Mo is incredibly helpful. I wanted to get my dad a computer for his birthday and Mo helped me pick the perfect machine. It was so adorable and he even threw in some accessories and swapped in a new screen in 5 minutes. Don’t go anywhere else for your tech or computer hardware needs! I called pretty disappointed because I spilled water on my 2015 MacBook Pro that I had been working on for years. I was distraught. I think I cried for hours. I found this place on Facebook and Ehsan answered the phone. He was professional, courteous, kind, patient and answered all of my questions.I called about three times before coming (it was an hour drive away). I got there and he opened up my MacBook and showed me how badly damaged it was. He explained things thoroughly AND he allowed me to move my documents over from the original computer to my new purchase. I walked out with a newer laptop, and I love it! He even assisted in helping me set up the laptop. I will ONLY be working with TechStreet when it comes to my laptop concerns. I referred so many people to this place after I left. Dealt with MOE,told me iPhone 8 64gb was in mint condition no scratches etc... told him to send me pics before i took the trip. He sent me pics of the phone at angles where i believed what i saw, so i went in to visit.When i arrive he brings out 2 of the phones, all jacked up with scratches on the screen and back.. I told him this wasnt what we discussed, and asked if he can help me out on the price. They think their stuff is gold, but ours is silver i suppose.. Didnt apologize for wasting my time or lying to me via phone . Never will i trust these people with my business, and i am sure the reviews are fabricated by their own employees also.BEWARE!!
