Just found my dress yesterday at Royal! Vera was amazing and knew just the style that I was interested in and was very helpful and accomadating. The shop itself is beautiful and has a great selection that is reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

My sister found the perfect dress during the very first wedding dress appointment! Vera was so kind, pulled a variety of dresses for my sister, talked her through the styles and what makes each unique. She encouraged her to try different dresses so she truly knew what she wanted, but Vera was never pushy. My sister mentioned she felt very comfortable with her and she could tell how knowledge she is about dresses and alterations by describing what details can be altered for her. Vera was so professional and remained unbiased and allowed my sister to form her own opinions and feelings about each dress. What a great store! Thank you, Vera!

Was not expecting to purchase a dress in the first shop I went to, but that’s exactly what happened! Personalized service, great selection and alterations were a flat price that I’m sure saved me hundreds with how much needed to be done to my dress. Received a discount for purchasing same day as well. My dress fits beautifully and I can’t wait to wear it. Very happy with the experience and definitely recommend!

I said yes to the dress!! Great variety of dresses at a reasonable price. Vera was wonderful! I loved the back side of a dress but wasn’t crazy about the front, and she advised to NOT go with it; she said I need to love the whole dress. She wasn’t just going for the sale and genuinely wanted me to find The dress and I did!!!

This shop is absolutely gorgeous! Vera is the nicest woman I have ever met and their dresses are stunning! They are willing to help you out in any way that they can to make you feel like a princess bride the day of your wedding! They also have a great variety of tuxedo rentals with many different color options. No other place can compare. I would definitely recommend with place!!! :-)

Vera is the owner and also does the alterations. She is an amazing seamstress and also provides you wonderful customer service. She was always happy to see us, prepared, calm and assuring through the whole process. I showed her a picture of the dress I wanted only to find out the designer had retired, but Vera had sold this dress. She offered the idea of buying a comparable dress from which she could add the alterations to make this look like the one I wanted. She was amazing in re-creating that initial dress I wanted, which did require extensive alterations. I got my dream dress all because of Vera. No other shop provides this level of personal service and high end skills. Vera is truly amazing!

If I could rate the service on a higher level I would! I had no idea this establishment existed until my best friend was searching around for bridesmaid dresses....her aunt found this place after we had already found the dress we all liked at Macys. Royal was able to give us the dress for a much more reasonable price than Macys could have even come close to, even with trying to get them down a bit. We have a big wedding party and didnt even think to ask for a deal at Royal, they were so reasonable we wouldnt even think of it! I happen to own a business in the area, which could possibly compete (not womens wedding dresses, for the record...Im also not looking for a plug, just want to give a good review for good service) and I had no idea they were here! This was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who was looking for a wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and even tuxedos. When it comes to dresses any which way, they definitely know what they are doing. AND they are extremely affordable. I have not had any experience with the tuxes, but Im sure they do well there too. I do on the other hand have a menswear business that does a lot of weddings, so Im sure you and Royal all understand why I couldnt plug that too much, especially without knowing how they do. :)

Im so glad I bought my dress from Royal Bridal & Tuxedo! I had 3 dress appointments, the first being Royal Bridal in one day. I found the dress at Royal Bridal, but was not ready to say yes knowing I would be visiting 2 other places. I tried on THE SAME dress at another salon, but Veras service and dedication to both me and my guests brought me back to Royal Bridal later that day. I called on my way over and Vera stayed open for me to try on my dream dress one last time!

The selection at this bridal salon is amazing! I loved every dress they carried which made it harder to decide on one for my wedding day! They carry a great quality of dresses and for the price I thought I got a great deal! I ended up loving this one Kenneth Winston dress I tried on but it had straps and I wanted a strapless dress and the designer was able to accommodate my vision! Another thing I was very pleased about was that no matter how many or what kind of alterations you need done they only charge a flat rate of $300. Now ladies every dress is made out of different material and alterating a dress is time consuming and can get very expensive but at Royal Bridal you get a hem, bustle, sewn in bra, etc. for one affordable price of $300. I would take anyone I know getting married to this salon, the staff is so sweet and the selection of dresses are breathtaking!

Viera helped me a lot in the process of deciding my dress! She was very patient and gave the best support. I arrived late to the appointment because of work and she waited for me and treated me really nice. Also, she followed up with me via whatsapp for 4 months to send the dress when it was ready. I am a bride who is having her wedding on July 8th of this year (2017). I went in looking for bridesmaids dresses as I was in a time crunch due to the wedding being four months away. I was very disappointed in how few options they had for dresses, plus the dresses werent that pretty and the prices were ridiculously high. But to top it all off we were treated very poorly. My mother and I came dressed very comfortable (sweats, a tee and gym shoes) cause we knew we would be out all day checking out shops for dresses. I guess since we came looking not our very best they amused we didnt have money and therefore we were treated very poorly, receiving glances here and there from the two ladies working that night, getting things snatched from our hands and etc. I was so shocked that they thought it was okay to treat their costumers like this. Only good thing is I ended up finding everything for my mini bride and we ended up buying it and as soon as they noticed we had money they started treating us so well. These people are shallow, ignorant, and judgmental. I would not recommend anyone going here. Worst costumer service ever!

I highly recommend Royal Bridal. You just dont get exceptional service and expertise at other bridal salons. Vera truly is gifted and great to work with.
