When one owns a BMW people usually go to the dealership for the service but honestly I found my new mechanic to rely on at Vienna Auto Service. I was looking to get my BMWs brakes pads fixed, the rotors, and the sensors. First called and talk to Gabe. He was really nice and patient with all my questions and gave me the estimated cost. It was really reasonable comparing with the price that BMW dealership offered. I decided to make app for Friday ( today ) but was afraid to drive in mean time ( didnt know how serious things are ) so he offered to check my car condition and make sure it was safe to drive. When I brought it to the shop on Friday morning, the mechanic was thorough with his work and I was treated like family. I was offered a wide selection of drinks while I waited for my car to be fixed and I trusted all the work they did to my car. Gabe and Mr.Ameen are my new go to guys ! I would never go to BMW dealership again !Thank you guys for the work you did and the friendly customer service you provided !
