Mark was awesome! I was a little late getting out of the office and made it to Spokes Etc in Vienna about a half hour before closing and Mark was super helpful, he answered all of my questions and gave me some tips about local trails because I recently moved. I didnt feel rushed at all and really appreciated the ease of online purchasing paired with the friendly in-store service.

One of my friends recommended me this place I could not be more happy with their services! I was new around this area and my friend told me to come here because recently I have been in need of a new bike. This place was great good customer service and great staff that helped look for the perfect bike and stokes has fair prices! I highly recommend stokes!

As soon as I walked in the door with my bike, I was welcomed and asked how I could be helped. Within 15 minutes I had a new tire and was on my way. The prices are reasonable and this store represents a great value!

I called ahead when I found out that they had the bike I wanted in stock. I was able to reserve it by making a down payment by card. It was ready for a test run when I arrived. Staff was friendly as well. They adjusted the seat for me. i would definitely recommend them!

Ive been getting an old bike serviced at Spokes for many years and bought a new bike from them in October 2019. I now live in Maryland, but still cross the river to get bikes/accessories/tune ups there - they are that good. Their selection and prices are excellent and their employees are fantastic at pointing out what they have based on your individual wants/needs. Their service department is fantastic for annual tune ups, flat tires or even more complicated maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend Spokes, etc. for anyone looking for any and all things related to bikes.

The store is large and spacious with plenty of options to choose from. The sales person who helped me, Brian T. was patient and extremely helpful and personable and helped me find the right fit for me. Everything was smooth and easy, and I will absolutely be considering Spokes for my future bike purchases and will recommend them for anyone I know looking for a new bike.

I just got my bike back from an annual cleaning and I almost don’t want to ride it because of how beautiful it looks. I refuse to go anywhere else. Spokes Vienna is the top dog when it comes to friendly, helpful, nonjudgmental customer service. As a novice I’ve experienced such snobbery elsewhere in the area. It doesn’t matter who helps you, I’ve NEVER felt more comfortable spending money on service, accessories, or anything really. I love Spokes Vienna and highly recommend them for any and all bike needs.

I purchased my mountain bike from Spokes. I purchased Specialized Rockhopper, for a good price. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff, and when I told them I was here to buy a bike, staff member helped me out throughout the entire transaction. He was very knowledgeable about bikes and everything in the shop. The shop has variety of bikes, street bikes, to mountain and track bikes, the shop also has every gadget that goes with bikes…etc…. I asked them if they could switch the brakes on the bike from, they were charging a ridiculous amount for a very small job… other than that, friendly staff and smooth transaction.

Called on a busy Saturday to see if a bike was in stock. They checked, it was, and I came in to buy it. Rep (I believe his name was Amin?) was very knowledgable and did a great job prepping the bike for me to take home. Worth the drive.

Drove from New Jersey to pick up my dream bike. Their inventory is second to none, and the customer service can’t be beat. Brian walked me through my new purchase. No need to say, its hard to find a bike these days. But compared to other bike shops, some even saying that I could get a bike in 2023 if I ordered now, Spokes etc staff stayed chill, told me to go to their website, put notification on and wait for a call. It did take a bit (thanks COVID), but I got a call saying that the bike I wanted was on the way and that I could put a deposit on it to secure it. I did, went to the shop when they received/assembled it, and finally got the bike I wanted within 2 months! On the pick-up day, the staff was nice, helpful and had everything ready for me to pick-up and go riding. Would definitely go back!

Spokes is the place to go! My Trek Bike needed some tuning up and Mark handled all communications and repairs professionally and all work was done correctly and on time!

Super helpful staff. The newer staff didnt hesitate to get the more experienced staff to help answer a rather high level tech question. I called before I went to see if they had the upper mid level pedals I wanted, be and they knew to check which category cleats came with it. Only a couple bucks more than online, but I got them in one visit, and yes its important to give good solid local bicycle shops our business.

I was very impressed with the extremely friendly staff. In particular, Mark should be employee of the year. I recently had a flat on a ride and was able to limp to the Spokes Etc, Vienna. Unfortunately the shop was closed and would not open for another hour. Fortunately for me, Mark saw me standing outside, opened the shop, and we attempted to fix my leaking tire (I had already put in a tire plug and a can of Hutchinson Fast Air to no avail). After a few unsuccessful attempts of sealing the puncture we decided putting a tube in the tire would be the easiest quickest fix. Mark gave me a tube, lent me the use of some tire levers, and the shops floor pump. After fixing the flat, I went to pay for the items. All I had was cash. Because it was so early the cash registers were not set up. Mark said, no worries just come back when were open or pay the next time youre in the shop. I cant say how impressed and thankful I am to Mark and the folks at Spokes Etc, Vienna for the help that day. Sometimes you need a mini disaster to realize how lucky we are to ride bikes and just how awesome people like Mark and the cycling community truly are. The best part is I was able to finish my ride that day (72 miles) and on my return trip home stop by Spokes Etc pay for the repair items and say thanks to Mark again. Priceless. I was pretty nervous because some bike shops have a reputation for being pretentious but everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Brian even took the time to answer some questions and concerns I had with the bike I was looking at. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone.

I took my bike here for a quote and was told I needed a long list of repairs that would cost more than it was worth. Glad I took it somewhere else because it didnt need those repairs and I saved a lot of money.

I bought a bike for my son there June last year, when it was hard to locate mountain bikes in any store. They were patient with my repeated calls to find out if they would be receiving a shipment, and eventually put together a wait list for people like me itching to buy a bike.The bike has been great, and we just took it in for a free adjustment that came with the purchase, and they went above and beyond, doing more than just an adjustment, and provided top-notch service. I love the complementary year of included tech support for maintaining the bike and learning more about all of it and I love the bike! I’m also really happy with how a complication following the purchase was resolved (with making sure the investment in the bike fit properly given available options). Although I had really pleasant and great experience with the purchase and working things out with the sales team it can be a flustering process because its a big investment for me especially when I’m new to the product and unaware of many details involved. It’s really nice to be able to follow up regarding the fit of the bike and so on because in hindsight it can all happen so fast during the process on the of the day of the purchase. Having that option to follow-up is huge for me as a customer and definitely something that compels me to not only return for future purchases but also compels me to recommend the operation to other people and document positive reviews. I’ve also been really happy with all the people I’ve interacted with at Spokes in Vienna!!! Thank You So Much!!

The rep was young (or Im just old LOL) but knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to explain why the type and size of the bike was appropriate for my son and was transparent as to the expected delay and wait time if I ordered a bike. As he put in my order, we had a friendly chat about school during this COVID state which made the visit personable. He also referred me to Stephanie to give my son refresher lessons.When I came back to pick up my bike, the rep offered to adjust/lower the seat to fit my son and reviewed my remaining balance with me. He offered and helped put my sons bike into my car for me which was a HUGE assistance being a single mom and not really having anyone else to lift and put the bike in.I think my son will enjoy a few years on this bike and hope it will last. I have been to many bike stores this spring/summer as I have traveled around VA and WVA by bike. Spokes Etc. In Vienna has been the best. They carry quality products and offer a great selection of stock at a fair price. Their bike shop service is excellent! I had a new bike assembled by them, and an older bike repaired on the spot due to an incident on the W&OD Trail. Ron, the service tech, did skillful work promptly. He even did two additional maintenance tweaks that he noticed and made my bike safer. I highly recommend Spokes for your bicycle needs.

The store has easy access and parking to store is plentiful. Even though I live in Town of Vienna, it was my first time visiting the store. While browsing I was asked if I needed help and so I took it up. To my surprise the two store employees (separately) went out of their way to help and explain things. I am very appreciative of their help and will surely return. I recommend visiting this store.

Giacomo was awesome. I really appreciated his knowledge of the Specialized Brand and his attention to what I was looking for in a new bike. I had visited Spokes Vienna one week prior to my purchase and the sales rep I spoke to didnt know much more than I did but when I spoke to Giacomo he was able to provide me the information I needed to give me the confidence I was making the right decision. If it wasnt for him, I probably would not have purchased my bike from Spokes.

Exceptional customer service!

When I was checking out after purchasing my bike, the staff made sure that all of my questions were answered. At checkout, the staff member immediately noticed that the seat was too high he offered to adjust it, and when it was still too high immediately went into the back to cut it down to the right size. I also felt very safe while in the store, everyone was masked and kept the appropriate distance.

Went in today for a repair expecting to not have my bike for a week and - boom - they had the bandwidth to knock out the repair while I waited and teach me a thing or two I didnt know about my bike. Very satisfied!

I cant say enough good things about this location. Ive been a cyclist in the area for 15 years, Ive been to all the local shops, Vienna Spokes is the best. Every time I walk in there with an issue or need the guys are super friendly and take care of it immediately. So many bike shops are staffed by arrogance but Spokes truly treats everyone with exemplary service. This is my favorite bike shop.

My bike was in dire need of maintenance and Spoke Etc. did a fantastic job making my bike like new. What impressed me most is that I selected a higher level service and the young gentleman was very honest and advised me a lower level would provide me the support I required. I am now a fan and will always take my bike to Spokes for bike maintenance!

I purchased my Specialized Roubaix Sport here in June, along with all the gear to get me started in a new sport after having torn my ACL and medial meniscus in a 5k terrain race. The spokesperson who assisted me was very knowledgeable and spent well over an hour with me, which I appreciated because I was making an expensive purchase. A month later I went back for a tune-up and a few months after that, I had a bike rack installed. If youre looking for a bike or any related accessories, this is the place to go.

Very personable customer service. The store/staff went out of their way to ensure I had the right product and installed my Thule bike rack professionally. They definitely earned me as a repeat customer.

Our daughter is 5 and she is moving up from a 16 to a 20, the first being just a touch too small (shes very tall!) and the 20 just a touch too big. The staff worked with us in getting the right set up for her. It was the type of service that keeps you wanting to purchase from them. Only complaint is I would like to see additional brands in store. Im a big fan of both Specialized and Trek but would like to select from others as well.

Paul in the service department was able to procure and repair the shifter on my vintage Campagnolo equipped road bike. Its perfect again, and Im riding outside thanks to Pauls expertise. Id also like to give a big thank you to Jim & Bob for keeping the best bike shops in NOVA up and running during these trying times.

Great Bike shop. Excellent service. Prices are a little pricey but I understand as its better to support your local bike shop (LBS) than it is to buy stuff online on the cheap. Highly recommend. They also do free maintenance clases with a discount if you attend. What could be better!

I have been inside spokes a few times and every time I have had a great experience but this last time was exceptional. They are handling the COVID guidelines really well and it felt like a safe environment. The staff were knowledgeable and even though they were almost out of stock, they got on the phone trying to find a bike for my husband. I ended up buying a bike for myself. Not to talk poorly about another bike shop but I know several people, including myself, who headed to Conte’s and then straight to Spokes to ensure they get a bike that works best for them. When u go to spokes u don’t necessarily need to know exactly what you want, they will help you figure out what is best for you!

With all of the bicycle shops closing these days its nice to find there is at least one great shop left. The salespeople are very helpful and patient. Especially dealing with an old geezer like me and my never ending questions.

My husband and I purchased 2 bikes today and we couldn’t be happier with the experience from beginning to end. The owner of the shop assisted us and helped us to make the right decision. The team put our bikes together within the hour and we were ready to ride! We also got a car rack and he personally showedus how to put the rack and secure the bikes, everyone was really friendly!

I took my bike there last month to renew the brake pads and change hydraulic fluid of the front brake. They charged me $56 for it. It took them three weeks to repair it. Yesterday, only a couple of weeks after I had it fixed, I was showing it to a buyer when the brake pads fell off during the test ride. I had to reduce the price by $40 just because of that. So basically, I lost $56. I could have sold it for that price without fixing it.

Has a wide variety of products and very professional friendly staff!!!!! Also great stop to fill up on water.

The folks at this store are very kind and thoughtful. They are also highly knowledgeable and know exactly what is right for you. I recently had a small service issue where a product we ordered didn’t arrive. When they were alerted to the problem they expedited everything and in fact didn’t charge me because they felt it was taking too long. They were beyond helpful and nice. I can’t recommend this place enough.
