Customer service was excellent! The guy was very charming and patient to my children, and let them try on whatever hat they chose until they found the ones they liked! 👌 not to mention he also pointed out the sales on the hats just to help them save a few bucks (bc it was their own money being spent). I think that alone deserves 5 stars just due to the charisma of the customer service rep and his good sales technique to children. ✌
