solved! In addition, he showed me how to clean the sprayers in the dishwasher and shared info on keeping both machines clean to minimize problems. Very satisfied!
