Trousseau is an amazing place to get a bra fitting, order and items, or to by some lingerie. They have knowledge staff that are happy to help with any and all questions. They have a wide variety of products and cup sizes. Overall I would definitely recommend if you are look for a bra or any kind of lingerie or pajamas.

Top notch service every time. You get one on one attention from bra experts. They will measure you and spend time with you to make sure you find something that works for you. I always leave here satisfied. I have a tough time finding bras for my larger chest. I love that I can walk in and have multiple options to try on, unlike department stores or even VS. They only allow returns for store credit, but with all the time they spend trying to get you the perfect fit, you probably won’t have any reason to return.

Great experience! I already had a large bust with sizes you can’t easily find at common mall lingerie stores, but I’m also 5 months postpartum. After birth my bras did not fit the same and getting a proper size was a struggle. Upon arrival, I was immediately questioned about my preferences and needs. The store’s employee (Debbie I believe) was very thorough and checked every bra on me and gave lots of professional input. I did not feel pressured to buy anything or uncomfortable in the obviously intimate setting. Yes, the bras are expensive, but compared to popular stores and brands it is not that much more and you are guaranteed a proper fit and superior service. Absolutely worth the price. I left with several comfortable and beautiful bras and will only shop here for now on. Ask for Deb (or Debbie?) when making an appointment or walking in.

It had been a LONG time since I had been fitted properly for a bra, so I scheduled an appointment online, very easy. When I arrived at 1000am right at opening I was greeted immediately and when they learned I was their 1000am appointment, I was led right back to the fitting room to speak with Debbie, who would apply her expert knowledge. She started by asking me what I had been used to, what I might be looking for, so she could get an idea of what to bring to me. I tried on only a couple and found them so very comfortable, I bought 3; she hit the nail on the head right away. Now Im a pretty amply built lady, so I was very surprised and very happy they had exactly what I had hoped to find. Debbie was the consummate professional. I was not rushed or pressured in any way. She genuinely wanted to see me find something that was comfortable supportive, and made me feel beautiful. I highly recommend her and I believe this is the culture of all who work at Trousseau.And What a Beautiful store. I had not been there in over 10 years and it seems to have only gotten better. This is truly a judgement-free zone. They advertise they have 160 sizes and I believe it. If youve gained or lost weight or changed your configuration and know you could be more comfortable if only you were fitted properly, this is your place. The bridal section is just breathtaking and the buttery soft satiny nightgowns were more beautiful than any I had seen in a long time. I will return and tell all my friends.

Such a lovely experience! Went in to get fitted and someone helped me right away. She made me feel really comfortable and we figured out my size right away. I went in to exchange a bridal shower gift that was too big. A lot of the bras only started at C cups, which was weird, but I was able to find a really pretty lacy/satin camisole set and a cute nightgown with embroidered cut-outs that was more casual so I could definitely wear as a beach cover-up. Im petite and Im usually an XS, but Alison was really great in helping me find things that were more my size. I liked Alison because she was younger and seemed really welcoming, but not overbearing at all. There was a ton of expensive silk and satin, but I found really reasonable sets for a younger bride like myself!

They are thoughtful, considerate, and respectful in helping you find intimate apparel. The free alterations within a year help you make garments perfect for your body type. Well worth it!

Upscale lingerie shop with helpful staff... without any sales pressure. They carry many sizes in bras but moatly XS- L in other lingerie, so you will have to order if you need plus size items. I would recommend this shop, especially if you have a bridal party or special event or have recently changes sizes and need fitting help.

I have returned to Trousseaus time and time again because theyre always very nice and helpful. They let me wear a bra out because it was infinitely better than what I had come in with. They have a wide selection of sizes and were able to easily fit me, were knowledgeable and able to make great recommendations. If theres a wait, I definitely think its worth waiting.

The staff at Trousseau is beyond amazing!!!!!! I went to Trousseaus to find garments for my wedding. Of course I was nervous because I am short with large breast. Who knew you could do such amazing things with bras???? They did and they do. I was well please!!But heres the best thing!!!! I needed a second corset after I order and received my altered one (too long of a story). The staff there prepared my new corset, with alterations just in time for my final dress fitting. PLEASE give this place a try. I didnt think the price was too much. It was just right for my beautiful day. Thank you ladies. I will see you again.

She knows how to properly fit you for a bra and is committed to making you comfortable and happy. This store and its employees is the #1 reason to shop local and deserves your business. We are sorry it took us so long to discover the wonders of Trousseau, but now that we have, our cups runneth over! Go see for yourself!

This is the place to go if you have any problem buying bras: youll end up feeling both comfortable and attractive. Unlike the fit experts at department stores or Victorias Secret, these women actually know what theyre doing. They step into the dressing room to look at how the bras fit, so they get it just right - and Ive never felt awkward or judged during the process. It -is- more expensive than catching sales at bigger stores, but Im wearing a size that department stores dont carry, and Trosseau is a way better option than trial and error shopping online.

The lady that assisted me was very nice and attentive and make sure I got what I wanted. As a plus-size woman I did not feel discriminated against so I enjoyed that. A lot of the times I go to beautique to find a perfect fit a bra and I have people who look me up and down and discuss. This lady did not. She got me in for all that fit me and I felt great in the store and I walked around with them in the store. However when I got home the bras didnt fit me as well as they did in the store. ???

My mom was thrilled to treat her 3 daughters and herself to get 2 new bras each. I was happy because due to illness it was my moms first time out in 2 months and we all found something we liked and fitted. We had great help with the ladies getting us the right fit. But I left with a bad taste in my mouth and have really thought whether to post something, but I find myself still annoyed weeks later due to our check out process. One of the employees rang in everyones bra, and there was some mishap where she rang in the wrong item and it had to be voided off because the transaction was closed. After spending $700.00 and my mom having all her daughters with her, the last thing I would expect from a boutique shop employee to roll her eyes right in front of us! Especially due to an error made at the register. We all saw it. Sorry we made your job so much harder that you felt you had to make us feel uncomfortable and an annoyance. Not the type of service or facial exaggerations I would expect from such a place. What a shame, because they really do have a good selection for those who have a hard time finding certain sizes.

I first went to trousseau I think back in February with a lot of trepidation. I was nervous about their return policy (only store credit) and I also hate change but I know I needed help. My daughter just got married Sunday so that was my push... I hope I spell this right, but Kaileigh is my girl. It started where I wanted everyday bras so she asked what I was interested in, and she REALLY listened. She brought in bra after bra, starting with bras I was familiar with and moving on from there. I ended up purchasing an Empreinte bra which honestly I had never heard of. Yes, it was expensive but I love it. Now on to the wedding... I needed a strapless bra since my dress was off the shoulder. Kaileigh did it. My dress and bra fit great at the wedding. No tugging, shifting, pulling, or falling out, and I DANCED ALL NIGHT. Trousseau will definitely be my only stop from now on for bras. You may pay a little bit more, but it is well worth it.

I went all the way to the store which is really far from my house because when I called twice they told they a lot of different bras in my size. Only to get there and for them to only have two bras in my size. Not only was it a hugely disappointing trip, but the sales women Kate had a very bad attitude the entire time she was speaking with me, as if my presence in the store was somehow a nuisance. I have never had a sales associate in a high end be so rude to me from the jump. Like she literally had an attitude with me from the moment I walked into the store. Bra shopping is stressful enough without having to deal some womens thinly veiled contempt. To be honest hearing her talk so nice with other customers while being so rude to me I couldnt help but wonder if it was racially motivated.

I used to shop here all the time. The store advertises all sizes and tons of selections of sexy lingerie...so not true. It only applies to small sizes these days. 38 to 40 D, they had NOTHING. The sales person was so rude too. “We don’t have that band width in stock. That brand does not come in that band width.” So very condensecending and rude. In addition the bras are super expensive...you are much better off at Bloomingdales where the sales people ares so kind...never ever rude as they are at Trousseau. I would have given it zero Stars if that were an option.

Heard such good things about this place I decided to go even though its about an hour away. Sad to say I was pretty disappointed they werent very friendly no one greeted us. I had to walk up and as for help. The girl didnt seem to know what she was doing brought bras that were several sizes to big and I told her the body seems to fit fine but the cups are just huge shes like I think it is fine Im like do you see the huge gap? Finally we tried on some smaller sizes still I dont feel I got a great fit out of anything I still bought the bra because Im getting married and the said they would do the alterations and it would be fine. Now I dont even want to go back to do the alterations to get the same poor service and still be stuck with a expensive bra that doesnt fit properly. Frustrated.
