Great experience with Liz who is very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out some adirondack chairs for my porch. Had a issue with one of them but it was quickly resolved.Lots of quality outdoor furniture manufactures and lots of options to customize.

Brown Jordan Expert, Liz Molina! We had a big problem with the pandemic and no patio furniture for our new stone patio. When a friend said to go to Patio.com in McLean, we met Liz Molina, the Brown Jordan Star. Liz guided us thru the harsh covid inventory problems and found us 4 spectacular chairs in the warehouse. We picked them up a couple days later. Liz is top quality and 100% focused on customer satisfaction. Thank you, Liz.

Patio.com owes me over 5,000 dollars in damage after hitting my car on June 15th 2020. The drivers did a hit and run but my neighbor took a picture. It is sad that a company that is so big does not take care of the damage they did. The admitted fault via email but not have not taken care of it.Do not order from this place it is not family oriented or honest people.

Went there ready to buy an outdoor dining set ASAP. We saw a customer leaving somehow agitated, but after checking out the sets outside we decided to get assistance inside. Long story short not even a hello. There was eye contact, but the two people there seem busy and did not even care and looked away. We were the only customers present there. Awkwardly we left, and ended up buying a $2500 set from another store.

Good place ! Very helpful associate ! Went in to look at pool some pool tables. Gave me some good suggestions ! Would definitely recommend going in and checking out this place !

My wife went to this location and picked out a set of outdoor furniture. We did not even schedule a deliver or pick up the merchandise. She decided not to buy it and even though we had not taken possession of the goods or even arranged for a delivery they refused to give us a refund and said that there would be a restocking fee or a store credit. Terrible customer service. If I had taken the stuff home and it was not sellable then maybe I would understand this policy but it was with in 24 hours and the stuff never left the store. I will never set foot in there again. Buyer Beware. To add insult to injury the quality of the out door furniture is terrible and it literally fell apart. Buyer Beware!
