Waste of time. Unable to do simple sizing and repairs on site. Sending items to California for sizing . It took a month for a resize. Unwilling to look at items not purchased there. Not a good experience.

Purchased my wifes wedding and engagement ring here. I was very happy with them until today and I have recommended numerous people to them. Back 4 years ago my wife had them solder her rings together and I paid $100 to have this done. Yesterday the solder broke and the rings came apart. The rings are in very good condition and not mistreated. The jewelry exchange would not stand behind their work and fix the problem for free and wanted to charge my wife $250 to fix their horrible work. Obviously my wife walked out and went to a local shop near us were they fixed her ring for $50. Jewelry Exchange you have lost a customer and my referrals. If your going to charge high dollar for your product at least stand behind your work.

The quality, and customer service is by far better than all.I recently bought an engagement ring that had to go back for repair. I spoke with a person named Scott. He handled my questions and request very professionally. In addition, I explained that if possible can I have my repair done before the date listed as we will be going out of town. A few hours later he called at told me it was completely done.
