Absolutely and completely rude/disgusting workers. I was disgusted at how my daughter and her friends were treated for simply wanting to try on masks for their group halloween costume. Completely do not suggest for anyone to go. The specific lady I had a bad experience with was in her 40-50s and dark hair.

Got some balloons for my sons birthday. Staff was very friendly and quick. Also great price for them.

I love Party City in Vienna WV inside Grand Central Mall. Used to shop at the one in Murfreesboro TN when I lived in Nashville all the time.I went here today looking for decorations for my daddys upcoming 80th Birthday Party. Its in about 8 weeks so the planning has begunThe staff here is do helpful and friendlyGot some great ideas. Think I am going to go with Gold, Silver and Black with a glitzy Western theme!!! Found the perfect birthday card....

Always a HUGE selection of party goods. Never disappointed and can find everything I need. Lovely decorations for Easter and an amazing assortment of candy and fun things for baskets.We found lots of great stuff for our craft sale table for decorating. And the sales staff were polite and helpful.Will definitely shop here again.

Pretty large selection. Store is well lit and orderly displays. Lots of party themes and decorations not just for birthdays. Nice entrance from the parking lot as well that goes directly inside the store.

I know with the current conditions we are living in with covid-19, things are hectic. But when we did the curbside to go we were greeted with a less than happy employee. She seemed unhappy with her job and wasnt pleasant at all. I too work with the public and that is not how to deal with customers.

They have nice selection of candy, almost all the themes you can imagine for birthday parties, graduation, wedding decorations to accommodate your a celebration moments!

Staff is so helpful. Can get balloons done in a timely manner, even when you forgot to call ahead or order ahead. I was super behind with my daughter’s birthday party planning. They helped me out. Also, was able to pick up decorations for her cake as Sams forgot to give us the form for her unicorn on her cake!

Great place for party supplies

Havent had any problems before, but purchased some balloons and they slipped out of the weight and flew off as soon as we got home. While we were waiting to get the filled, someone had come in after losing all of her balloons, as well.

It was not open the last time I was by there which was about 2 weeks ago. I was in the Grand Central Mall in Vienna yesterday but did not get to that end so I dont know if they have opened yet.

Went to pick up balloons for my little cousins party that were ordered by someone else. I went in to pick up the order and they only gave me 3 balloons. I took them to the car and called my cousin to confirm what all balloons I should have and I was missing over half of what I should have had. I went back inside to ask the girl about it and she found the rest of our order. With no apology or anything she handed them to me and said Well, there wasnt a name on it and I didnt check the order to know it was yours. Thank goodness I called my cousin because if not, we would have driven 45 minutes away to find out that we didnt have them all and make another 90 minute round trip drive to correct their error. Not terribly impressed with the customer service.

Got some party supplies for my little girls party. We got 2 huge Minnie Mouse balloons for her adoption party. She loved them. You can always get what you get for parties.

I was told I could buy balloons filled with helium the night before my event and the next morning they were deflated. I went back today to see if I could be compensated and get some new ones of free or even half off. I was rudely disregarded and told that they only last for 8 hours. If I was told that in the first place then I would have just went and bought them this morning.

Love this store! Lots and lots of great party supplies and good prices!!!

I would not recommend it because the staff there is rude. There should be directions about the balloons being paid for before being blown up! And the staff should not be so damn rude when someone doesnt understand and gets frustrated because they are being sent all over the damn place!
