We had a wonderful experience! Vocellis thin crust is delish! We ordered the Special- Online. 2 Great pizzas! They delivered it hot ! Definitely ordering again!! FYI Our driver was very polite.

Is it so hard for a restaurant to REMEMBER TO GIVE TO SAUCE with what you have ordered? Apparently it is. Regardless of how good the food is, if you HAVE to remember to give the sauce that was intended.. meatballs were subpar.. kind of burnt.. First time ordering and gave them a chance, NEVER EVER AGAIN

I’m very disappointed in this location. I’ve ordered several times from my location and I always get good food. The chicken that was in my Alfredo has gone bad immediately I open the food the scent that came from the food was terrible first I thought it was the sauce but no rather the chicken. Please I need my money back into my account.

Delivery - advised 20 minutes. After 25 minutes called to check on order - I was then told behind schedule would be another 20 minutes. Called about 20 minutes later and advised out for delivery and was told that their on line delivery is only an estimate --- ok i could have lived with an hour if they projected that up front. What I did not like was a flat out wrong projection of 20 minutes when it was really an hour!

The Korean old man who works in this Vocelli pizza is very rude and bad person. Less than 4.6 should not be allowed to use the logo of Vocelli.-140(minus 140, worse than zero).

The pizza they serve is great. They cant ever seem to read delivery instructions and continue knocking on my front door after repeatedly telling them not to. Ledos it is from now on.

We ordered chicken wings, vocelli rolls, and the carbonara pizza for~$40.Pizza was as good as Papa DominHut.Chicken wings were okay and rolls were just garlicky bread.Lastly, they are slow. The online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. It took 40 minutes... Not as bad as others have experienced, but I never like when youre given an expected time only to have to wait longer for mediocre food.

Terrible ordered food for lunchWas told 20-40minIt was over an hour and thirty minutes late was told twice that the driver was on its way already to the person i ordered lunch for which had passed by the time the driver was there. When i called for the 3rd time i was told the driver is getting there now.. 15min later it finally got there i was told that during lunch time it gets busy and i get it but be upfront with people tell them that when they are placing the orderInstead of 20-35min they should had told me an hour and 45min.

Had a pizza delivered on a weekday evening from Vocelli and it arrived 20 mins early! The online ordering was pretty simple to use. I customized a large pizza and there was plenty to share with my roommates. It was hot and tasted amazing! Definitely looking forward to ordering from here again!

I would give it zero stars but it wont let me. I ordered a pizza and an hour and a half later its not here. I called to ask why and they said they called me too many times and I didnt answer. My phone never rang, no text message, and they have my e-mail and didnt bother to e-mail. But, they did offer to try to re-deliver my pizza thats been sitting there and is now cold and nasty.They called back and said they called once and would remake my order and deliver it. When I mentioned I didnt want to wait another 45 minutes I was told it wouldnt take that long. To avoid the risk of re-heat and re-deliver or deliver cold existing pizza in car I said, no thanks. The person on the phone again continued to tell me it was my fault.I will never order from them again and I will never recommend them.

I ordered Vocelly Rolls which comes with cheese in it, but it was not cheese inside, I called the manager and he said, thats how it comes maam. I told him that this was my first time getting then without cheese, he say that he was sure that there was cheese inside, he didnt changed my order. I keeped the Rolls which was only flour. I dont recommend ordering from this vocelly pizza.

I am a secret shopper from Trendsource. I have been working for trendsouce since 2017, and this will have been my last job. Trendsouce refused to pay me for this shop, because this pizza place messed up so badly.When the deliver person arrived to drop off the pizza, the pizza was not correct. The delivery person gave me his cell phone to call and talk to someone about the pizza being incorrect. The person on the phone told me that he would need to “talk to someone” before correcting it, and the delivery person went to wait in his car. Before he got back in the car, I stopped him and asked him if I could take a picture of the pizza which I had paid for. I already had the receipt. He said yes, and opened the top for me. I took a picture of the pizza. A few minutes later, he exited the car and told me they would send a new pizza in “about an hour.” I assumed, at this point, I would get another pizza and would have a better picture to send you. However this was incorrect, the pizza never came, and when I called to ask what had happened a man put me on hold then hung up. I paid cash for a pizza that never arrived.

I went there in the evening, about half an hour before theyd close, which can be the excuse to their bad service. The guy behind the counter looked like he wanted to go back to his office back in the kitchen as soon as I walked in. Not manners or disposition to attend in a nice way. As soon as I paid, he went back to his office without saying anything. The guy who prepared the pizza was almost pouting of having to work half an hour before the closure, and another man, which I guessed was the owner of the place, didnt even said hi, let alone a have a good evening or a thanks for stopping by. Food shops are not only about food; theyre about service as well, and IDK about other times of the day, but during the evening, particularly that day, the service was HORRIBLE.... the pizza was good, though. Just good, not great. Considering all the pizza places that are around here, they should seriously improve their service, or else, were just gonna go out and buy pizza to someone else.
