Called and whoever answered was nice, answered any questions, and willing to see if they had any of the weapons I was looking for in-store. They didn’t, but I decided to stop in just to look around and also get a feel for the place in case I wanted to use them as an FFL. I hate I didn’t ask for bis name, but it starts with V. He was also willing to answer any questions I had, make recommendations, and was really helpful while I was there. I ended up buying a Scorpion while there and will most likely order what I wanted online for pickup thanks to his help and whoever answered the phone when I called. Check them out.

My experience with Vienna Arsenal has been exceptional. I enrolled in their Foundation Carbine course which took place at an outdoor range in West Virginia. Our instructor, Zach, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with the students.Zach took the time to answer every question and went out of his way to make the experience fun and rewarding. The folks at Vienna Arsenal were also very generous about providing weapons and ammo to rent at the range. These guys are extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommend Vienna Arsenal for all your firearm related needs in Northern Virginia!

Ive taken several courses with Vienna Arsenal Training from tactical handgun, tactical carbine, and advanced tactical and the instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and provide quality instruction on a variety of areas. I have full confidence in their ensuring the safety of the students, and I really do have an amazing experience at each and every one of their classes. I try to take as many of their courses as I can and I always look forward to the next session. Their course offerings continue to expand and they are responsive to student feedback. The customer service is top-notch, the instruction is top quality, and the courses are a really damn good time. I highly recommend.

Took a trip to Vienna Arsenal today. Everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was surprised but they had two guns I was looking to purchase. With in a few minutes we had agreed on a price for both and I got a lot of added information. Now I’m looking toward taking a course or two. Great to find a good supplier locally and look forward to doing more business together as we go forward.

Ive purchased a number of items from these guys (all for a VERY competitive price of course) and am finally leaving a review after experiencing 2 years of consistent great service! Every employee has been friendly with plenty of fun stories to tell while you shop around, and are knowledgeable of almost every item in the shop. The addition of the foundation courses is fantastic for both beginners and those looking to just go out to their range for some fun. The best part is that they constantly have coupons and offerings for these classes, so if you plan to go to one - keep an eye out on their Instagram. Ive also gotten a few coupons with each of my purchases so Im sure you will as well!

Took the Foundation Handgun course this past Sunday (awesome Father’s Day present) with Zach and it was awesome. Zach is a great instructor. He was communicative, very knowledgeable, and patient. He was on time and ready to go with no wasting time and I will definitely take additional courses Vienna Arsenal, specifically, Zach. Also, went to the store for the first time the week before the course and the guys were great, they were very helpful, answered any and all of my questions, and didn’t come at you with a negative attitude like at some other gun shops. Great selection of guns, they offer gun repair and modification services, and actually have ammunition in stock and try hard to keep customers informed of stock available.

I signed up for the Foundation Carbine course. I showed up early to get some help to zero in my optic. Zak, our instructor helped me to get started. He was supportive and attentive for every question and concern I had. In all I highly recommend the training course provided by Vienna Arsenal. Thanks again for the information Zak!

Cool place to go to. I live in Alexandria, so the drive is a little timely, but it’s worth it. Only problem is that the products are a bit pricy, but still worth the money. Staff are cool too.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! My husband and I ended up getting a CZ shadow 2 orange from this shop and we are very satisfied with their service. Every staff we encountered were super knowledgeable and friendly, especially Marshall and Zack. They also offer multiple courses and trainings- cant wait to take some! If you dont know much and need help picking out the right one for you, this is the place to be!

I bought and sold guns here and did a transfer and shipping through them. I would say that the employees here who assisted me with buying were very helpful and knowledgeable. If you tell them what type of gun you are looking for, they will definitely point you in the right direction and give you some good recommendations. However, I would advise that you dont do any transfers or shipments through Vienna Arsenal. My shipment was delayed, and they dont keep you up to date with the progress of your shipment. I had to call back several times before I could get a tracking number from them, and when I did the person, the owner, on the other end was very rude and nasty about it. Reading through the other reviews, it looks like others have had similar problems with this. Their transfer and shipping service may not be very efficient and well worked out, so you may want to avoid it, for now, at least.

The team here is absolutely amazing. I had a transfer from out of state which was done seamlessly. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and showed me how to care and modify my firearm. While I was waiting for my background check on my handgun I looked at AR’s. I stated what kind of build I wanted and ended up leaving with the start of what I wanted. I’ve had other experiences with other gun shops around Northern VA and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here. Friendly staff, very respectful and will answer any questions you need. Definitely will return in the future.

Straight up the best gun store there is. Great selection, incredibly helpful staff. It’s the only gun store I will use. As active duty Army I appreciate the service of many of the workers at the store and their unique insight into the products being sold.

Vienna Arsenal is awesome. The shop has a super cool selection (firearms, knives, accessories, etc.). They have all the standard stuff, but they also have a bunch of stuff that no other gun store in the area carries. Are you looking for a standard EDC? They have it! Are you looking for something super cool and collectible? They have it! The staff are knowledgeable and they will always help you out. They’re really awesome at transfers. They’re really good to do business with. I’m thrilled that they’re nearby. Definitely 5 stars on selection and staff!Is the place perfect? No. It can get busy sometimes. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone when they’re open. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for them to enter in the background check. Whatever. The place is awesome. It’s a gem in Northern Virginia. It’s the only game in town and it shows. Their prices are, to put it kindly, high and it’s obvious they follow all the internet rumors. This leads them to “buy low and sell high” on anything they see could become scarce. It’s sorta understandable, but feels a bit exploitative.It’s also staffed by the “Maybe you didn’t know, but I work in a gun store…” faux spec ops types, who are more than happy to sell first time buyers long barreled ARs with extended mags full of FMJ/Ball ammo for… home defense. *Chef’s Kiss*That said, if you’re looking for a gun transfer, they’re a good place to do so (and they offer a veteran’s discount). But, be warned, they can get backlogged when fictional crises cause actual shortages and they will be sorta cranky about keeping you informed when your firearm arrives.Edit: Changed from three-star to one-star review to make this exchange easier to find. It’s good reading and one star better captures the totality of this special interaction.

I’ve purchased 2 firearms from Vienna Arsenal this year and the process was pretty smooth. They have a good selection of firearms and regularly stock ammo. Their prices reflect the pandemic pricing so it will be a little more than what you might be used to paying. I like that you can walk-in and handle/inspect any firearm on the wall without staff assistance. 4 stars because on a busy day it may take a while for them to help you because they are dealing with other customers. As a customer you are left guessing as to whether you will be helped or not. A simple “Hey guys if you haven’t been helped yet please standby, we are working as fast as we can and will get to you.” would suffice. I recommend going on either a Sunday or earlier in the day during the week.

Great gun shop. Prices compare well to current online prices. Marshall helped us a lot and was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering our questions. We plan on coming back for additional purchases and their training courses.

Been there a couple of times. First time was because the front Trijicon sight fell off my Glock 19 and the rear site lost its usefulness over the years. I knew they had access to gunsmiths. . First time was waited on I purchased new sites for about 150.00. It took forever to come in but when they did the gunsmith put them on for free. At 25 yards I put groups the size of a fist size grouping but about 8” left of center. I later returned to the store to have the rear sights moved over a bit. When I arrived the gun was unloaded, locked open and no magazine inside. It was in my rear pocket. When I told a small built employee with a slight beard, I think he was involved in ownership, that I needed the adjustment and where my firearm was he started yelling, daring me to reach for it. He reached for his firearm that was holstered. I told him to calm down and that he could take the unloaded firearm from my pocket. He said he wasn’t allowed to. He yelled that I must leave the store and bring it back in a bag. I went to my car, put the gun in a paper bag, and returned back up to the shop. Others were trying to calm him down. He acted like a complete nut job and I would have told him how I really felt but needed the services completed so I said nothing. The sights that were about 45.00 overpriced, from shopping them, after my purchase and were realigned correctly. Fast forward a year or so I went to the range and after about 30 rounds fired from the glock the front sight fell off. That front sight was never placed on tight enough nor was any ‘blue’ lock tight used to put it on. It was tricky to take off the slide as I needed to save the nut that fell inside the frame but I was able to take the firearm apart and secure the nut. I know I can put it on myself but will leave it to a gunsmith but rest assured I will never again enter the hole in the wall Vienna Arsenal. Not even sure if it’s still open. They are only in business because many of there customers come from Washington or MD where most dealers left the state because of strict gun laws. They’ed never exist with such poor workmanship, high prices, or nasty attitude in an area that loves the 2nd amendment. Ill certainly never be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Marshall made it run smooth, answered all our questions and made sure that everyone understood that CC is both a right and a responsibility. Marshall also had a good sense of humor as to not make it a boring slide presentation. Fabulous and could not be more satisfied.Then my daughter and I attended the Foundation Class with Zak today. We got lucky that others who had registered for the class had postponed and there was just my daughter and I in attendance. What an unbelievable experience. Zaks professional demeanor, his attention to details and his profound knowledge were unmatched. My daughter is only 16 and that was her first time holding a gun. She was nervous and asked many questions yet Zak never displayed a hint of impatience. To the contrary, he encouraged her, pointed out her mistakes and made sure she corrected them by the end of the session. Before we left, he challenged her to shoot a quarter at ten feet and gave her ten rounds to do it. With constant instructions and encouragement from Zak, she grazed the quarter from ten feet away on the third shot (that was Zaks quarter by the way and she kept it LOL) !!!! After a short discussion as we were packing to leave, he offered my daughter the chance to shoot his own personal AR15 and she was ecstatic. He gave her few rounds with his own personal P365 XL with a SIG Sauer ROMEO Optic to check the feel of the gun and the red dot sight. Zak also worked with her on testing the best fit for her hands, allowing her to check out a Glock, a CZ, a Sig and a S&W. On the trip back, my daughter commented I dont know if I can like any of them more than the other. I like them all in reference to all the great guys at Vienna Arsenal we dealt with over the last month or so. Adrian, you have a great team, keep it up and please relay our appreciation to all the guys we dealt with, Zak, Anthony, Luke, Juan and Marshall. In my opinion, Zak and Anthony are at the top of my daughters list but she likes you all. Finally, I truly would not have bothered writing this long review had not each letter been true. Would never return. Took some guns in to sell and their insulting offer was cents on the dollar. Also, the entire staff appear to be ignorant of the fact that theres a lethal pandemic going on, as none wore a mask. I called around 3 pm to confirm they still had 223 ammo left and asked how many they said like 40-50 boxes of them. I was surprised but delighted. Sent my husband to pick two boxes up from work at 4:30p and they said they don’t have any. I tried to call back to see what happened no answer. Idk what kind of bs this is but never shopping here again.

Zak Ruppert trained me with multiple different kinds of guns and I learned so much, so quickly! All because of his patience and detailed instruction. He explained each step clearly and kindly. I never felt rushed, frustrated, or silly for “not knowing”. He clearly has passion for what he does, and seems to enjoy educating and instructing people on proper gun handling as well as tactics for gaining skill with aim, range, and precision. Because of his patience and excellent teaching, I was able to shoot through a quarter, 100 yards away, with an AR-15, on my 2nd shot! So happy. Thank you Zak for reaching me the ropes! Can’t wait to get back out there. Highly recommend training with Zak!

I am a business owner in NOVA.My business is successful because of my customer service.Its important to note this before i give my review.In March of 2021 I purchased 3 handguns from Vienna Arsenal working with Nick. One of the handguns purchased was shipped to DCSA,LLC by a mistake made on Vienna Arsenals part.I called Adrian the owner of Vienna Arsenal to have the gun returned to his store, at this point he became very unreasonable attempting to turn this around on me as my mistake.I had several text message back and forth with Adrian making sure that i was very professional. Adrian became very un-professional with comments about me and my girlfriend of whom i purchased the handgun for...these comments should have never been part of the conversation.It doesnt stop there, when i went to pickup my handguns from his store he started with a stare down at me from across the room after he found out who i was...they had me do the standard background check of which, took twice as long as it should have taken just to make me drive back to his store 2 separate days to make it as inconvenient for me as he could.I will never go back to Vienna Arsenal and will tell everyone i know how unprofessional this establishment is.Very unsatisfied!!

Went here for a person to person transfer. It cost a bit more than some other places, but by far the fastest one Ive done. 20 minutes in and out. Lots of staff and all very nice. Ill be coming back.

Great service all around except when shipping guns out. I was told it would be $25 transfer fee and $35 to send the pistol 2-day via FedEx and I would be called with the tracking number. Unfortunately, I got the tracking number only after I emailed them two business days later (dropped the gun off on Saturday and it was shipped on Tuesday). The pistol was shipped via USPS in a medium flat rate box ($15.05) with no insurance (I was not queried about or offered the insurance option). Poor finish to otherwise great transactions.

Just moved to the area and stopped by today and they have a huge selection of firearms in their little store wish is great. No employee (that I saw at least) was wearing a mask but honestly who cares really. I respect that.I give this place a 3 because the prices for the guns I was looking at was way overpriced and they do not price match (at least thats what sales guy who was helping me told me) and the price of ammo is way too high. If they can price match online retailers or Cabelas I would definitely purchase from them.

I was able to submit the transfer request online and once at the shop, it took seconds for the friendly staff to find my firearm and minutes to get the required paperwork completed.On a side note, the shop is run by a veteran and the shop is supportive of veterans and law enforcement. I went in 2 years ago at the time of my academy graduation trying to find an off duty holster for my full size Sig, and nobody else seemed to have any on hand. Yesterday I purchase my first firearm from Mike. On entering the store (which is sadly hard to spot as the outdoor signage is very non-descript & small) which is unusually situated on the second floor of a 2-story office building, right above a cigar shop), you’re greeted by a really large selection of used, fairly price firearms as well as great prices for new pew pew. Then you will notice something even more important: the men behind the counter are unpretentious, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. I will never shop for firearms anywhere else except here when I’m in the DC area. Vienna Arsenal is my new favorite gun store. They have a fine blend of new, quality firearms, along with classic used and historical firearms. The selection has always been impressive on every visit Ive made, and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Im definitely a customer for life!

Good selection, but far from great prices around for guns or ammo, even before the fiasco that has been 2020. Since 2020, 9mm pricing is double what I can find within a 30 minute drive. Hit and miss experiences with employees. Some have been great and more helpful than I could have hoped for. Others argued with me over what gun I had to the point of ignoring what was written on the side of it when it was in their hand.

Nickel and dime type of business establishment ..to make a nickel theyll sacrifice future business. Example..theyll charge you twice 2X FFL transfer fee if shipper sends multiple packages..not multiple guns or riffles..just shipments..talking about a spare magazine valued at same price as an FFL transfer fee.Overall, the guys working there are courteous and professional. However, company policy has them pounce on a nickel the same way a shark acts when they sense blood in the water. I guess theyll just settle for small victories.Obviously, I wont use their services going forward nor will i recommend.Have a good day.Since I cant actually respond..Ill elaborate here.I was charged an additional FFL transfer fee for a magazine the dealer sent as part of the same order but in a different package..a FedEx shipping bag. The front desk person said that will be 2 FFL fees, thus 2X FFL transfer charges..shotgun + magazine. I mentioned this to counter guy and asked if this is how you guys do business and he was adamant yes!.

Picked up my glock 19 gen 5 from this shop. I forgot the gentlemans name of whom helped me through the process but he was very intellectual and kind. There was a little bit of hiccup during the background check process but I was able to pick it up within 30 minutes. Awesome place to check out before the gun laws in VA gets more strict.

I bought a S&W 29 from Vienna Arsenal through an online auction site. The staff, especially Mike were very friendly and helpful when I called for payment and FFL info. It arrived quickly but it was filthy inside and out. I spent quite a bit of time cleaning it and it cleaned up well. I would think a gun shop would clean their inventory before reselling. Maybe it was an accident and slipped through the cracks. Maybe they sell used inventory “as is” without cleaning.The cylinder was also stuck. After having it fixed by the shop they shipped it to, it misfires 1 out of 6 rounds. The description said “like new”. Very disappointed.

I am the Chief for a private law enforcement agency in Washington, D.C.. All of our officers are commissioned police officers.As our agency is required to utilize ten round magazines in our firearms, I had been calling around to locate some to purchase yesterday. I finally contacted Vienna Arsenal and they informed me that they had them (luckily as many shops had run out).They informed me that they were closing at 7pm and would be completely closed until January 4th. I was attempting to figure out how we would be able to get them last night in time for the officers arriving on duty this morning. I asked if I could pay with a credit card over the phone and then figure out how to get them picked up. Originally they agreed - then right before accepting payment said no, we are unable to do so - with no further explanation.As I usually have my firearm manager (individual who is responsible for firearms within the agency) make pickups for gear and equipment (as is allowed legally) - I informed them that I was sending the officer to pick them up. The gentleman on the phone (different than the first conversation) said ‘nope’ and hung up. My officer was already enroute and arrived at 6:50 pm - at the door on the dot. Keep in mind they had no idea who he was (not in uniform). He knocked and they wouldn’t open the door.Horrible customer service.Is there a policy in place that would prohibit what I was requesting? I am unsure of the answer (as my firearm manager has been able to do so previously with other shops, with no issues - he even picks up firearms from the Metropolitan Police Department), however informing the client of such, would be step #1. Otherwise you just suck at customer service.It behooves such shops to work with local businesses and agencies. I will never visit or make large bulk purchases from this shop. Ever. I will also continue to share my experience with all of my colleagues in Maryland, D.C., and primarily Virginia.Suggestion: Make the drive to Sterling Arsenal (have been making a few bulk department purchases from them for a few months). They will go out of their way to take care of you and ensure that your operation is running smoothly.

The employees on the sales floor did not have mask on. Zero social distancing efforts are being made. The store looks as if it hasnt been properly cleaned or sanitized. There are many other local gun stores that adhere to CDC guidelines. If you are going to shop here you should wear the best mask you have and bring your own hand sanitizer because there is none to be found in the store.

After reading the reviews on shipping issues, I agree that their shipping process is lacking in professionalism. Lots of excuses. My gun shop owners were stunned by the lack of protection. My rifle was not wrapped in any form of protection and was damaged. Postal Service plays a part in the damage, so does the point of origin. Not pursuing the repairs, because the excuses prove its pointless. Had hoped the person shipping through them had better judgment.

Good store and good selection, prices are reasonable. I was in last week to hopefully get some parts or a complete upper. Can’t wait till they grow into a bigger building or storefront. Although it’s been a miss my last 2 times in, I’m sure there will be some future purchases. I’m glad to see that they are willing to work on matching and sometimes beating others prices. As a business owner myself I understand the struggles, and growing pains and always do my best to encourage other businesses.

These guys are awesome. Managed to get my Jericho without a fuss and the guys were really helpful. Its a small spot but they have quite the selection and good service. No frills no lip service straight facts. Definitely, DEFINITELY will be doing business with them in the future.

Went on Tuesday to ship gun. Shop said they would text me Th with tracking. No text. Called today to ask for the number. Manager said it will arrive next Tuesday. I asked again can I have the tracking number. Response again it will arive next Tuesday. 3rd ask and they finally give me the number but with major attitude.

I called Mike a couple of weeks ago and instead of the usual rush to get a customer off the phone, we had a nice conversation and he answered all my questions abut the Archon Type B pistol. Today, I made my first trip to Vienna Arsenal and it wont be my last. My wife and I got a friendly greeting as soon as we walked-in and only had to wait a few minutes before starting the purchase process. Great service! Background check was delayed but they were quick to call and follow up to notify once approved. Very costumer centered business. This place also has awesome collection/inventory. Top Notch Service and People! I have other gun shops closer to me, but am willing to go further for a better experience. These guys have one of the lower transfer fees in the areas. Also I had the pleasure of working with a few of the guys (Josh, Mike, and Benjamin) and they are awesome! They are very knowledgeable, really friendly, and very professional. I had a great conversation with them about different guns and different accessories. they also recommended a lot of training and competition options to me when I expressed interest. I would highly recommend doing business with these guys!

Adrian was extremely helpful in determining the fair market value of several rifles that I inherited from my dad. Despite what appeared to be a busy Saturday afternoon, he took the time to help me understand the unique characteristics of the firearms, as well as how they could potentially be sold to command the best price. On a related note, it gives me comfort and pride knowing that an ex-serviceman like Adrian willingly offers his knowledge and wisdom to a civilian like myself!

Edit: their transfers are now overpriced at $40. Youre better off going to some of the other places around that are doing transfers for $25.Edit 2: In response to the owners response below, there is another FFL in Burke (Outdoor Arms) that is still doing transfers for $25. However, they are not a retail gun store. Vienna Arsenal is still a great shop with really great service, an awesome in-store selection, and a great online presence. I also really like that they offer multiple training courses. Im looking forward to using them for my CCW training. Updated my review to 4 stars.Great central location in Vienna. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in about 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Great price for transfers as well, one of the best Ive seen in the area, even factoring in the COVID premium. Their transfer cost and process was well documented on the website. Theyll be my preferred FFL moving forward.

Ive been shopping there since early 2018. Their customer service is actually quite good. Transfers are effortless and they have excellent rates. Lots of used guns, which makes it interesting. I like finding uncommon or unique firearms. The search is half the fun. We need more gun shops like this one in NOVA.

He was absolutely fantastic and walked me through the process of picking up my rifle as well as getting some furniture for it. I will be returning! Bought two guns yesterday (CZ P10C 9mm & Ruger Mark IV .22). Clerk is very patience and helpful. Spend 20 minutes explain pros and cons. After showing them online price is a little cheaper, owner willing to compensate with free ammo ... very kind of them. Definitely will buy from them vs online stores.

Im completely new to firearms and one day decided to buy my first firearm for personal protection and perhaps to learn as a hobby.I was nervous to go inside not knowing anything whereas I eventually explained to the employees that I was completely new to everything and all I can say is I am grateful to have come to this location.Mike, Benjamin and Jacob were extremely welcoming and were willing to teach me the basic fundamentals, offer recommendations for my first handgun and other stuff to the point where I wanted to learn more. They talk to you as if youre their friend on the spot rather than just a customer which I loved.Aside from the feel good environment, they have a wide variety of firearms for a small location.Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding gun shop! The sales staff are pleasant and helpful. They have a broad selection of firearms, including many interesting and unique items. They offer much more than comparably sized gun shops. If they dont have what you want, they will order it and have it in a few days. They have a good stock of ammo as well. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. The owner is very responsive to questions and issues. He takes great care to ensure youre satisfied. If you are thinking of buying a firearm or you need ammo, Id go to Vienna Arsenal first!

Bought a Ruger LCP 2 and had it shipped to the DC police station. The DC police shipped it back because they didn’t include my contact information. Then, THEY SOLD MY GUN.They didn’t contact me, just sold the gun I had paid for. They don’t have any more Ruger LCP 2s so I’m now waiting for their supplier to get some back in stock. They said they will get another and then ship it to the station for me.I will update my review when this issue is fixed.

Staff appears to be friendly but was overly cautious about how I hold an empty unloaded gun. Told me to come back when Im ready for the safety. Come on the guns are not even loaded. Also small space with 20-30 people crowded without any masks during this pandemic. I really dont feel comfortable staying there waiting. There is no social distancing applied inside the store.

These guys are great, best gun shop in area. Very helpful, not uptight, super friendly and by far the best FFL transfer agent around. Great to work with. Can be busy since its popular and it is a small space, but even waiting in the shop is interesting because they have an interesting collection of firearms, some antique and historical.

I have been a customer of V.A. Since I bought my first pistol from them in November of 2018. I was new to the firearm world and the entire team at V.A. Not only walked me through my options and questions I had but also taught me a few things I didn’t learn in any of the training classes or videos online. Since then, I have purchased all my pistols, and added to my knife collection, from Vienna Arsenal.Can you buy online....yes...but I won’t. I want to hold the pistol, ask questions from experienced people and get that little tidbit of info that you don’t get from the generic website. They have a wide selection of new & used pieces, a great selection of ammo, the gear you’ll need to add to your collection (mags, holsters, etc.) and, a personal favorite of mine, a great knife selection. And to top it all off they know their stuff. I will not purchase from any other dealer.Thank you to Adrian and the team for making my transition into a safer world and new profession much easier and convenient. Customer for life.

I came in to get an idea of what my guns could be worth and possible sell to them. I had an idea but wasn’t completely sure. Was totally low balled. The owner came out and was completely unprofessional. It was apparent that he wanted to take advantage of me for having more knowledge in HIS industry. I did my homework, got a rough figure of 10x what he offered.I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with them unless you’re completely knowledgeable of what you’re doing and ready to “play hard ball with them.” That’s not how business should be run...

Absolutely amazing experience. Came in to pick up a transfer and walked out with two rifles. Ive been to almost all the gun shops in the area and this one by far has the best customer service and stock. Josh was super helpful. Walking in they offered assistance meanwhile with others Ive been too Ive had to seek it. These guys all seem like they genuinely enjoy being there and provide a great atmosphere. 10/10 will be back.

The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They dont try to sell you a weapon, they ask you what are the things you are most interested in when it comes to a certain weapon type. They not only understand the guns but the accessories that go along with it. I am not a first time gun buyer, I have been around them my entire life, but I am not a gun geek. These guys are and they can help you find exactly what you need. I highly recommend them to first time gun buyers, especially those of you who are wanting to procure certain weapon types VA wants to ban. They can help.
