Museum is closed due to Covid. I walk by this place on the trail. It has beautiful lawn with picnic area. 2 weeks ago visited the place, it had tulips in the lawn. It was just so beautiful . Good hangout place for friends & family.

What a great little piece of history! The shop sells cute Virginia-themed gifts, snack foods, and more. The museum has wonderful local exhibits on Women’s voting and (until the end of the year) the 1950s! Adorable and friendly, this museum is right off the W & O.D. Trail. Go for a hike or bike ride, and stop in for a visit!

Neat little nostalgic general store with old fashioned “penny candy,” a used bookstore in the basement, along with cool antique items to view in the museum section. Neat information about women’s voting found upstairs too. Be sure to check out the painted stormwater drain located out front curbside. Vienna has a very active community artist program. ❤️🎨

What a quaint, old, country store! Even an old checkers board and checkers are in the open area. They also have snacks and drinks for those hot, busy days of summer. Cashiers are nice. Ladies room is nice and clean. They even have a basement full of old books for sale! Enjoy browsing through their collection of items for sale!

Small but interesting store/museum to visit. Was a Freeman store at one time. Used books for sale in basement level. The second floor has an exhibit of the 1950s. The main floor is a gift shop. Very good hard candy.

In addition to the country store, there is a wonderful museum upstairs that Id call a hidden gem in plain sightThere is also a wonderful used bookstore on the lower level. I had passed this place hundreds of times before finally deciding to check it out. Im glad I finally did.

Lots to learn about the town of Vienna. Staff is very informative and friendly. I love going to the book sales because of the wide variety they offer.

Great place to find unique items with friendly shopkeepers to assist...also check out an interesting rotating museum upstairs and used bookstore downstairs

Cool historic shop/museum with history of Vienna and Fairfax County, VA. The shop has fun knick-knacks and a cute old-timey candy shop.

Fun place for local history, friendly people, and interesting keep sakes.

The general store always has something that is a good gift for friends moving here. Oh, and there is plenty of (almost) penny candy too!

This place is great. Full of historic artifacts and information on life in Virginia in the past!
