Dropped off a bumper to get painted, picked it up one week later. Used it for two months before about 8 inches of it all flaked off just by touching it with my fingers. Dropped it off to get repaired, pick it up a week later. Inspect the paint right away, it has tons of pin holes in it. So I touch it, the paint flakes off right away.Also when I first picked up the bumper it was missing paint in certain spots, had pin holes else where, and over spray.This bumper saw maybe 8hrs of road use over those two months, the roads were clean and had no salt or gravel on them when I drove.So a few more months in and this paint just keeps getting worse, randomly flaking off in different spots. These guys have no clue what theyre doing

I entered info on Maaco corporate web site of vehicle type (Make, model, year) and got estimate range online for repainting. I then went to the location and was told that they couldnt paint it because the body isnt steel. The body from the factory is carbon fiber (hundreds of thousands of this model has been sold, so not a rare car) and comes painted (the manufacturer can paint it but MAACO cant figure out how?). The person there told me to go check with the dealer because MAACO doesnt know how to paint it BUT MAACO said they COULD PAINT IT on the corporate web site. Im done with MAACO and going somewhere else. What of waste of time,

I recently brought my car in for a paint job and some body work. The results were great. Good body work and good painting work! My Car looks new! Recommending this place god prices and good work.

Came in to get an estimate on some paint work, guy said hed call me back within an hour (1/22/21). No call..Monday called them asking for that quote. Ill call you back in an hour with it...... its now FRIDAY 1/29/21 @3PM..STILL NO CALL BACK. Guess they dont want to paint my van.

Update from my previous review. My husband and I took my car back because of the stuff that wasn’t done. This time they did a great job my car looks new on the outside. The inside have primer residue that wasn’t clean. But other than that 2time was a charm.

Recently had this location paint my truck cap.Horrible job had LOTS of particles in the finish, orange peeling bad tape job and found damage not there when I dropped off the cap.I found a scratching the clear coat which the manager wiped with spit to while I watch to hide it temporarily.The cap was in the shop unprotected full of dust from other jobs being done and nobody bothered to wipe or cover. I was also told the particles could be buffed out- for an additional charge!Are you kidding me!Obviously this location has no pride in craftsmanship and has no problem ripping me off more to fix their mistakes!Please do not be the victim I was,do not use this location!!!!!

Truly honest, great customer service.

Off the bat guy seemed to have an attitude. He comes out and looks at the car didnt even care to ask me what package I wanted or anything jumped straight to your looking at 6000-8000 dollars for a full respray. My car doesnt have any major damage just 4 dings about a dime size or smaller. I had the premium package in mind but considering how he came off to 6000-8000 what will I really be getting for the price of the premium, Im fully aware of orange peel will exist and so on but just seemed pushy if you asked me.

Experience with Maaco in Villa Park was excellenT. Came in for an estimate met with Nick Patel. He reviewed all packages in detail and showed me recent paint jobs on cars to show the outcome. Patrick did a fantastic job on the body work, cut/squared out the rust spots that was beyond repair. Midway through the project I called Nick requested new rear/front bumper which he was able to accommodate and finished within a weeks time as he originally projected. Very happy with the work, brought my 2003 s10 back to life!

Nick is the best! From the time I came in to inquire about the prices for a paint job and informed him of my car situation that I had put a claim in through State Farm and he suggested I allow Macco to do everything that needed to be done. I allowed it and they even gave me a great deal to do other parts on the car that the claim didn’t cover! I will definitely come back whenever I need more body or paint work done on my Malibu.

I am very lucky to have my car worked on in May. Everyone was backed-up due to covid-19 and had to wait long period of time. I took my car to maaco and they completed the repairs in timely manner and I have my car back. i would definitely take my car to them in future for repairs. lets hope i dont need them but, i know where to go

Great experience and service. Got multiple estimates for damage to the side of my car and MAACO provided the best estimate. Took my car in because some kids had scratch my car from the front to the back. When I pick my car up and look over it my car was 2 different color. My mirror wasnt done which it was in my quote. My front window had paint specks. Just a complete waste of money

Bob and Nick were great to work with! I managed to be involved in two accidents in just 5 days and they very helpful coordinating with the two insurance companies and made sure everything went smoothly. What stands out the most is how helpful they were getting me set up in a rental car. I had my one year old daughter with me and they were so helpful getting all of the stuff from my car (car seat, personal belongings, etc) from my car to the rental which was much appreciated as I literally had my hands full! My car looks good as new and they had me back in my vehicle before the rental car through the insurance company lapsed. It’s clear they care about their customers. They’ve gained my trust and I will definitely be back for future repairs!

I recently took my car to Maaco in Villa Park after my car was side swiped and I couldnt be more pleased with the service and quality of work performed. I received quotes from various local auto body shops, but Maaco was by far the most reasonable for the work that was required. I was a little tentative because they were the cheapest, but the work performed was amazing and you cant tell my car was ever hit.I was also impressed with the level of customer care I received from this location. Dave and Bob were amazing and made sure my car was completed asap because I was renting a car out-of-pocket. They originally quoted me three days to complete the project, however, they completed the work in 24-hours. Everything from the initial damage assessment to the project communication to the finished project was impressive. I would highly recommend using this Maaco facility for any autobody repair needs you may have. They can consider me a customer for life!

I had to get car painted . Henry was very understanding of situations i could not afford rental car during repair i had some time off during holidays. His even picked me up when car was done kinowing i had no transportation to get back to shop to pick up car. It is true there are people go beyond norm

I expected my car to be done within 3 days but it was complete beforehand. The customer service provided by Nick was EXCELLENT! I never expected it and I was a little apprehensive being that Im a female and they always say that females are taken advantage of, price wise. I was given a $250 discount and my rental was paid for in full for 3 days! Who could argue with that. I picked my 2009 Toyota Camry up and the paint job was dead on!!! All of the scratches randomly on the body of the car were buffed out for FREE! Id definitely be referring people to this Maaco. They are speedy and the quality is SPECTACULAR!

Just picked up my Honda Accord and it looks great. They did a awesome job making my car look brand new, the customer service was also great I needed my hood replaced and it was at my house they sent someone to pick it up and also put it on for me. Had my car recently painted ( both bumpers and the hood). At first glance it looks great but then when you look closer there are areas of paint build up, new indentations and blemishes that werent there... a new dent. Im bringing the car back in so that they can try to rectify these issues. Lets see what happens. Ill adjust the rating accordingly. For now, 1 star since getting this work done isnt exactly cheap ya know? Id expect a good job.

As far as I can tell the work done on my car was good. The customer service was not so good. I never received a call that my car was ready for pick-up, and when I called in to check on it the person I spoke with was less than customer service friendly. I’ve walked out of many places because of poor costumer service alone.

A friend referred me to Maaco after someone damaged doors on side of my car in parking lot, Not only did they completely fixed it like it never happened before, but they also touched up some scratches I had on the hood and trunk which was a nice surprise. Now-a-days, you dont get anything for free. I was given a free rental car by them for the time being and job was completed on time as promised by Nick. I think THIS Maaco has one the best service in this line of business. I highly recommend everyone to get their auto body work done here.

I went in there for some body work as I had a fender bender and had a part of my front bumper that needed to be replaced. Maaco and Nick Patel did a fantastic job of it. They were the lowest price (I compared 6-7 different body shops in the area). They also divided the work in a way (did the paint work on the new part the day before) that I just had to go in there and wait less than 2 hours. I, therefore, drove in and drove out of there with my own car.I am very happy and I will definitely recommend them.

The body and paint work came out nice, cant even tell the door was ever dented. However there was a ton of white (what I assume was body filler) dust all over my back seat and baby seat that was left in there.I could excuse it if it was done in my buddies garage but this is a big professional company with dozens of locations.It definitely left meme wonderi if I should have payed more at Gurber Collision & Glass just so I didnt have to deal with the mess inside the car.

My friend recommend me to took my car Acura TL 3.2 2005 at Maaco after having accident at back door.. Nick patel at the shop, immediately attended my car and gave me correct quote that matched my insurance payment. loved the price Good Service and Quality. So I went here for a estimate on my Front Bumper for my SUV, The bumper was not damaged to the point where I needed a new one. It simply need to be reattached to the clips, but One of the employees there told me I needed a new bumper and that it would cost around $600. I went home and looked online and found a Brand new bumper for my SUV and it was only $130 with matched car paint. So I dont know what this guy was talking about but I am glad I did not due any business there would have spent an extra $470 for no reason.

The service this time really sucked 1st of all I had sent multiple vehicles 2 them that I had painted within the last 2years and did I mention sent them a lot of business as well the owner seems like he only cares about making money not about giving or showing the same luv so I get my car back with scratches on it 4 one n the little amount of work I had them do 4 me they charged me an arm and a leg 4 I had 2 ask myself this is Maaco correct🤔 Got an estimate after I was done from other Maaco Shops n their prices was no where near what they charge plus the paint starts chipping n rusting after about a year not good if ur paying top dollar 4 paint jobs well back 2 the story I go pick my car up n see multiple scratches n dents from the work that they had did bring the manager outside 2 show him n he said cool hell fix the problem n tell me 2 leave it n hell take care of it next thing I know he changes his mind n say bring it back in 2 weeks n hell take care of it smh its like f u paid me now ur not of importance any more wow all I can say I think after he fixes it this will be the last time I ever deal or send him any business his loss cause I know a lot of people n he definitely wouldve gained by doing me rite

My car got into a accident and insurance was covering everything as its wasnt my fault. I went there and bob and nick took car from me and fixed it. When I got my car back my car wasnt fixed properly and when I told about that they said its not their fault and they cant do anything about it. I spoke to insurance guys again they said they already paid what they got so its on macco now.At this point I got trouble just because nick and bob and this macco.They are horrible to do their job. I am going to get any legal advice against them at this point as because of them I am suffering.

Extremely high prices, they wont do what you require & they wanted necessarily to buy the parts for me . I went to another shop that would do whatever I ask for very reasonable prices (half of the price) . Cant talk about the quality because fortunately I didnt have the opportunity to try them

I had such a bad time dealing with repairshops. I had to wait 20 minutess for someone to help. But not at Maaco in Villapark location. Within less than 5 mins I had met Bob, he saw my vehicle, and I had an estimate. He even let me drop the car off earlier than we discussed and offered ride back to my home He was very helpful, and my family swears by him. They rip me off after not getting any work done they have me going up and down 2 get my deposit there only 2 people working on the office and they are bout manager amd they keep telling me they cant open the safe please people dont leave no deposit you dont have too ... will contact corporate office if I dont get my money by 3pm like they say for the 3rd time
