Nelson in the paint department is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Went there not knowing what colors to use for my geometric accent wall and he was there offering his advice. My project was a success.

After attempting to get a handicap cart. 4 to choose from. 2 are dead and charging. 2 charged, however they were stacked in behind shopping carts, concrete wall, and a charging cart.I waddled my way to customer service where 4 lovely ladies (employees)were chatting. I explained the situation. They mumbled amount themselves. Not one person offered to help. Not one looked me in the eye. Not one spoke to me directly.I found the customer service poor.Store well stocked and clean.Landscaping could use a little refreshing.

I like this Home Depot however I go for the plants and garden supplies. Unfortunately they don’t carry a large variety as I wish they would. I usually drive to Carrollton or Douglass. The store is very clean. Well identified lanes. The lighting in the store is perfect as is parking.Super easy to enter the store and leave. It is in a fantastic location. My only drawback and it has been for about 5 years is the don’t expand the garden department to offer a a better and larger variety.I tend to even go across the street to Walmart. It’s that dreadful.

The employees need to be willing to help. I understand everyone is short staffed. I asked three people walking around (Female & two males) for help in the garden center. The answer I received was we don’t have help so you’ll have to wait. It wasn’t busy at all at 4p. I need something from top shelf but I left without it. This is unacceptable.

I love Home Depot and their merchandise. I like to do projects around my house and everytime i need something, Home Depot is there to help. The only reason for 4 stars is because customer service is very hard to get. With some employees always saying, thats not my department or just avoiding you at all costs to dodge any oncoming questions. Other than that, great place for shopping.

Yesterday went to buy a Nest thermostat. I went to the back and pulled down the sheet of paper to bring to the front to have them unlock their crate to give me a Google Nest. When I went to the front, the lines at the register were crazy long. so I went to customer service as I have never had an issue wanting to check out from that counter. when I arrived at customer service there was not one customer at the counter, and there were five employees behind it, three of whom were sitting on the floor in front of a fan. One of them stood up and asked what they can do for me and I asked him for the nest and slid the piece of paper forward. the girl behind the counter slid the paper back towards me and pointed to the regular checkout lines and says that theyre down there. I said thanks a lot for nothing and walked off. And then I thought you know what this needs to be fixed, this is not customer service. I asked to speak with a manager. I guess you can call this a Karen moment but I find it to be possibly a teaching moment. Unfortunately the manager was just as unhelpful.this was the opportunity for the manager to fix the situation by helping me instead he just said sorry and that was it. there is absolutely no customer service in regards to their management or their customer service desk or at least there wasnt yesterday.

This location has poor customer service toward minority races. I literally watched and captured on video the load help only assisting white men load their materials on and in their vehicles, while latino and African American customers had to help themselves. I was told to my face that they will NOT help me tie down my materials to my vehicle because it woud be a liability. But witnessed them assist white men do exactly what I needed help doing. They made me secure my purchase to truck with string and no help. I ended up injuring my fingers being cut from the string. I have been to this location before purchasing drywall and they have strapped it to my truck secured before. Dont try and pull a Covid excuse because as I stated before I watched them only assist white men. I will be in contact with Corporate and my legal advisory. And never return to this location in Villa Rica Ga again.Side note: The load help were AA men but their supervisor was a white man who advised them NOT to help me. SMH. Here is a pic of 1 of my finger cut up due to the string I wrestled with for almost 40mins in the home Depot loading area...my other hand the same way!

Came in last week and unfortunately had a bad experience with Nini at the paint desk. Very rude to my husband and I when trying to get some paint for our back porch we are redoing. Didn’t seem to have any sort of what Home Depot calls “customer service”. Luckily, the young ladies at the service desk seemed to compensate for this deplorable situation. When we asked to check out, they were more than welcome to and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely will be visiting this location again in regards to the great customer service provided by the ladies at the service desk. Other departments could learn from them.

Better have a receipt when returning anything.. or they wont even do a return. Other than that. Great place for a great low price

Love this location! Staff is always helpful, friendly and within eyeline easy to find! If I cant find something and the associate I ask does not know they take me to a manager and they escort us both to the product. This is how employees and customers learn best! From home goods needs to repairs to decor or even options for our office I get it here! We will continue to shop this location!

I just move to this area (Villa Rica, GA). My 1st time at this store. I am in construction business for over 35 years. I think customer service, was very poor. But it was my first impression. I will go back unless I find other hardware stores in the neighborhood.PS. Doesnt surprise me..most Home Depot stores, service is always bad. Bad customer service.

This is where I do most of my shopping. The service is great and there is usually some around if you have a question . I have noticed that the tile selection is larger at other home depots. Not sure why maybe some stores are bigger than others.

I love and practically live at this place find all my work and needs for any woodworking project we have and if anybody needs any work from R&B Woodworkers I highly recommend them

Pretty good, picked up some plie wood and some wall repair kits, was in out in a quick sprint. Obviously you gotta deal with the fact that all home depots smell like new books. So all around a good experience.

Ordered several items online last night from my local Home Depot. Today I received a txt that my order was ready to be picked up. All I had to do was park in designated spaces, reply to txt that Id arrived, and wait. In only a few minutes an employee brought my order to me!

Needing to complete my flooring job and I couldn’t remember the name of the hardwood used prior nor did I remember the date. So I decided to call the credit card company for the information and to no avail. But when I called my Villa Rica, Georgia hometown store, a gentleman named VICTOR took the time to go beyond the one year history limit and helped me find my previous brand, reordered it and allowed me to purchase everything over the phone! Thanks so much Victor and the associate assisting with the transaction!!! You guys made this OTR lady trucker PROUD!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY HOME DEPOT!! WENT TO BUY A GRILL, THERE WERE SEVERAL OF THE SAME GRILL MARKED $199, PRICE ZIP TIED TO THE GRILL, BUT THERE WAS ALSO A SIGN IN FRONT OF THEM ON THE GROUND FOR $249. THE PERSON OVER THAT AREA REFUSED TO SELL IT TO ME FOR THE LOWER PRICE. I WILL BE GIVING MY BUSINESS TO SOME WHERE ELSE NOW. FOUND OUT FROM ANOTHER HOME DEPOT THAT THEY HAD TO SELL IT FOR WHAT IT WAS MARKED. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Made a major appliance cash purchase and literally once they got the money I received poor service the entire experience. The delivery guys did a poor job, tore a whole in the vinyl flooring failed to install the appliances leaving them in the middle of my kitchen and drove off without delivering one of them. Couldn’t get them to come back same day so decided to make my purchase see where and asked for a refund. Spent two days and they are giving me the biggest run around trying to get my refund. Tab, the assistant store manager at the Villa Rica location has a nasty attitude, poor communication and customer service skills and acts as helping a guest is a huge inconvenience to her day. She doesn’t really know her roll as she would say and claim one thing and the CSR on the 800 number would say something completely different and stated what she said was incorrect. When I asked to speak to the store manager several times. Tab hung up on me and refused to help. I will never shop at this store ever again. I will drive an extra 30 minutes to go to a different store that values their customers.

This is a nice large store with a friendly helpful staff. The bathrooms are large and clean. When we asked for help the gentleman told us the exact aisle and bay where to find our items. I like the fact that they have a very good selection of batteries as well that are competitively priced.

Sufficiently helpful staff, since I already knew what I needed (even if they didnt), however, they didnt seem to know why one online price listing on their site was significantly lower than the store price.Other trips Ive had more hands-on help, but Ive never needed expertise when shopping, so I cant really give an account of the competencies of the department staff.The women at the right side checkout were helpful and pleasant, as was the girl at the returns counter.

Its home depot, i dont expect much but today was fairly frustrating as i could not find anyone to help me. Guess ill be using youtube university and amazon for this fix...

Its OK. We had to come here to return some materials bought by contractors. It was annoying to be required to come to this one rather than our usual; I thought they were one organization that was connected. We don’t blame the staff at the front desks, who were doing what they could.

I called regarding a product availability. Gave all important data regarding product and was told they had plenty only to travel 14 miles round trip to discover they had none in stock.

Love going here for all my diy projects at home. Also love checking out the new gadgets that they have. Im always finding something I didnt know I needed, lol. Go check them out of you arent already.

I understand that there probably is a shortage of employees at th ed moment. Which should not have occurred since the home centers have Boomed during Covid but this store is nasty and not orderly. The shelves and merchandise is dusty and all over the place. I was in the bath area and it looked luke a bomb exploded. The cabinets, shower door area, sinks were nasty and dusty unorganized.I considered a remodel for my bathroom but this was a turn off. Please clean the area.

As we all know, this is the best place to go for all of your diy projects. From something a small as fixing a leg on a table, to replacing the roof on your house. They are our goto place to find the things we need to make those repairs.

This has to one of the worst Home Depot stores that exist. Customer service is next to nothing. No one is ever in their department. All of the plywood looks like Pringle chips. Good luck getting anything cut down. Aisles are packed with inventory that should have been stocked. All of the carts are taken up by employees to store their trash. Needs to take an example of the Powder Springs home depot. That place is always clean and people are willing to help.

Every employee we encountered had no issue pointing us in the right direction.
