Ive been in the AutoZone in Villa Rica maybe 3 times. Each visit the staff was very helpful and friendly. Today there was a female sales associate and she was super nice and recommended 2 products from her personal experience.I bought them and tried them out ASAP. They are great products. Thanks

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR! Literally was in a bad situation, was towing a car and the tow lights went out. So my fiance called Auto Zone 8 minutes before their closing time and the lady and gentleman waited on my fiance and myself ❤️ Got there at 9:00 on the dot. She was waiting at the door for him! LIFESAVER 🥰 THANK YOU SO MUCH 💜😘

Like every other Autozone Ive shopped in, they had about half of what I needed. At least they were happy and helpful. They looked up parts for me, showed me where things were(nt), and were great. Now, guys, if we could get some stock on the shelves, wed be in business!

Ann was a lifesaver this morning, I tried to be YouTuber and fixed my own light, and lost the cap, went to auto zone thinking I could just buy a cap, Lord she saved the day with an gracefully attitude and smile . She assisted me quickly outside found the lost cap and put it back on . I would give her more than 5 stars

I came to Auto Zone in Villa Rica to replace a headlight bulb. The staff was friendly and quick to offer assistance. They looked up the correct item, even going out and piling the bulb to be sure. They found my bulb and changed out both headlights for me while I was there. In and out in roughly 15 minutes. 100% satisfied and then some! Thank you for going the extra mile to help a mom out on a cold rainy day with only one headlight! Awesome job!

Spenser went above and beyond. My wife and daughter were on there way to a college tour in a horrible rainstorm. All of the sudden they started getting a black buildup on the windshield near the end of the blades path. Not sure if it was the blades leaving it behind or not? I told them to find an AutoZone and they would change the blades for them. I told her to buy some wipes and clean all the residue off. However Spenser not only changed the blades, but stood out in the pouring rain and cleaned off the windshield residue as well. Thank you!

I went into Auto Zone spoke with the associate behind the counter, telling him about my experience this morning with my car not starting that I had to have it jumped off. Also telling him but I have wear a heart monitor and was unable to put my battery in if I purchased from them he proceeded to tell me that down the street is a garage that they do not put batteries in my 2014 Ford fusion that he cant get to the cable because its under the dash I said no sir I pulled the battery out myself by taking this boat right here out it slides back to get to the post he says no Im sorry we cant put the battery in I said okay thank you I will go somewhere else Im unable to put my battery in I think thats pretty sad that they advertised a check batteries and install same to me he just did not want to work today he had a bad attitude not good for customer service

The people here are great! They are very helpful and have no problem checking my servuce engine light no matter how often i come in! They give great advice even if it takes away from themselves! If they see that a part is suprr expensive they will suggest other alternatives! I love this store. The employees always laugh and cut up with my family!

The employees were very nice, however, if you are returning something that was purchased on a debit or credit card, beware! Its been four days and my account has still not been credited. Autozone customer services response was Call your bank and have them handle this. I understand it can take a day or two after a transaction has been voided before your money is returned, but four days is ridiculous.UPDATE: One week later and my money has still not been returned. My bank says the claim has been escalated, but it can take 90 days to resolve. 90 days? Time to call corporate.

Terrible customer service!While in the middle of working with me on getting the part I needed and not the incorrect part I bought the day before in another store, the representative answered a phone call, yanking the phone cord to get the phone and the handset hitting another AZ employee in the head and proceeded to help the customer on the phone before getting back to me. He then came out to the credit card reader and was putting the customer credit card info into the machine in front of us and reading the numbers back to the person on the phone!!!????He told me that it was AutoZones policy to take care of the phone customer before people in the store that it was company policy. I asked him even when you are already working with a customer in the store? He said yes. They could not process a refund for the incorrect part sold by another store the day before. They could not find it, then asked me who the representative was (I didnt Know) then asked me which counter I bought it at? I asked seriously? This was a new part return in the box I bought it in. I had left the receipt at home. They told me to take it back to the store I bought it from. They told me they could not help me.This store has shown me that customer service is not a priority for Auto Zone. I would not be surprised if dishonest people were sitting there writing down the credit card info of other customers.The other store I took it back recognized me and remembered selling me the part but could not issue a refund just a gift card???!!!! This was the third attempt to get the right part as the previous two were wrong.I went to a competitor got the right part the first time with no issues.This experience was not only sad, but extremely frustrating.

Employees and customers look miserable there!!! I was appalled by the way the store manager talked to her people, she acted as though she was the only one doing anything. Not a leader at all. The man assisting me honestly looked like he would rather be standing in lava. Side note, the employees here are very helpful, and nice, with the exception of the manager.

Went there because I wanted to get the free diagnostic. I was the only customer in the store and the employee was at the computer to the left of the register. He told me running the diagnostic would not help. I kept saying “are you sure, are you sure” because I’ve had it done before. He didn’t budge. I left and went down to a local mechanic in Temple and as I pulled up the mechanic came out. I told him the exact thing I told Autozone. He asked me to show him what I was talking about so I turned the car off and then back on. He came came back with some gadget and told me it was the battery. I purchased the battery from him and will never return to autizone. Too lazy to help customers. This happened July 2018.

The lady manager is very brassy and rude. The employees there were very nice but the manager stands around bossing everyone around instead of managing the store. There is a huge difference. Constantly, Get over here and cash this customer out. Get over here and stock this. Get over here!... . I came in to get a starter tested. I had to use PB blaster to free the bolts. There was a residue smell as a result. Manager insisted that I sprayed starter fluid (Ethyl Ether) on it. Then she said Same thing. What?!? WHY THE SAM HELL WOULD I SPRAY ETHER ON AN ELECTRIC MOTOR?!?!? Heres a word of advice to the manager- Try not talking down at your customers (same for your employees) as if they were completely F$!*%$G stupid! Ive been working on my cars for 30 years! Employees looked miserable working under this manager. Surprised they dont simply walk out the door on her. She is the reason I will never shop this store again. She has a serious personality problem!

Said my hummer had a gas leak, when it was a gas cap!! Wrong gas cap sold to me! VERY POOR EXCUSE FOR WORKERS. Need more training when telling customers whats wrong with their vehicles. Was a very costly mistake on auto zone not admitting it was their fault.

Patty the manager is a rude disrespectful bully . I brought a warranty return part in that was faulty. I had my receipt, part and packaging. She still tried to weasel out of the deal by telling me to go to another store to get my refund. Unbelievable they have this person in management. I told her I wasnt leaving until I got my refund there where I bought it . She told me to leave again cause I was causing a scene. I told her she was creating a scene by not honoring the agreement on the receipt warranty and I wasnt moving until I received my refund. . Finally she gave in and had another employee pay me back .Absolutely unprofessional to try to intimidate a customer out of a warranty agreement in front of a store full of customers . Probably works for her sometimes. I will never spend another penny in an AutoZone as long as I live . I have contacted corporate AutoZone and hopefully Patty will soon get the boot .

The store manager is consistantly rude and even insulted me asked me how many ASE certifications I have because she thought I should be using dex cool which has been proven to be corrosive then wanted to argue that what I was buying was yellow instead of green anti freeze. I opened the foil to show her it was green and wanted to say I had to buy it now. I told her I was buying it anyway because I know what I needed. She also told us that using the green antifreeze instead of the dexcool would void the warranty on the thermostat. I try to avoid going here she. Her vehicle is there....

I purchased a battery charger on 7/6/2017 that I did not need or use for $74.89. I tried to return it on 8/10/2017, and was told it had been used, and they no longer sold it for my purchase price, but now was $29.99. The manager was very rude and insisted that it had dirt and dust on it. It was still in the box I bought it in, and I assured her that I had not used it, I didnt know how. Now $75 bucks wont send me to the poor house, and I have no reason to lie about it, so obviously I was sold and inferior product, and I want my money back. I need a battery, I thought Id use that money towards its price, but since I was treated this way, I am telling all to avoid autozone at all costs. Buyer beware. Duralast 15/3 Amp battery charger is worthless.
