Joel was one of the providers Starkey Hearing provided to me in this area. After an initial meeting I decided to work with him. Anybody who can keep people with hearing loss happy in Vienna and Bethesda must have great customer service and happily that was the case for me as well. No complaints and Joel follows-up yearly to give me a hearing test. I actually see him every 6-months or so for maintenance. (read cleaning)
