The sales assistant was super nice and informative! Sally’s has a nice selection of products. I love that they have paper bags for sale/have gotten rid of plastic bags. Big win for the environment. I wish more stores did this.

Best Sally’s I’ve ever been to. The workers made me feel welcomed, answered all my questions, and what made me want to right this review is that they also made others feel welcomed to. Sometimes I feel some workers don’t give the same customer services to everyone. But this Sally’s does!

Im an AVID Sallys shopper. I ONLY use paraban free products. And ONLY from Sallys. (All of the Ion line, and Carols Daughter products. To name a few.)I stopped by this Sallys during my travels. So I could replinish my hair products. The female employees where VERY helpful.The frizzy hair product one suggested. IT works. It smells good and Ill definitely be buying more.The primer and foundation. Okay, I will say that I was skeptical. But omg, thank you. They both actually works beautifully together. Thank you, ladies. Your knowledge of the products and your kindness & willingness to help. Is greatly appreciated.

The one time my daughters and I went into this Sally, we experienced what I felt was very rude customer service based on the color of our skin. Not sure if the lady was the manager or not...But she looked right at us as we entered the door and would not greet or acknowledge us in any way. After about 10 minutes of being in the store and debating on which color to get for my hair, I realized that she still hadn’t came and said anything to us. So I put the products down and left the store to go to my usual Sally store. If you cannot acknowledge or show any kind of customer service to us...based on the color of our skin, we can leave and take our money and business elsewhere.

Good customer care. Greets you when you come in, perfect time to ask for help finding what you need. They have a good selection of popular hair items, a few ethnic products. Great shopping for beauty staples.

Horrible experience with hair extensions. Smell horrible and couldn’t remove it from my hair. I lost my hair because of super glue extensions have! Customer service didn’t help.

Sally Beauty Supply is great. They have a huge selection of everything! I got my manic panic hair dye there and they have great service.

Kind of rude. Didnt know the stock in the store. Told me they didnt have a product instead of asking another employee. There it was right under their nose.

Second time I went there the staff lady was very rude .i wanted to buy some big stuff just because of her attitude I didn’t buy anything and I will never go again.and not recommend that place .i am licensed esthetician never buy anything from sally.sorry but it’s true .
