Drive threw seemed long, but they are so fast over here.The line may move faster if you made it right turn only when you leave. Just a thought.

An american classic. The Blizzard is hard to beat. VP location gets pretty busy so sometimes its quicker to park in the parking lot and walk over.

This place is great! Very fast and great for a quick treat while biking or driving! The only thing I would say is there is limited seating, but it isn’t a very big area, so I can’t complain.

They got whole order wrong

Went for an icecream cake..was done and on my way in minutes..and this was with a message on it.

Great customer service! Called 10 minutes after they were closed and the owner or manager took my cake order for the next day. This is not the closest DQ to us but by far the best and we will continue to go here exclusively.

I used to live 2 mins away from this location. Now I live about 15mins away. I pass another location just so I can come here. Such a good location and never a bad experience.

The ice cream is good - Dairy Queen does it best, that’s for sure. What isn’t enjoyable at this location is the generally rude staff. At the drive-through speaker, they sound like you’ve ruined their day pulling in with an order. Clipped responses as they rush you through ordering. And forget about hearing “thank you”. I estimate our family spent upwards of $200 a month here last summer (sad, but true), so it’s on us that we kept coming back for more. Not this year, I am done giving a business money only to have rude employees act like they are doing me a favor even serving me in the first place.

I received my icecream half melted, if they did the upside down test, it wouldve fell. Plus I ordered cookie dough icecream and mostly got chocolate icecream with like 5 pieces of cookie dough. not worth it :/

Owner took care of my two grandkids and their two friends personally. Always friendly and they have never made a mistake in hundreds of visits in over 15 years going there. Great, clean place.

I like these older smaller window locations. Good old nostalgic feeling. It was pretty busy on a warm night, but service was fast and made my order right.

This place is a gold mine. Cars are lined up all night.

Could be better could be worst. They could put a little more candy in the blizzard. Most of the time theres only enough candy for half of the ice cream. Reeses outrageous is more like Reeses boring. I swear they make it with almost all Reeses pieces and no peanut butter cups. When I called and said the blizzard was disappointing the owner said that he was the one to make it and all of the ingredients were proportionate. No reason to call it Reeses outrageous then.

This location only has seating outdoors. Which isnt bad but its something to know. If youre going make sure you are going through the drive thru or youre prepared to order in the front and eat outside. The one thing I dont understand is why those Dairy Queen in particular doesnt have orange julius. Every other dairy queen store Ive been to thats had icecream has also had orange julius. Overall good location IF youre looking to eat out side and youre just looking for icecream.

I have been a long time customer of this Dairy Queen and have always had a good experience. From their blizzards to their ice cream cones to their frozen bananas... I will continue to be a customer there as long as I live in Villa Park.

I just get a swirl cone which is my favorite, how can you not love chocolate and vanilla together.

I love there ice cream here but they can make a dipped cone a little neater 4 stars

Great Service but the drive thru is suuuuper slow your better off parking and walking up, their parking is very limited and tight if you have a truck but if its late enough you can park in the Lots both to the left and right of Dairy Queen

Overall service is ok. The food is great, but the thing that kills the mood is the location. Dangerous if youre in the mood to drive thru it.

Its dq so you know what you are getting. Lot of workers but the can move pretty slow.

Service was swift, staff was pleasant, ice cream was delicious.

I used to work there and we always got scolded when the owner felt like we didnt put enough toppings on something. Its nice to know that my blizzard or Sunday will always have a lot of in it when other DQs Ive been to have been lack luster.

Well the set up is hands down the dumbest set up ever its the second time I went there and both time when pulling out going west we were almost hit cuz customers dont want to stand closer to the count and you cant see whos coming down st Charles head from west to east bound yes ice cream was good as it should be at that price also both times orders were wrong.but maybe thats my fault for not going to the widow and using the drive thru instead.2 simple things that could fix these problems guarders that could stop customers from block the view of traffic and the workers asking if your order was correct at the window or before
