Wanted to get service, they need a docu sign to authorize use of credit card, I currently have no internet at my new house until tomorrow. They say that’s too bad - why so many hurdles for a business owner to give them money? I have to call someone else now- and glad I came here because I didn’t read all the negative reviews prior - probably a good thing for me that they have a bad policy

As a service technician for a major commercial manufacturer, I have always been able to rely on the fast response of the dispatch team as well as the reliable experience from the great technicians at Coker Service.I use them as much as I can in Chicago Austin and Houston and I wish they were in more places,.

Such a bad servicing company i ever saw on the planet. They are very overcharging and they dont take all the required details on the phone, once they come onsite they spend time on their computer to look at the parts. Such a bad company, please avoid it.

Horrible experience, please avoid this place, i spent 3500 in 2 days! i still have the same problem i had before, the parts that are 200 on ebay, i was charged 800$, i am calling some other place to fix the issue now, but to all restaurant owners,please avoid this place they will create problem rather than fixing it.

Bad experience, took 1 person the first day to fix, 2 the second day and it’s still not fixed they’ve wasted not only my time but over $1000 of my money for my oven to still not get fixed these people are a joke

Highly disappointed, over charged for parts, technician blow the main blower with wrong settings, and we paid for parts, also the parts were taken without our permission, please avoid this service!
