I asked for a specific theme for our sons cookie. There were no templates available, so Travis took his time and made one! The cookie turned out wonderful and our son was super impressed!!! We couldnt have asked for any better service!!! For something special, I highly recommend Great American Cookies! 😄😄😄

Bought $30 worth of cookies and they were stale and burnt tasting, Walmart bakery is better and tastes way better and alot cheaper and we also had to wait on the worker to get done texting on there phone before she would help, long story short dont waste your money here

My mom ordered my brothers cake weeks in advance and we ordered a fire truck on a sugar cookie cake. Can u guess what was on the cake? A guitar Im not sure how you confuse a guitar and a fire truck but we are very unsatisfied and all they wanted to do was scrape it or give us a $19 credit for the next time we get a cake. We will never be ordering another cake from this company they ruined a little boys birthday

Elderly worker not only did not know how to ring up my points but then lied and acted as of he did. Once I pointed out the error he got another employee to assist him. She also was unable to rectify the situation. The manager got involved and just kept saying, its ONLY $5 and 3 points. I mean, what do you really want me to do? I finally gave up out of exasperation and walked away. I really like the chocolate chewy cookie but it certainly isnt worth being treated like less jyst because it was ONLY $5 and 3 points. I MAY go to G.A.C. again but it certainly wont be at the Grand Central Mall.

The girl working was very rude
