Had a pretty unpleasant experience here today. The employee working at the printing desk was particularly impatient and rude when one of the self-service machines wouldn’t work with my USB drive. She was so dismissive and unprofessional that I actually debated whether to drive 20 minutes down the road to another printing shop, as everything in the area was closed because it was Sunday. I eventually got it working myself on another machine, and I was going to have some more speciality printing done, but I opted not to deal with this unprofessional employee anymore so just left once I had finished with my self service printing. Go somewhere else for your printing needs that actually values your business.

No customer service....appeared to be invisible for 15 minutes, timed!No acknowledgment at all while standing under a Customer Service sign at the counter. Extremely irritating!!!!
