Barbara, Lisa, and the whole crew are fantastic and knowledgeable. Prices are incredible, the selection is great and varied, and the friendly and attentive staff keep me coming back. Cant recommend enough whether you are a serious wine drinker like me, or just casually looking for an affordable wine for a weekday dinner.

They have a wonderful selection of wine, beer and cheese! It is small, but of the best quality. And their pricing is very reasonable. It is all topped off with great customer service!

This is absolutely the best wine shop in the area. It offers all the selection and customer service you could hope for without any of the stuffiness and snobbiness found in other wine shops. Theres the friendliest atmosphere here and Ive received some incredible recommendations for types I never even would have thought to try. You can also find good coffee, cheese, pastries, and a great beer selection.I cant recommend it enough!

Tony was incredibly nice, found me some amazing wine within my budget, and gave me a sample of delicious blue cheese. What more could you ask for? Great experience.

I cannot praise my experience with The Wine Outlet enough. I called to have a basket of wine created as a sympathy gift, and the staff was so gracious and helpful. Better still, the basket that they delivered was simply beautiful, and the wine selections were (Im told) delicious.

My husband and I purchased the wine for our wedding weekend getaway with our family and friends. We worked with Josh, who was able to take our budget and found the most amazing combination of reds, white, and champagne. He really took the time to figure out a combination of wine that worked for us. His entire staff was very knowledgable, extremely professional, and a joy to work with. We would definitely recommend this store for your every day beverage purchase all the way through your BIG DAY purchases.

My husband and I recently moved to the DMV area and we stumbled upon this incredible store! Needless to say, this is the only place where we will buy our wine! Tony is absolutely remarkable! Not only is he knowledgable about wine, but he has an endless selection and makes wonderful recommendations. We could not be more thrilled to have found Tony and his store. I was really looking forward to the opening of this shop. I stopped by today and what a TERRIBLE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! Maybe the shop has a good collection of wine, but it has absolutely no customer service or any knowledge of (one of the managers was there!!!) how to greet and work with the customer. For the first five minutes the manager could only manage a hello without lifting his eyes from the computer screen. When I asked him to tell me about the shop, all he could say was that they dont have a case discount but have the best prices in the area. If you are looking for a drive through quick purchase of wine, this may be the place for you. If you are looking for a place where you will feel welcomed, this is not the shop for you. Unfortunately, this will not be my local wine shop.

My favorite wine shop in the area. They carry good wines in all price ranges, from bargains to exquisite wines for special occasions. I always enjoy chatting with whoever is staffing the store, and enjoy their tastings. Most of all, someone is always willing to help me choose the right wine to pair with any dish or occasion.

This place is awesome! Great wines of all types and the best prices i’ve seen anywhere in NoVa. Most wines I saw were in the $10-$20 range. Tony was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us pick out a few gems based on other wines we like. Looking forward to trying some of their cheeses next time we go!
