Party Mania has wonderful customer service! I needed items for a shower I was hosting and Francis in the store helped direct me so that I was in and out quickly with what I needed. He also connected me with Ed, one of the owners of the store so that I could order a balloon garland needed in 3 days. Ed and I connect through e-mail and phone and he was able to create my vision for a reasonable price. He delivered it himself on the day of the shower and was a joy to work with.

Items are priced wrongly and the employees refuse to do anything about it! It doesn’t help that they have such a bad attitude too. A waste of time and money.

Customer service was great. I went in close to closing and tired, and the sales rep went out if his way to help me - Im sorry I cant remember his name. He deserves a shout -out! Thanks!

Fantastic customer service and competitive pricing. Wei chose the perfect assortment of balloons (believe me, I’m picky!) and they were so nice to move my delivery date up at the last minute. She provided her personal cell phone so I could communicate easily with her and coordinate a “secret” delivery, to surprise my daughter. I’ll definitely go through her again. Five stars!!

Great selection AND customer service!! Needed some larger balloons for my sons 4th birthday and Party City only had a few options. I ended up googling and finding this place. I showed up only to be greeted by a friendly staff diligently working! They asked what I was looking for offered me some great options and lead me to the other selections while I waited for my large balloons. They kindly asked me to pull my car up to the front of the store so they could bring them out to my car for me!!! I WILL 100% be back!!

Great place for ideas and place settings for parties. Lots of different colored table cloths napkins etc. Halloween, St Patricks, Valentines day or your own special celebration. Balloons pricy, dollar store better for regular balloons if you dont care about color coordination.

Best place for balloons and all your party things. They are super reliable and always there for you. Amazing set ups for events too.

It is super expensive compared to parry city or amazon. The service is aweful. They billed me for something which I returned on counter. When I saw the bill at home and went back, they didnt believe me even when i found the item in their store with the exact same serial number.

Has all the basics in all the colors you could want. Offers a small discount on helium balloons if you order a day in advance.

They have everything that you can imagine for your party, but they need to clean a little bit the place
