Selection is decent. Although they occasionally stop carrying certain varieties of brands I prefer. All the cashiers are friendly and efficient, and the aisles are wide. When I dont feel like dealing with crowds, Ill go out of my way to come here, even with the higher prices compared to other chains.

I was doing a Instacart shopping for my kids to do pumpkin painting activity and there was a minor confusion about the pumpkins in Miss Tammi she was so wonderful I wanna make sure she is recognized she help me exchanged what was not needed for the right ones and was very helpful and as she save my day I’ve been having a bad day and she made it awesome thank you Ms. Tammi for your help

I love this Publix location. The food in the deli is always fresh and flavorful. The produce is of a great quality and the bakery always adds 10lbs as the treats are divine. The staff is so helpful throughout the store and their customer service is top notch. Thank you Publix.

Wish it didnt feel like I was suspected of stealing when I check out but other than that there is usually an abundance of options and sales. My family loves their fresh sub sandwiches - we choose them over subway any time and any day!

Man, is everything in Publix more expensive. I will say bathroom, store is very clean and people are polite. But I can only come here on pay day. 😆 🤣

Beautiful store. I always thought Publix was to high for anything but I have been a few times & I find very reasonable prices on lots of items. I am surprised often I find lots of sale prices for lots of items.

Publix is a great place to shop in-store, however, the partnership with instacart needs improvement. I have experienced undelivwred items, substantial wait periods for online order refunds, non fresh produce with instacart Publix deliveries. For best results, do your own in store shopping.

This store is always clean and stocked. The people that work there are always helpful. If you ask where a product is located they will stop what they are doing and walk you to what you are looking for.

The Deli Department here is easily one of the least efficient operations of any area Publix. Call-In orders may as well be walk-ups. Youll end up waiting just as long. And be sure you use self-check out. The teens that work the registers will spend more time blabbing about their after-work activities than checking you out efficiently. Publix is lucky its one of the few grocers in the area.

Typically an amazing store however they have a new manager who is a jerk to everyone I got in the express lane and because I had four cases of water he refused to allow me in it I called corporate and reported it and apparently thats why he is now at Villa Rica because he was reported at his old store

This is by far one of the best Publix Grocery Stores, Its smaller, easy parking, especially handicapped parking, the staff is top notch with all the excellent products Publix carries. There meat section is the best.

We pass other Publix locations to go to this one. The fresh fruit selection is varied and clean. We enjoy shopping here.

Ran in to grab some flowers after visiting ingles first. Was NOT disappointed. They had a much better selection and every single flower and bud were beautiful. The staff was friendly as always.

Is clean and friendly. The fish selection was wonderful and the Staff at Mirror Lake was friendly and helped me with cooking directions. Cuddos to the young man! However, I do not recommend the crab roll. It was like a dressing made with crab juice. No visible crab meat at all. I was hoping for some chunk but not even a shred. Ill have to make it from scratch myself! Otherwise my experience was great and I should have asked about the product before I purchased it.

Shopping really is a pleasure here. Just a case in point, but Sunday May 2nd, I was shopping like I often do on Sunday mornings when there were three individuals wearing suits with Publix name tags I apologize for interrupting their conversation but asked if they were the ones that made decisions and then for me that they are able to make some decisions however I asked for a certain product and wanted to know if it could be brought back to store shelves. It was then they had informed me that the product actually didnt sell all that great and that they couldnt really bring it back full force but they took my name and number and a few days later I got a phone call and it was Wesley the manager of the public in mirror lake. He explained to me that even though they werent bringing it back as a store item they were going to bring it back for me. I went today Tuesday the 11th of May and picked up my products...It wasnt really much for a conglomerate such as Publix to bring in a couple of items for me but it sure did mean a lot to an individual like myself.I ❤️ Publix

The customer service at this store is amazing. I went in Sunday in the rain because I really needed some items. Wasn’t feeling my best just wanted to sleep. Immediately entering the store I was greeted by a guy Jason I think loading carts. Then once I entered, I was greeted by two managers with just a smile and a wonderful good morning ma’am!! They asked me how was I... did I need anything assistance. Wow.. it felt wonderful to receive customer service in GA

I had a customer service issue in this store and the Assistant Manager was all over it. He called me to discuss the issues and assured me that they would be resolved. One issue was that they stopped carrying a product which I liked, and which I am certain was popular with others. He said that he would do his best to resume carrying that item, and in the meantime he went to another store that does carry it, and bought six of them to stock in the store. Wow, what incredible customer service. He truly went the extra mile (or ten) for me. Problems happen in business. The mark of greatness is the management’s willingness to address them. Truly outstanding job here. Also, many of the employees are exceedingly friendly, which makes me feel like I’m at home in this store. I am thankful for everyone there. May you all be blessed.

Work close by so we tend to come here for the fry chicken. Great price and taste BUT sometimes its undercooked.

My visit was pretty good, except that there were a bunch of people without masks on.

We used Publix pick up option recently, when we got home we found we are missing 5 ITEMS we payed for online. How do you miss 5 items? We reported it to instacart. Also, ever since the pandemic, this store does not enforce the mask mandate. I’ve seen the store manager chatting with people not wearing their masks quite frequently. Poor store overall.

I use the pharmacy an its pretty quick. The prices at the grocery store is really high.

We purchased a cake from the bakery for my daughters birthday and it was even more beautiful than expected! And very tasty! Thank you to the girl who made the cake for us, you did a great job!

The Carrollton store does not enforce their own policy of mask wearing for their customers. Every 15 minutes or so there is a public service announcement on the loudspeakers regarding mask wearing and public safety, yet some customers are oblivious walking around without masks. Since I consider this a severe public safety violation, I will call 911 next time and hold Publix liable if I catch Covid-19.

Weve been to restaurants in multiple states. One was $115 for the two of us. None of those places had Key Lime pie as good as Publix.Only rated a 3 because the rest of the store is higher than most grocery stores.
