Place is always clean and staff was always helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Always well stocked. Can have an order online and shipped to store for free, which is nice. Good for bodybuilding supplements, energy drinks and proteins. They do have pretty good deals. Prices are reasonable and comparable most of the time but SOME VITAMINS ARE OVERPRICED. Members can earn a point for every dollar you spend at The Vitamin Shoppe.

The customer service at this location is outstanding! They go above and beyond the call of duty. I have been shopping at their store for years. Recently my protein bars have been out of stock. I received a call out of the blue letting me know that one box came in and that they were putting it aside for me. This level of service is few and far between. Unsolicited follow up and customer needs understanding is not a common activity in our current environment. Hats off to the staff and management. I am a customer for life!VC

These guys always have what I want in stock. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and tuned into popular products for health and fitness enthusiasts. They have, thoughtfully, talked with me about goals and preferences, and recommended compatible products with an eye to advanced sciences and research. Love the Shoppe!

Do not expect to go in here and be educated by the staff. Came in with SO and they knew more about what were looking for than associates. When asked question about specific item associate misspoke about items in inventory (confirmed myself by finding item on self when all associate said in their inventory with Vitamin Shoppe branded items for specific vitamin/supplement I was seeking). Cashier friendly hence the bump in a star and out relatively quicky with no line otherwise would have been a 2-star visit as long time Vitamin Shoppe customer.
